my new years resolution is to stop dissociating 🙏
#feel like ive been dissociated ever since i went to jamaica#literally Just managed to get a routine goung for the first time in my life ever#i was working out going to work showering daily#my body actually felt Healthy#isnt that fucking wild#but idk its like no matter how hard i try i just cant reignite that routine#i know last time it started with me slowly remembering yoga once a week then twice a week then working out after yoga#but i dunno#i just cant seem to get there#all my days just meld together#a week passes before i even know
