Manuel Cutajar, 39, from the EU-country Malta has reportedly undergone a surgery to expand the size of his stomach, which now has the capacity of two gallons. What sounds like the dream of many feeders, fat-admirers and other bulk-lovers, was actualy a medical necessity. Dr Robert Grixti, the surgeon to do the operation stated that expanding the patient´s stomach had to be done, to prevent the belly of the self-proclaimed food-lover Mr. Cutajar from exploding anytime soon. A procedure to bring him back some life qualiy and allowing him to munch on his more than 10 “pastizz´” for breakfast.

What was published as satire around the july of 2019, is now a surprisingly common procedure in the Odobasian Empire, especially among the grossly obese nobelity and newly immigrated humanoids, yet having to learn to digest these huge quantities of fattening foods, a true Odobasian would dismiss as “snacks”.
