Gaining weight in college is so easy

You're by your own for the first time, there's no one telling you what to buy or eat and at first is just buying some chips or maybe a soda, things that your parents would say not to

You had a bad day so you treat yourself at some ice cream

You don't have the energy to cook today so you'll just order some takeout

You want to live the good college experience so you drink beer almost every weekend at parties and then buy some fast food on the way to the doorms

You get high to deal whit the stress of the classes and eat yourself away

Your friends want to go out at midnight and get pizza so you go whit them

Is the middle of the semester and you have to go buy new clothes because yours "shrink in the washer", it's not your fault your mom didn't teach you how to wash them anyway

And then you go home for the holidays and see everyone faces in your home town when you get there in a sweater that is too small, pressing against your belly and showing how your pants digs in it, you try on some clothes and realize nothing fits you anymore

"I'm gonna lose it in the next semester," you think, but your mom just calls you for dinner, and you just missed her food so much. You can't resist

I'll probably disappear for a few more days, but I couldn't get this one out of my head, lmao (°▽°)

Your clothes look better when they don't fit you anymore, when you have to stretch a shirt so it covers your belly, when you have to hold your breath to button your jeans

You think that others don't notice, but we do. That shirt now looks so small on you, and even your belly is starting to show underneath, but you don't seem to stop eating and getting fatter
