Available now in my etsy shop! This stamped plate necklace is unlike any other. The metal letter stamps I used belonged to my late grandfather. He acquired them sometime in the 1940s. They are well-loved and full of character, and this translates into the one-of-a-kind pieces they can create. I carefully hand-cut each plate, then brush it to a matte finish. The stamping is filled with a permanent black patina wax to better define the words. The moonrise in New Hampshire today looks unreal! We are coming up on the full moon Saturday; the wolf moon. I've been so preoccupied with wedding planning that I've been neglecting my jewelry shop! I’m amazed this beauty is still available in my etsy shop! I nestled a dainty 4mm opal within a solid silver diamond-shaped pendant. I created the entire silver piece by hand, etching a star-like pattern into the metal, oxidizing the grooves, and polishing it to a lovely patina. The opal flashes with brilliant shades of green, aqua, magenta, and orange. I attached this one of a kind pendant to 16" of hand-wired genuine labradorite beads on oxidized silver wire. The subtle shimmer of blue-green within the labradorite compliments the opal perfectly. The necklace is finished with an oxidized sterling silver lobster clasp. I created the entire silver piece by hand, cutting the metal, oxidizing the grooves, and polishing it to a lovely patina. The perfect spooky piece! 🎃Featured in the center is a conjoined skeleton cameo with a banner that reads "Semper et Ubique", which translates to "Always and Everywhere". This macabre image is actually referencing romantic love, indicating the two will always be together. The cameo is surrounded by tiny crystal glass chatons, bedazzling the filigree silver-toned setting. Below the cameo rests a Swarovski crystal silver night oval pendant.
