... I just need you to know that like the INSTANT I read the first part of this, I took a screenshot for a FDTJ meme.

I mean this as a compliment.

Anyway my story is called "bad guns shoot fast in a small town (but I shoot nakeder)." It's about this character, me, who faces one of the meanest gunslingin' neighborhoods of Female Troubles. Beautiful and dangerous, wearing only illegal ten gallon hat straps, she is a notoriously bad shot, killing one challenger after the next.

12: Has your character committed any crimes (per their universe's laws)?

Teagan has committed ... many crimes. Murder, for one.

OC ask, 6. What catalyzed their introduction to the plot?

Teagan wandered in because they were attached to a group of assassins that moved from freehold to freehold, doing whatever death the regent of said freehold required.

But. Part of the reason he was doing that is because he had a very literal death wish, on account of Loss and Trauma, because this is Changeling the Lost.

Why they stayed, though, is June. Not because she's adorable (though she is) or because she kisses Teagan (though she does).

The thing about Teagan is that they're a Mirrorskin, and part of the reason they're able to do all of that murder that they do is because they can look like anybody. People tend to either project on Teagan and want them to be something that he's not, or they get fixated on seeing 'the real you,' and start digging at Teagan to reveal their 'real' self.

June just wanted to be around Teagan and didn't ask anything of him. It wasn't about what she could get out of them or what they could be for her. She just wanted Teagan as he was and with what he could give her. Like naps.

6. What catalyzed your OC to join the plot?

Fox came into her current iteration in FDTJ because, after wandering around Europe for almost a decade being an itinerant wizard while her now-wife, Lesja, was undercover fighting Seers (evil wizards, basically) and unable to be contacted, she got very depressed and lonely, and she came home to Philadelphia.

Also she thought, 'maybe if I just leave Europe, she'll come out of being undercover, her assignment will be over.' You know, like when you light a cigarette to make the waiter bring your food.
