8月第4週

ついこの間8月になったばかりだと思ったのに、もうあと3日で終わってしまう。

9月になるともう年末までさほど時間がない気がしてしまうのはわたしだけかな。年々月日の流れが早くなって、自分だけみんなのスピードに追いつけていないように思える。勝手に焦って落ち込むこともある。

夏の終わりから秋にかけてはメンタルだけでなく体調も崩しやすいから（なぜか毎年この時期具合が悪い）あまり追い込みすぎず、すこしは時の流れに身を任せてみようと思う。

今週は特に大きなトラブルもなく、至って平穏に過ごした。何もないのがいちばんの幸せだよ。

金曜日はまだまだ残っている夏期休暇を1日使って縮毛矯正をかけてきた。

縮毛歴15年以上で年3回（大体4ヶ月に1回）は縮毛をかけるため、もはやわたしの人生においてやるべくしてやっている作業となっている。元から直毛ならこの作業もいらないのにと思わないわけではないが。

縮毛をかけたので髪の毛はかなり扱いやすくなったものの、ここからヘアケアをしっかりがんばっていかないといけないのでがんばる。

ごめんブログちゃんと書こうと思ったのにここまでで眠くて限界だ。さっきからうつらうつらしながら書いててこれはよくない。

こんな週もあるよね。 もう寝ちゃお。
