🗐 COMMERCIAL RIGHTS

⚲ IMPORTANT!

Upon commissioning the artist, the client automatically agrees to the terms of service provided, as it is assumed they have read them. If there are any questions or concerns, feel free to reach out through DMs or my other socials.

No additional payments are required for the following, as long as credit is given with my handle "@streamdotpng" whenever used:

✔ Icons, Banners, Thumbnails, and Posts used for streaming or other content purposes.

If the art is used for commercial purposes, with the artist’s consent, the artist will receive an agreed-upon percentage of the sales profits.

✒ GENERAL

The Artist has the right to refuse a commission if they are not comfortable or confident about the request.

The client is allowed to ask for progress updates every 2-4 days and are freely given.  If it is a rushed commission, feel free to ask for more frequent updates.

By commissioning the artist, the client acknowledges that the artist is a student and this is not the artist’s full-time job. The client should not expect the artist to treat it as such.

Communications will generally be done in Vgen Chats (Please check your emails for chat notifications). Unless you prefer to communicate in other applications, that is also allowed as long as you let me know. Scroll down to see the end of my Terms of Service for my contacts or check the links in my profile.

Under any circumstances, Clients are not permitted to use any part of the commissioned artwork for non-fungible tokens (NFTs), blockchain, cryptocurrency platforms or AI Training. Such usage is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action taken.

⏱ TIMELINE & WORK PROCESS

Work completion will take at least 1-2 weeks minimum, depending on the amount of commissions worked on. 

My work process simplified: Draft and Line Art ➤ Colouring ➤ Final Touches.

My work process expanded on: Draft ➤ Line Art ➤ Flat Colours ➤ Shading ➤ Final Work.

After completing each stage, I will contact you for either payment or revisions and thoughts. 

$ PRICING & PAYMENT

Prices vary depending on the commission. I’m flexible, but here are some base prices:

$5-10 USD depending on the background

$10-15 USD per person added

Note: There can be additional charges due to PayPal fees.

Half the payment is expected to be paid upfront Post-Draft or Post-Line Art. The rest of the payment will be paid fully after the Flat Colours are seen and approved. If payment hasn't been received, the Artist will not continue until then.

The option to fully pay upfront is allowed but must be talked about before sending over the money.

No refunds are allowed after the draft has been sent.

↺ REVISION POLICIES

Once the coloring stage begins, the only major revisions permitted are details that the artist may have missed and was specified by the client while the commission was still in the sketching/lineart stage (e.g. a missing tattoo that’s essential to the character’s design).

If the client is unsatisfied with the commission Post-Line Art, the artist is willing to discuss and make minor edits as stated prior (e.g. adjusting colors). However, the artist will not redraw the piece and expects full payment, as the client should have specified in the sketch stage the changes they wanted to be made.

The client may not hire another artist to adjust the image without the artist’s consent.

The artist is willing to edit the image post commission for the commissioner, but may charge a small fee depending on what is being asked of them

The fastest turnaround time is 1-2 days (maximum 4 days) with the same quality as my usual work.

For short deadlines, you must be responsive when it comes to communication. It'd save us both the headache and worry.

Breaking or disrespecting the rules of the Terms of Service will lead to a permanent ban and you will be blacklisted. It means, users who break the Terms of Service will lose the rights to commission me.

If you neglected yourself in any way—hygiene, sleep, food, or cleaning, do that first. It really makes a difference, in my personal experience.

Now do something fun—if you're not at work, do an offline hobby that uses up your brain space, or stick to harmless things online like video essays/podcasts.

Take an object related to your f/o outside with you... to the store, to get a treat, to somewhere fun like the park or zoo, it depends what you two like.

If you're too busy, plan an outing like that for later... It's like planning a date~ Put it on your calendar so nobody forgets.

If you don't have a f/o related object, why don't you start by finding or making one? Some ideas: kandi bracelet, ring, locket with a picture, phone with them as the background, ita bag, plushie of them or of something you think they'd like.

Draw or write something about an aspect of your relationship that nobody else can "copy." You can make a Pinterest board or playlist about it too. Don't post it until you feel ready to go back online, or keep it private forever if you want.

Do something fun and distracting like assigning you and your f/o types of things... What Pokémon are you? What sea creatures are you? What bugs are you? What type of Chao are you? Sanrio character? Mario kart main? Etc.

Put together a self-care package. This can be a wishlist or a real package you buy, depending on your budget. Stuff to include: candles/scents related to your f/o, skincare stuff, treats/gifts your f/o might give you, a stim toy (especially one of those pointy but harmless ones if you have urges around pain).

Returning to social media—

You blocked them, so make a promise to your f/o not to check up on them ever again. It's okay if you have an addiction to it—a lot of people do, and your f/o knows it's not easy if you're the obsessive type. Keep track of how many days clean and celebrate milestones with your f/o!

Don't post about your double publicly. Your blog is for your relationship, not someone else's. Giving your space to them will only let them bother you longer... and really, it isn't fair to punish them because they probably don't know they're hurting you.

You could celebrate your return and recovery by posting about the stuff you did alone with your f/o!

Find a f/o-related ask game and reblog it. If nobody sends you asks, just answer the questions anyway. You're not a loser, and you can still participate without getting asks from other people. I do this all the time ^_^

I'm making this mostly for my sys member who struggles with seeing other people with his popular f/o due to our BPD. However, if this helps you, you're free to use it too. As part of the lovely effort organised by the people over at @ficsforgaza, and to try and raise some more money for Palestinian individuals and families who desperately need it, I will be participating in the fics for Gaza initiative!

How do I request a fic?

If you're interested in requesting a fic, all you have to do is message me your actual fic request, be it a detailed outline or something vague like tone or ship or tropes, and then after I've confirmed I can do it donate to one of these vetted fundraisers for individuals and families, or one of these vetted fundraisers, then send me an ask or message with a screenshot of your donation (with any sensitive or personal information blocked out of course)!

The word count of the fic will be based on how much you donate, with a rate of 1$ for roughly every 100 words (for example, if you donate 5$ to a fundraiser, you'll get a fic that's roughly 500 words, and if you donate 10$, you'll get roughly 1000 words.). I'm not going to cut off a fic early if it goes a bit over, but the fic will be about however many 100 words you donate.

Please let me know what type of fic you want before you donate. This allows me to talk to you about your ideas, allows us to agree on a rough word count, and allows me to check my availability so I don't get overloaded with work. If I can't take a request due to my own lack of time, or a fic idea needs a minimum length to work, I'd much much rather figure that out before you spend any money.

I recently ordered from your Etsy, but the tracking says it arrived on the 12th...it definitely did not :( I don't want to go through Etsy because it's not your fault USPS lost my envelope, but I wondered if you had any advice for pursuing finding out where it actually got sent? Hi there, I'm sorry to hear your package got lost. As a pin collector myself I know how disappointing and frustrating that can be, even more so if the pin is no longer available. In the future please feel free to reach out on Etsy, it doesn't hurt my shop if you message with a question there. Tumblr and other social media sites aren't very reliable when it comes to delivering messages, I've lost asks in my inbox or had messages hidden on Instagram and Twitter. That's just a blanket notice for anyone who might come across this later :))

If your package was not delivered and was marked delivered, here are the steps I would take:

Wait 48 hours - you have already done this but for anyone else in the same predicament, sometimes USPS marks the package delivered when it's really "out for delivery." I've had this happen a few times and the packages show up within two days.

Submit a missing mail search request - this sends a message to your post office telling them the package is missing and asking them to search for it. I've done this request a few times and had luck getting one package located this way.

Open a case on Etsy - Etsy's Purchase Protection Program has a caveat that if the package is marked delivered but was lost, and shipping was purchased through Etsy, they may cover the refund and the shop does not have to. Here's a guide on how to open a case. There are some risks to a shop if they have too many open cases, BUT I'd rather you get your money back than pay for pins and get nothing! So please do open that case. When people message me inquiring about lost packages I usually tell them to open a case for it. If you want you can send me a courtesy message ahead of time as a heads up. Etsy may ask me to provide input on the case and usually I point to the tracking saying the package is delivered. It's not a big deal at all, so again, please open a case.

Sometimes people don't want their money back and just want a replacement sent instead. If it's a small order I will sometimes do this, but the buyer has to pay for shipping again. For larger orders, I prefer you get a refund and repurchase because it can be costly for me to replace big orders.

Ideally you get your money back from the Etsy case, and from there you can repurchase your items if available. In this case the item is sold out, but I have seconds-grade Wolf Knight pins still if you want one of those. If you have your heart set on a standards-grade pin, you can wait until my stockists have them in stock or pick one of the alternate colorways - they should be restocked at the end of this month.

Incomplete Fics

the gremlin zone - Your garden-variety group chat themed crack fic. It's centered around the Todoroki siblings, and also I'm halfway convinced that it's sentient. The plot goes without my consent. Don't ask what's going to happen in its future because I know just as much as you do

how to live with yourself - Fuyumi killed a guy when she was 13. That's it, that's the premise, except for the fact that it's slowly revealed that there may be more to this AU than just that. Some people have their secrets, and it's only a matter of time before they all come out one way or another.

in love i've always been a mercenary - Shimura Nana harbors a fugitive who's trying to go legit, except for the fact that the fugitive is All for One's ex-husband and there are some details that just don't add up quite right.

One Loop at a Time - Your garden-variety time loop themed crack fic. This one has slow updates; I have this awful habit of writing one chapter of a thing and taking forever to continue it, and this fic is a victim of that AND its chapters are long as hell. If you're willing to deal with that, it's a time loop where each member of 1-A (and possibly more!) is slowly brought into the loop, and they slowly go from "normal 1-A" to "crack 1-A" as the loop keeps. On. Going.

Sins of the Father - Midoriya Izuku is the son of All for One. This means that he's All for One's most prized possession, in addition to his own personal attack dog. There's no hope of escape, and even if there were, would he even deserve to take that opportunity?

some heroes wear masks (some of those masks are stolen) - Midoriya Izuku is quirkless, jobless, and completely down on his luck. Mom's bills are only getting higher, while Dad's contributions and her paychecks are only getting smaller. There's an offer for anyone available, a huge payout for whoever takes it, except that it comes with the territory of being a villain. Izuku needs that payout, but he can clear his conscience while he's at it.

We all fall apart - Touya and Fuyumi were both trained by Endeavor to be heroes. Both of them are dead. Natsuo desperately wants to protect Shouto, Shouto just wants him to live a life for himself, and neither of them are okay. The Todoroki family is a wreck, and to top it all off, there's no way in hell that Dabi is anything human.

Incomplete Series

Everyone's a Hero (1-A Fics) - Okay, this one's full of fics that are disconnected from each other. They're all different AUs. The one thing they have in common is that each and every one of them focuses on a member of Class 1-A, even the ones that don't get much characterization or screentime. They all get a fic. As of right now, it only contains one fic, but more will be added soon!

The Phantom of Shinomori Prefecture - Fuyumi is the Baby Driver of this AU. She's also in contact with Dabi. Endeavor has a ton of fancy cars that he doesn't drive, Rei's a Russian immigrant, and Touya and Fuyumi both drive like maniacs.

the todofam-plus-izuku's adventures in vigilantism - Izuku decides to be a vigilante. Natsuo is an established vigilante. There will be more of them.

All the eggshells are on the ground - Oneshot. Villain Gran Torino and Hero Shimura Nana. They're... kind of a thing? She can fix him

And so the gods were pulled down from the Heavens / And so the gods were pulled up from the Earth - Oneshot. Something about old gods?? I don't remember tbh I wrote this a long time ago. Funky narration tho

Blackjack - Oneshot. Touya knows how to count cards. He still remembers it years later, when he goes by Dabi instead.

The Inconstant Nature of Hatred (it's a spark, it's a flame, it's a dying ember but it's not gone yet) - Oneshot. Dabi character study, also from a long time ago. He thinks on his situation, just before he gets the call to join the League.

Sharpened Teeth (Won't Be Broken) - Oneshot. Toga Himiko meets a responsible healthcare provider who follows child protection protocols!! Amazing!!

THE MAGNUS ARCHIVES

TMA is my second-most written for fandom, and before you ask, no I have not listened to Protocol yet. You will know when I do, trust me. Again, this section is in alphabetical order.

fireworks (and their ashes) - Tim is a Desolation Avatar, and post-Unknowing, he Becomes and then he abandons the Archives/Institute. Jon wakes up from his coma and everything kind of goes to shit? It gets better. Mostly.

Jonathan Sims Is Dead In The End - So you know how "The Archivist goes back to their S1 body and does time travel fix-it from there" is a whole genre of TMA fics at this point? Yeah. This is that. Except the Archivist isn't Jon, and the original timeline is nothing like our original timeline. Also, the ending isn't all that happy, in case the title didn't clue you in already.

the unofficial adventures of the unofficial archive group chat - Your garden-variety group chat themed crack fic. Archival assistants start a group chat, uncover a conspiracy, and act terminally stupid, not necessarily in this order. This is another fic that I'm half-convinced is somewhat sentient. I don't have any input on this plot

Watchers - Tim Stoker is an unwilling agent of Beholding. This is set before the Unknowing, so a big learning curve is happening for both himself and Jon. Also, I'm still taking bets on what the endgame ship is going to be, because I know myself well enough to know there will be a ship but I have no idea who's going to be involved in it.

He wasn’t as touchy, he wasn’t as cuddly or sweet, he’d been keeping secrets. What, you couldn’t be entirely sure, you were revolutionaries, secrets were a part of the job, but this felt different. When he had to keep a secret from you for RA reasons, he’d always tell you it was for RA reasons and that he couldn’t tell you. This was different, more closed off than he normally was. You’d thought about bringing it up with him but something was stopping you. A feeling in the pit of your stomach. Every time you thought about asking him your stomach would start to flip, your heart would clench, and your breath got caught in your throat. Almost like when you fell in love but in the completely opposite direction of feelings. 

     Sabo smiled at the young woman in front of him, gloved hands gently fingering her ginger hair before placing a gentle kiss to it.

     “You’re breathtaking, you know that?” Sabo asked softly, smiling at the, now giggling, girl.

     “Not as breathtaking as you, chief.” she almost purred, putting an emphasis on ‘chief’, the title making a shiver run down his spine. Her hands slowly ran up his chest, feeling the muscle hidden under all of his clothes. She’d seen him topless before and knew what he looked like, the sculpted body underneath. Grabbing him by his cravat, she pulled him into a passionate kiss. This happened whenever they had a spare, private moment and until their ship returned to Baltigo, they had plenty of private time.

     Taking a deep breath, you tried to calm yourself down, Sabo had just gotten back and you needed to pay attention to where you were going before you ran into something. Looking up, you almost wished you’d stayed in your thoughts. Your feet had brought you to the rec room. Why? You weren’t sure, but standing there, watching the scene in front of you, you honestly didn’t care. You didn’t want to admit that things made sense now, didn’t want to accept what you were seeing, but it was clear as day, it couldn’t even be mistaken as ‘it’s not what it looks like’. Sabo’s hand was behind her head, tangled in her hair, his other arm wrapped around her waist, holding her close. Her arms were wrapped around his neck, large breasts pushed up against his chest. Their eyes closed as they stood there in a passionate liplock. The room was oddly empty, save for the two of them and now you, standing at the door. You could feel the tears running down your cheeks, your hands shaking, your heart clenching before breaking. Maybe if you’d been able to form a coherent thought, you’d have come up with something better, but in your current state of mind, all you could do was forcibly rip her from his arms before swinging, your fist connecting hard with his cheek. As soon as he was stumbling back, you were running out of the large, empty room, running back to the room you’d started sharing with Sabo. 

     It wasn’t hard to gather up your shit, wasn’t hard to move back to your old room, and it wasn't hard to lock yourself in said room. Belo Betty had taken to comforting you whenever she could, letting you cry into her shoulder as she comforted you. As a commander, she couldn’t always help, but she did her best, taking you food, holding you, letting you cry, and giving you a ‘leave of absence’. She’d also taken it upon herself to tell the entire base that Sabo was a lying, cheating sack of shit before he or Koala could even think of ‘damage control’. While you weren’t witnessing any of it, the two of them had plunged themselves into a world of hurt. None of the commanders talked to Sabo unless necessary and the amount of back talk was surprising. A number of Koala’s close comrades completely ignored her, Hack had outright told both of them how disappointed he was, and while they couldn’t confirm anything, Dragon seemed to call on Sabo less. 

     Running a hand through his hair, Sabo flopped back onto his bed. Things hadn’t been going well with Koala since you’d found out, the young woman badgering him constantly about different problems she was having. People were shunning her, why didn’t anyone want to talk to her, all she’d done was love him, how could they do this to her. It was grating! Had she been this demanding before? For as much as he saw Koala, he was the opposite amount of you, having locked yourself in your room and given temporary sabbatical from both Betty and Dragon. The former of whom was doing everything she could to comfort you. 

     It wasn’t until he saw someone helping you carry your things down that hall that he’d been told what was going on. You were leaving on a long, deep cover mission. His heart dropped into his stomach. How could you just leave? Why were you leaving? There were other revolutionaries who could take the job, why you? He’d run to catch up with you, grabbing your arm just outside of headquarters, a desperate look in his eyes.

     “Why?” he asked softly, his voice catching as his heart pounded. He knew he’d cheated on you, knew that you were no longer together, knew that he’d lost you. So why did it suddenly feel more real now? Why did it feel like it was too late now? Like he had no hope anymore. His world felt like it was crumbling beneath him, the light that brightened his very life was gone, leaving him in cold darkness.

     “If you don’t know the answer to that, you’re dumber than I thought.” you said bitterly, yanking your arm from his grip. He swore he could hear his heart hit the floor, hear it shattering like glass. As if living in a dream or watching a slow moving wreck, reality suddenly hit him like a cannonball to the gut. He’d done this. He’d driven you away. This wasn’t a dream, it was a nightmare. A nightmare where he cheated on you for Koala, one where he hadn’t treated you like he should have, hadn’t loved you like he should have. Except a person could wake from a nightmare, this… this was real, it was actually happening, he’d lost you, you were leaving. Tears began to run down his cheeks as he stood there staring at your retreating form, a million thoughts running through his head, yet one stood out. Stop her. He’d never moved so fast before, standing there one second, his arms wrapped around you the next. Sobbing into your shoulder as he held you tightly, clinging to you, muffled apologies as he shook. You couldn’t leave. 

     “Let go of me.” you hissed, struggling in his grasp, only to have him hold you tighter.

     “No, no I’m not letting you go! I’m not ever letting you go! Please, I’m sorry, I’m so sorry. Please, please don’t go.” he sobbed. What had he done? He couldn’t lose you, he… he needed you. Ever since that day that you’d caught him and Koala, his life had slowly spiraled into hell as he realized how much he cared for you. Looking back at every moment with her, every hug, every kiss, every tender moment, there was a constant, an aching in his chest, like he was breaking his own heart as well as yours. An ache he hadn’t noticed before, hadn’t noticed till now. Why hadn’t he noticed it? His head spun as his hold on you loosened. Pushing him off, you spun around to tell him off, only to scramble to catch him as he fell. His body was limp in your arms, unconscious as you kneeled there with him. As much as you wanted to hate him, as angry as you were with him, you couldn’t leave him here like this. Couldn’t just walk away like this.

     He’d never been unconscious for this long. Even after his memory returned, he’d never been out this long. The doctors found the reason for his state. A drug. One that had been in his system for a while. It created euphoric sensations at first, feelings of love, joy, thrill, passion! Something probably put in his system months ago, something meant to kill him. A drug derived from a deadly plant, one named Loving Death. After the fact that before you died, you’d feel nothing but love and joy. He wasn’t supposed to have felt anything but happiness or love, wasn’t supposed to feel pain or sadness. The drug was supposed to completely block the ability to feel those. Iva had managed to clear his body of the toxin, to keep him from dying, but how long he’d stay unconscious was anybody’s guess. 

     Rousing from his sleep, Sabo’s eyes fluttered open. His head was pounding, his heart felt like it had been ripped from his chest, and tears were already running down his cheeks as months worth of pain and heartbreak came rushing through him. Everything that had happened felt like a haze, yet at the same time, he could still feel every ounce of heartbreak, he could still remember every tender moment with Koala, could still see the pained look in your eyes. Sitting up, he looked around. Nobody was here this time. When he’d woken up after regaining his memory, you, Hack, and Koala had all been there, but he was alone this time. His heart clenched tighter as the tears fell faster. He was alone. You’d left, he’d lost you. His hands shook as he cried into them, he’d lost you, the best thing to ever have and you were gone. The feeling of a hand on his shoulder, pulling him close, brought him out of his tears, pain morphing into surprise when he saw you sitting beside him.

     “It’s okay. I’m right here.” you said softly, pulling him close, allowing him to cry into your chest. You’d explain everything later, tell him what had happened, that you still loved him, that he hadn’t meant to. Right now, all that mattered was that he still loved you, that you were still together, and that you’d be by his side while he needed you most.

Rules & FAQ Thank you for the ask! I've been wanting to do a rules post to outline what I write for and what I don't, and other things so that there's no confusion with people. So I'll use this ask as my rules page for now, and edit as needed.

As a general rule, I delete requests if you spam your ask multiple times on separate days - I understand if you're inpatient, but please give me time and rushing doesn't help anything. If you want to know where I'm at with your request, you're always free to send an ask asking or DM me personally. I don't take offence to asking, but spamming my inbox with those things won't make me work faster.

Characters I do/don't write: I'm happy to write for any of the overwatch characters, but in a romantic way and with a human reader, I won't write for Winston, Wrecking Ball, or Orisa (since she's canonically like 5). With them, I'd only feel comfortable writing for them in a platonic/general sense, nothing romantic or sexual with human readers. I won't write Lena Oxton/Tracer with a male reader, or Soldier:76 with a female reader either in romantic or sexual contexts. Also, I specialise in writing female characters, but I'm honestly happy to write for any gender/sexuality, with any type of reader as long as it doesn't clash with the above info.

Subjects I do/don't write: I avoid writing anything involving proship, incest, domestic abuse, and paedophilia. It's something I will always avoid, and I'm not lean about this. I will write for deeper subjects like mental health, drug abuse, stalking (as long as it's not a one sided situation), that sort of thing and use themes/tw/cw sections where available. For example, I won't write yandere if it's one sided or just the reader/character doing it to the other. Whereas, I'm happy to write it as a ‘matched their freak’ sort of situation where they're both obsessive with each other. I also won't write for the following kinks when it comes to nsfw requests (for my own comfort): cnc/consensual non-consensual, daddy kink/ddlg, thigh crushing, sounding and age play in general. I delete requests involving these things, and would appreciate if these topics were avoided when it comes to requesting things.

How Many Characters Per Headcanon Request? I'm happy to write for about 6 characters in 1 headcanon request, or 2 ships in one headcanon request. It helps me keep track of what I'm writing for and doesn't mud the waters too much. However, with fanfic, one shot or drabble requests I'll only do one at a time. I'll separate the posts if there's requests for more than one in an ask, and link the post that's split from the ask in the response. If you want an organisation, like Talon or Overwatch, written for as a headcanon request, that's the only time I'm really flexible with the rules. I'm happy to write for polyamorous characters/ships as well, but in this instance the maximum ship amount for a request of any nature would be 4. As for content, I aim to give about 6-7 headcanons per post, but sometimes if I don't have enough inspo I'll write for less, but it wont be any less than 4-5. I also have question or non question options for my hc posts, so you're free to ask for either if you'd prefer that. 

NSFW: General rules With NSFW stuff, I'm happy to write for anything involving it as long as it doesn't clash with what I'm comfortable writing. But the characters I'm not comfortable writing with NSFW are anything involving Orisa, Wrecking Ball or Winston, paedophilia, assault or rape, incest or proship. I won't write for any underage characters as well in a sexual light. i. in his eyes, you’re too pretty for someone like him, someone whose skin is littered with scars and someone with such a dark secret. he loves your pretty brown eyes and beautiful dark brown hair, often times, he’d be so tempted to just reach out and play with a stray curl between his fingers. you would almost always see his attempts in your peripheral, you would see his hesitance and eventual withdraw. but you would turn to him with a kind smile, reach for his hand and bring his fingers to your hair instead. With a grateful smile, remus loses the tension in his shoulders before succumbing to his urges in playing with your hair. It was little things like this that he really loved about you, every small action from him was one you took notice of and did your best to reassure him — you made him feel like less of a monster

ii. remus often feels guilty for taking more from you than he was giving in return but that wasn’t the case at all. he returns all the comfort you give him through the domestic, romantic love that comes so naturally to him. every spring, he sees a new blossom that reminds him of you, he picks it to take to you, forming a small bouquet. in the summer, when the two of you spend weeks in each other’s company, he would love you so dearly, cooking you breakfast, making you tea/coffee in the mornings, just the way you liked it and the two of you would wake up early to watch the sunrise, and would converse about anything and everything under the sun as the sun sets. In the autumn, he loves holding your hand and letting you borrow his giant sweaters to swamp yourselves under, he thinks your adorable and sometimes can’t help himself when wanting to pick you up and cuddle you close in private. in the winter, the two of you love to share mugs of hot chocolate whilst reading your books and eventually cuddle in bed together, if you two were feeling extra peckish, you would bake some delish goods in the kitchen together with the elves to have with your hot chocolate. his love for you is unrelenting and stays strong through every season. 

iii. as part of the marauders, he takes you on some of the adventures they like to go on but more subdued. the boys are like a test-run so that he could map out a safer and more romantic trip for the two of you to have — this way you can focus on each other more and make memories that will last you a lifetime. when going on these excursions, you’d often feel a lot more mischievous and start acting silly or playing around with him, giving him the occasional playful shove, and he would do the same back. he finds it so easy to laugh and smile with you around; with you around, the world just feels right.  

iv. even though he’s bad at it, he’ll play a friendly game of tennis or badminton with you, whatever you fancy that day. it almost always becomes a little competition where you’re both at equal playfields but you both secretly know remus is gonna lose. It’s just that the idea of a playful match was so appealing and fun, you two can’t help but make impish jabs at each other. “you really think you can take me?” remus challenges as you narrow your eyes at him in jest, “ha! don’t make me laugh! it’s you who can’t take me!”

v. you two spend a lot of time together either in silence or in full discussion about any topic under the sun, it could be about the books you two were reading or a topic brought up during class, it could be about something completely random or silly or about the most mundane things — either way, you two could talk to each other for forever without getting tired. even though you tend to be the therapist friend, remus doesn’t want that type of relationship with you. he knows that he can trust you with his problems because you know how to keep secrets and are almost always so much wiser than him but his problems are his, the only things he wants to fill your relationship with is love and happiness. nevertheless, you two still go to each other for advice every once in a while, exercising your trust in each other and feeling satisfied and content with life after most discussions. after every heart-to-heart and at the end of each day, remus never fails to whisper a sweet and a loving “i love you,” into your ear before he presses a kiss into your temple, your cheek, your nose and finally your lips — it’s practically routine now and he’s never broken it ever since the two of you made it official that first night and he finally had to part ways with you reaching curfew.

❝ We're here, finally. Neighbor to Sumeru Liyue may be, it doesn't change the fact that the trip to the capital is long and arduous no matter the method used, be it by land or sea (though I'd be curious to see if Fontainian aircraft could make the trip, faster than the other routes too). Travel in and of itself typically takes a toll on oneself; when one is stuck with an incorrigible companion the entire time? It's downright exhausting. Lucky for me, I wear my earpieces everywhere, but there are only so many places on a ship where I can stay out of the crew's way and read and avoid my roommate. Not exactly a terrific start to this research trip (my words, despite the fact that this will inevitably not be strictly research-oriented due to my traveling partner and his whims)... but the sight of Liyue Harbor when we arrive alleviates some of the stress. It's enlightening, in more ways than one, the gentle glow of the lanterns a pleasing and soothing view. I can already imagine the hustle and bustle that will greet us once we dock; then again, this country boasts wonderful wilds, to which I might just escape every so often for my fill of solitude. I'm more likely to meet a member of the adepti that way as well, the bigger half of my reason for coming here. My companion will no doubt also be intrigued and entranced by their arts, but I intend to get the most interaction out of them before he comes barreling in blazing with questions. And... I suppose it wouldn't be a bad idea to check out the festival itself. Lantern Rite comes only once a year, and we might as well take advantage of the time we have here to participate. This is going to be very interesting. ❞

alhaitham has arrived in liyue in time to attend lantern rite! although he is familiar with liyue and its customs, he has not yet had the pleasure of experiencing the liyuen new year or been to the harbor itself. since he is ostensibly on a research trip, he will likely need some gentle tugging to get into the more festive side of things if that's what your genshin wants. he is open to joining the celebrations, however! ... within reason.

dress up - liyue has such wonderful fashion, and alhaitham adores the feel of silk against his skin (not to mention silk garments can be surprisingly practical). why not get him some lovely new clothes to wear?

lantern making - a vaunted mainstay of the festival and one aspect he believes is mandatory for having a full and authentic lantern rite experience. though alhaitham does not necessarily consider himself artistic, he does want his xiao lantern to at least look presentable. the actual logistics of making the lantern fly, on the other hand, have him super intrigued...

💡 alhaitham is canonically a bit of an engineering genius. he made his music player and most likely his headphones, and a big part of why he's come to liyue is to learn more about the adepti and their devices. he's intrigued by the adeptal engineering arts and wants to try incorporating them into his gadgets. an adeptus muse would likely be best for showing him the ins and outs of their technology, but if your muse isn't an adeptus and wants to help him look for one, that works just as well!

🍃 some of this lantern rite for alhaitham is going to be spent away from the crowds and busy festivities. no doubt he'll be looking for quiet places to read in his nonsocial time, meaning sooner or later he'll end up at wangshu inn. maybe your muse would like to go fishing with him at the marshlands or get a bite to eat from smiley yanxiao?

🏔 rather than visiting a shrine to one, alhaitham intends to seek out and meet an adeptus (or two or more—results must be replicable in order to be valid, after all) to exchange knowledge and ideas regarding technology and writing. he is fascinated by the adeptal arts and will not leave until he has achieved his objective. perhaps your muse is able and willing to lead him to jueyun karst? or maybe your muse personally knows (or is) an adeptus and would like to sate his curiosity?
