i really really really really really like how Psychic and Myth's backstories contrast each other. like probably an unnatural amount.

because. Psychic came from nothing. he woke up alone. he had no one to show him what to do, he was forced to survive Hell on his own until Dearest showed up. DD was the reason Psychic made ANYTHING of himself, it was after him that Psi became the insanely skilled and knowledgeable person that he is now.

meanwhile. Myth existed to be everything. her only reason for existing was to be an idol. a goddess. but the moment she tried to be anything less, she was the one who got talked down to. she was the one who became nothing. Myth had to leave her life behind, where she was everything, and start all over again in a world she knows barely anything about.

i really really really really really like this, in case you couldn't tell. it tickles my cranial nerves.
