So I was messing around with the otp prompt generator, and a good LeeCro fanfic prompt got generated:

Thinking about fayeraya before bed and now I just MUST make a post about why to ship Faye and Soraya

Faye and Soraya lived together before joining the QZ

Faye chose to stay with Soraya when he suggested being a draker

Soraya always bought books for Faye with the small amount of money he earned from polishing shoes

Faye is very protective of Soraya (beating up the cop that hurt Soraya, beating up two gang members all because one of them grabbed Soraya's shirt aggressively)

In most chapters they are always shown together

Faye has a reason why he stays with Soraya (part of his not fully revealed backstory)

They're basically opposites, Soraya can't read, Faye loves to read; Soraya is a pacifist, Faye would fight anyone that tries to hurt Soraya

They share a braincell (the engine room scenes in episode 3 of the anime)

I was gonna do Mika and Vannie but then I still want to give appreciation for the more minor "background" characters.

Now that they can (somewhat) afford better food, Faye probably just wanted to get food as thanks towards Soraya for being there with him and buying him books :')
