STIHL ElastoStart

STIHL ElastoStart is a special starter handle which ensures a smooth starting process without any sudden peak forces. The integral damper smooths the power profile that is generated during starting and makes the starting process a lot easier.

ADVANCE Universal Harness

Soft padding makes work more comfortable during longer jobs.

Shoulder strap / carrying system

Using a STIHL shoulder strap or carrying harness with soft padding makes work more comfortable, particularly during lengthy jobs.

Anti-vibration system

Intense vibration at the handles of power tools can lead to long-term effects on blood vessels in the hands and arms. STIHL has therefore developed an effective anti-vibration system whereby the oscillations from the machine's engine are dampened which significantly reduces vibrations at the handles.

Multi-function control handle

Easy, comfortable thumb-operated control means the operator's hand never leaves the handle.

Bike handle

When used in conjunction with a harness, the bike handle enables a smooth mowing action. The bike handle allows the machine to be easily guided, making it ideal for working on large areas and thus reducing fatigue.

Tool free handle adjustment

The central wing nut enables easy adjustment without the use of tools. For transportation and space-saving storage, the handle can be rotated by 90°.

Manual fuel pump (Purger)

A small fuel pump delivers fuel to the carburettor at the touch of a button. This reduces the number of starting strokes required following extended breaks in operations.

Compensator

This controller in the carburettor prevents the fuel-air mixture getting richer as the air filter becomes clogged. The correct quantity of fuel is delivered to the carburettor depending on the quantity of air passing through the air filter. This keeps the fuel/air ratio in the combustion mixture constant and hence also the engine power. The filter doesn't need to be cleaned until an appreciable drop in power occurs.

Goggles

It is important to protect your eyes from flying particles and harmful UV radiation. Therefore a pair of safety goggles/glasses are supplied with the the machine. Note: Additional face protection must be worn when working with brushcutters.

2019年1月26日馬來西亞經濟事務部長阿茲敏（Mohamed Azmin Ali）宣佈正式終止與中國交通建設公司「東海岸鐵路」項目合約，理由是因無法負擔200億美元的建設費用。事實上，早在2018年8月總理馬哈迪訪問中國時就已經表態，在8月21日結束訪問中國的記者會上，馬哈迪宣布暫時取消總計220億美元的三個中方資助的項目，主要是因考量馬國龐大的國家債務因素。其中決定取消與中資合作的東海岸銜接鐵路與蘇里亞策略能源資源（SSER）的合約工程。

馬來西亞國土面積為330，803平方公里，約臺灣的10倍大，馬來西亞鐵路運輸系統分佈於馬來西亞半島和東馬沙巴州兩個地區。馬來西亞半島的鐵路主要屬馬來亞鐵路（KTM）所有，該國營鐵路公司經營管理1,677公里的鐵路。相較之下，臺灣國土面積雖小但鐵路卻有1,114.5公里(不包括高鐵)。而沙巴地區更只有134公里鐵路，由沙巴州政府營運的沙巴州鐵路（SRR）所有。扣除已宣布終止的東海岸鐵路工程，馬來西亞的鐵路營業里程超過1,800公里。

馬來西亞半島的鐵路系統在北面連接泰國鐵路，而南端則可通往新加坡。雖然新加坡並非屬於馬來西亞，但是新加坡卻是馬來亞鐵路網的最南端，兀蘭關卡(Woodlands Train Checkpoint)是馬來亞鐵路唯一在新加坡境內的車站，新加坡與馬來西亞之間的國際列車服務亦是由馬來亞鐵路去營運。馬來西亞鐵路大致上可分為重鐵（通勤鐵路）、輕快鐵（輕軌捷運或Light Metro）、單軌鐵路、機場鐵路和登山纜車。重型鐵路主要用於城際客運和城市軌道交通，輕鐵則用於城市軌道交通系統和一些特殊用途，如機場航站樓之間的乘客運輸（APM）。

馬來西亞雖已具備鐵路網，每千人有400輛，但鐵路網其實涵蓋範圍能力不高，且飛機—高鐵—捷運—BRT—公車等運輸工具沒有辦法「無縫接軌」。再加上捷運鐵路網並沒有辦法連接到地處偏遠地區，只能集中在都市。以吉隆坡是馬來西亞第一個發展都內捷運（輕快鐵LRT），但LRT客運量並不高，沒辦法承受大量的運量，規模經濟效益不大，在尖峰時刻擁擠且常有誤點、不準時的問題，自然影響居民在運具的選擇。

馬來西亞人口聚落相當分散，中部地區還有很多未開發的森林，若執意要開發需要投入很高的成本，且會破壞原住民家園。東馬來西亞河流是東南亞最大的河流之一，目前常見的交通工具是船和飛機。相較之下，公路又比鐵路發達，即使汽車的價格比鄰近國家貴，但馬國民眾早已習慣以車輛為交通工具。從成本效益來衡量，一帶一路投資在鐵路這項基礎建設的投資報酬率實在偏低。

東海岸鐵路基礎建設極有可能會對東馬來西亞造成生態上的浩劫。曾有「萬象之國」的寮國，目前境內大象估計不到千頭。在寮國的一帶一路基礎建設工程已造成數百隻大象必須遷移原有的棲息地。就像成都大貓熊繁殖研究基地一樣，中國一方面破壞大象棲息地後，另一方面又要建立大象保育基地。中國國企「中寮旅遊投資開發有限公司」（Sino-Lao Tourism Investment and Development Company Ltd.）在2017年8月12日世界大象日時宣布，要在寮國西北方的沙耶武里省投資4000萬美元打造「亞洲象種源保護繁育及救助中心」，以保護數量越來越稀少的寮國象，但實際上卻是要發展成營利的旅遊景點。

2018年是中國一帶一路倡議基礎建設計畫的分水嶺，馬來西亞，巴基斯坦、馬爾地夫，西非的塞拉利昂（原獅子山共和國）都以政黨輪替為理由，跟中國提出要更改合作協議。恰巧在美中貿易大戰之際，中國也順勢積極拉攏這些友好國家，讓一帶一路基礎建設計畫開始變得更有彈性。

馬哈迪對中國強硬態度與斡旋談判能力，是目前所有想要跟中國一帶一路基礎建設「說NO」的國家中最理想的案例。主要是因中國一帶一路基礎設還有多項計畫在馬國進行，加上馬來西亞在東協國家扮演非常關鍵的角色，在戰略上，不管就陸上連接泰國，或在海上緊鄰麻六甲海峽都非常重要，讓馬來西亞有本錢跟中國「說NO」。

儘管阿茲敏宣稱這次「東海岸鐵路」是因為經費停止合作，不代表馬來西亞就全面��絕與中國所有投資往來，馬國仍相當歡迎中國個別投資方案。不過外界更關心的是，在取消東海岸鐵路計劃後，馬國究竟要付給中國交通建設公司多少違約金?
