I am at my fucking limit so buckle up:
Because I have adhd and anxiety and depression, I need to take melatonin to get to sleep at a reasonable time otherwise I'll be lying in bed for literal hours until I can fall asleep, doubly so if I take my adhd meds that day.
So I live in Australia and if you live in Australia you can't buy melatonin over the counter if you're under 55 (idk why I'm too tired to look up why) and I'm 29 so fuck me I'd need to get a prescription and then a months supply is like $30.
So I've been ordering melatonin from this place in the US which is about 5 months supply for about the same price maybe a lil extra for shipping like $50 for 150 tablets.
So when I realised I was getting low on them I went to the sight and ordered again.
Easy-peasy right?
Well it turned out that I had enough to get me to the last day of their delivery window (about the 27th of Feb) and I was like " ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ they're usually pretty quick with delivery so I should be ok" but then the 27th rolled around and no delivery.
So I checked the tracking and it hadn't been scanned since the 17th. It was in my country, in my state, but hadn't moved in 10 days.
So I looked and the company was using a new 3rd party delivery company and they Sucked. It was a continuous problem that they just didn't deliver packages, lost them, took months and months and months to deliver something to next door the facility.
So I got in contact with the American company and they're gonna send me a refund (more on that in a sec) and til then i was like "dear God ill have to order from Amazon 🤮) so I did.
Shipping cost more than the product but the delivery time was about a week and I'd found 2 of my old diazepam that I could take if I really needed to.
To note: I usually only take my meds for work, I can generally get by without them when I'm not working but now not taking them for work makes me feel like I am not being as useful/productive/etc as I could be and as a supervisor who is often the one in charge I need to be on the ball.
Amazon package was meant to come today.
I did get an Amazon package today but was it my desperately needed melatonin? No it was a fucking Christian self-help book:
Like does this look like medication to you?!?!?!
I get that mistakes happen but this is the 2nd issue I've had with this 1 thing.
Also as a queer satanist/witch it feels a lil insulting even tho it wasn't probably wasnt intentional at all and some Christian who wanted a self help book has been sent sleep medication like oops.
But that is not the end of the saga.
Luckily Amazon is on the ball about refunds and I was able to reorder the item (& a 2nd brand so we'll see who comes first) and paid extra for fast shipping. Even then it will take another week for it to arrive.
I have my supervisor shift on the weekend, I cannot be unmedicated for it but I will be running on 2 hours of sleep if I'm lucky.
If I didn't take the adhd meds I'd be on maybe 4 hours sleep so it's not much difference tbh.
But on top of all that: the refund from the 1st company (that I will never be going back to after this) was pending in my bank account. It had the amount ($95 cuz I ordered 3 bottles of 2 different strengths plus shipping) with a "this is pending" label.
It has now vanished from my account.
It is no longer pending but I also do not have the money.
I am giving them the 10 business days they said it'll take and if it's not in my account I am raining hell.
I work retail minimum wage, I live paycheque to paycheque, I cannot be out $95 with nothing to show for it.
10 business days is the 15th
My new order is meant to arrive on the 14th
We'll see what I get first, a refund from the person I ordered from in January or the replacement items I ordered Wednesday last week.
(Also the express shipping isn't much faster I just need it literally as soon as possible I am so tired)

It’s been a while since my last post about shows and movies I’ve watched (wish I could link the post but tumblr hates me), and since then there have been quite a few more:
Finished:
Slow Horses season 2: enjoyed it; more action-packed and faster paced than season 1 but it’s also more of the Gary Oldman Show than before; hated a certain character‘s death :(
White Lotus season 2: Yep, after not even finishing a single episode of season 1, I just skipped to the second season and really liked it. Not as sensational as social media made it seem but still a nice portrayal of messed up people caught in their own misery 🥰
L‘Opera season 1: I don’t know if this is the show’s original title, watched it via the streaming site of a German broadcaster. Brilliant show about ballet at the Paris Opera; an aging principal dancer gets kicked out of her contract and the season covers how she fights to get back in. It also deals with racism in the ballet world through the eyes of a young black dancer who tries to get into the company.
Thai Cave Rescue: I didn’t watch the Amazon movie about the same event because it seems to be focused on the white rescuers instead of the Thai boys trapped in the cave? Liked it but yeah, this could have been a movie instead of a limited series 👀
The Bastard Son & and the Devil Himself: Netflix did its damn best not to promote this show and of course, it’s been cancelled since. Quite a lot of gore for my taste but it was still amazing. Would definitely recommend, despite there only being one season :(
1899: also cancelled, thanks for nothing, netflix 🙄 While I enjoyed the show, I do think that the ship setting is what kept this from being as great as Dark. Should have continued though of course since season 1 was basically entirely a set up for future seasons.
Young Royals season 2: have already posted about this one of course. I hope season 3 returns focus to the show’s main couple. It’s a shame that the two characters of color (of the main cast) were reduced to supporting characters this time.
(Christmas) Movies:
Scrooge: musical version of the old story; really good songs; watched it with my youngest students who loved it but thought there were too many songs 😁
Your Christmas or Mine: omg what a disappointment. I excepted a charming comedy with weird but lovable British characters. All I got was boredom and bad acting.
Tried but gave up:
Wednesday: no comment (for my own safety)
Treason: started watching this for my man Charlie Cox, but wow this is bad. It tries to be like other British shows about MI6 (5? I don’t know) and fails.
The Crown season 5: extremely boring, uninspired acting, and let’s face it, that family is truly FUBAR and should be ignored 98% of the time, especially now.
Currently watching:
Happy Valley season 3: can’t believe it’s back after 8 years 😭 episode 1 was brilliant, can’t wait for the rest.
Mosquito Coast season 2: just one episode left and I’ve liked this one a lot more than season 1, which was basically hours and hours of Justin Theroux checking himself out. Wise choice to focus on the son‘s trauma after what he had done at the end of season 1, but I’m constantly distracted by how much that young actor looks like Ansel Elgort 😳
Kaleidoscope: episode yellow is the first one for me but I had to stop it halfway through the other day and haven’t continued yet.
Almost Fly: very sweet German series about three boys in 1990 who want to become rappers.

Blink
If you can’t beat ‘em, join ‘em.Well, that’s how the old adage goes. And sometimes even the big guys have to blink. Lately, upstarts like Shein, Temu, and TikTok Shop have been crushing it in the online arena, forcing even Amazon to figure out how to join the party, which it just did with the announcement of Amazon Haul.
Available only on its mobile app, Amazon Haul features a wide variety of items, from household to clothes, all priced less than $20. In fact, many are less than $10, and some even at the $1 price point.
But the usual promise of two-day or faster delivery is off the table, because Amazon is mimicking the business model of those Chinese rivals who instead rely on drop shipping directly from China. Orders take one to two weeks to arrive. Shipping is free for orders more than $25; otherwise, it is $3.99.
There has been concern that Amazon might be cannibalizing itself, but the company shrugs it off, saying that a value-centric spin-off is complementary to the normal spread of products they offer. They see it as having upside potential for incremental sales and new customers, the folks who have been buying up a storm on competitor sites.
Interestingly, Amazon has wisely not backed itself into a corner price-wise, at least for now. Whereas every discount chain with the word “Dollar” in its name has had to deal with inflation and raise prices above that threshold, Amazon has given itself a very wide berth. It would take many years of inflation to hit the $20 mark.
But, of course, there’s the possibility of tariffs, because everything in Amazon Haul is coming from China. Trump’s proposed 60-100% tariffs could quickly cut their price range in half. That is, of course, if he was blowing smoke or really meant it. Even in a completely Republican-majority House and Senate, there’s rising speculation that Trump may not have as much carte blanche as he would like to think. There would be repercussions. Can anyone say trade war?
So I did what any decent person would do, which is I opened my Amazon app and took a look around. There are bargains galore, but just like at the dollar stores, there’s a lot of stuff I would never buy, some stuff I don’t need, and then a few things I had no idea existed or needed. I even bought something. Make that two somethings, a couple of base layer long-sleeve shirts. At $13.99 apiece, that’s pretty cheap.
I realize the old rule: You get what you pay for. My rule of thumb for athletic gear is to figure out the cost per wearing, or, in the case of shoes, cost per mile. I may very well wind up paying a few bucks per wearing on these if they fall apart fast. At that price, I may wind up paying $14 for a one and done. I’ll find out soon.
Like in a couple of weeks. At least I went above the $25 free shipping threshold. From China, with love.
You can also bet that Walmart will be watching closely. They already have plenty of bargain basement items online and on their app, and to be honest, it would be a much easier fit for Walmart to do so since it has always been seen as a discount store.
As for the dollar stores, they should be nervous, and not just because of potential tariffs on everything they sell. They intentionally focus on much cheaper items with thin margins. Their whole world may be turned upside down. And never mind that this is strictly a pure play proposition. Amazon is not saddled with 19,726 stores like Dollar General is. If Amazon Haul flops, they just make it go away.
Lastly, there’s the whole issue of shipping, which I find to be intriguing if only for how much it has evolved during my life. Once upon a time, domestic as well as international shipping took a long time. Amazon changed that with Prime and two-day delivery, along with all the third-party couriers who can do one-day or same-day deliveries. But getting something from China in one to two weeks may cause you to wonder how this model can survive when we have come to expect fast deliveries within the US.
I recall my first iPad, which I had pre-ordered in anticipation of its April 2010 release. I was able to track my iPad in transit from Shanghai via FedEx. It took only two days. That had to cost Apple a pretty penny.
Shoppers have welcomed the longer shipping window from China, though, because it reinforces the low-price model. They are shipping things half way around the world. Even for $3.99, that is a bargain in and of itself. Try sending a Christmas gift to your relatives in New York for $4. You can’t do it.
It normally takes 15-30 days for a freight ship to cross the Pacific from China to the US, so it is clear they aren’t putting our purchases on a slow boat. They are entering the normal parcel post system, which includes ground on both ends, and then air to cross the ocean.
What a great time to be alive! Marco Polo had to journey three years to get to China, and we can taste it in a fortnight or less. It’s a good thing Amazon didn’t exist eight centuries ago, because we may very well have forgotten what we had ordered by the time it was delivered.
Check out Amazon Haul. It’s game on for the big boys, even if they did blink. Those Chinese competitors also need to be very nervous.

FBA Shipping: Save 15% in Costs and Time with Our Efficient Freight Forwarder China to Saudi Arabia, Sunny Worldwide Logistics
FBA Shipping: Save 15% in Costs and Time with Our Efficient Freight Forwarder China to Saudi Arabia, Sunny Worldwide Logistics
Zhao Sheng used to handle his FBA shipments to Saudi Arabia the traditional way, doing everything himself, like picking up the goods, clearing customs, paying taxes, and scheduling deliveries. With limited experience, he often took the long way around. Plus, the cost didn't include taxes, so each shipment required a lot of effort. Considering labor and time costs, especially labor costs, the hidden costs were actually very high.
Zhao Sheng heard about us, Sunny Worldwide Logistics, a professional freight forwarder China to Saudi Arabia, and came to find me. I told him we have specialized FBA logistics shipping solutions to make everything simple and efficient. Zhao Sheng only needed to provide rough information about weight, piece count, and volume, and with our extensive experience, we could provide him with a reasonable number of pallets and cost estimate to ship his goods from China to the Amazon warehouse in Saudi Arabia. This door-to-door service allowed Zhao Sheng to focus on product development and market expansion, without worrying about the transportation process, greatly reducing his logistics burden.
Our quote includes not only shipping fees but also customs duties and clearance costs, so customers don't need to run around for declarations themselves. They can use the saved time and energy on their core work. As an efficient freight forwarder China to Saudi Arabia, if you calculate the cost of time, our one-stop service is actually more cost-effective than customers doing it themselves. This is a concrete example of delegating professional tasks to professionals.
Zhao Sheng is an e-commerce seller operating in Saudi Arabia, with his product manufacturers in China. Based on the information provided by Zhao Sheng, I offered two logistics service options from China to Saudi Arabia:
Option 1: Express Ship Direct + Truck Delivery
Express Ship Service: Choose a faster direct vessel departing from a Chinese port, directly to a major Saudi port, with an estimated sea voyage time of 8-12 days.
Customs Clearance & Truck Delivery: After the goods arrive at the Saudi port, we will handle the customs clearance procedures and, upon completion, deliver the goods directly to the Amazon warehouse in Saudi Arabia by truck, with an estimated land transportation time of 3-5 days.
Overall Estimate: The full process of Express Ship Direct + Truck Delivery is expected to take 12-18 days, ensuring efficient and punctual delivery of the goods.
Option 2: Economic Shipping + Truck Delivery
Economic Shipping: Choose a more cost-effective shipping service departing from a Chinese port, possibly with transits in Singapore or Dubai, with an estimated sea voyage time of 15-25 days.
Customs Clearance & Truck Delivery: After the goods arrive at the Saudi port, we will also handle the customs clearance and, upon completion, deliver the goods to the Amazon warehouse in Saudi Arabia by truck, with an estimated land transportation time of 5-7 days.
Overall Estimate: The full process of Economic Shipping + Truck Delivery is expected to take 25-35 days, suitable for customers with less urgent transportation requirements.
Both logistics service options from China to Saudi Arabia offer door-to-door one-stop services, including packing, loading and unloading, transportation, customs clearance, and destination delivery of the goods.
I told Zhao Sheng that as a freight forwarder China to Saudi Arabia with over 20 years of experience, due to our large shipping volume and expertise, as long as he provides the customs code, we can accurately estimate the customs duties based on the destination country's clearance requirements and our previous operational experience. Our loading and unloading workers are professional foreign trade logistics workers with experience in palletizing and container loading and unloading. For example, they know that the cargo labels on the pallet should face outwards for easy identification and retrieval; the height of the stacked goods should not exceed the edge of the pallet to prevent the goods from slipping or damaging during transportation; the heaviest goods should be stacked at the bottom of the pallet to ensure the overall stability and safety of the pallet, etc. These skilled operations avoid many uncertain accidents and increase the efficiency of the entire process for customers. For customers, saving time means reducing costs.
Based on his actual situation, Zhao Sheng chose the cost-saving Option 2. The goods arrived at the Amazon warehouse in Saudi Arabia on time, and Zhao Sheng was satisfied with our logistics services from China to Saudi Arabia. He no longer needs to spend time and energy on cumbersome processes such as picking up goods, clearing customs, paying taxes, and scheduling deliveries. And our full-process operations and real-time feedback allow him to keep track of the cargo dynamics at any time.
If you, like Zhao Sheng, need logistics services from China to Saudi Arabia or services to other destinations, I will be your reliable logistics partner. To learn more about me, read my diary, which records more about the little things related to freight forwarding from China to Saudi Arabia and the warm and touching stories between us and our clients. Amazon Fulfillment in China: Powering Global E-commerce with Advanced Logistics
Amazon, one of the world’s largest e-commerce giants, has built an extensive fulfillment and logistics network to support its global operations, and China plays a significant role in this ecosystem. Although Amazon’s consumer marketplace has a smaller share of China's e-commerce market due to domestic giants like Alibaba and JD.com, the company has continued to maintain a strong presence in China through its Amazon Global Selling and fulfillment operations. This article explores how Amazon’s fulfillment centers and logistics in China enable smooth cross-border e-commerce and facilitate global trade.
Amazon’s Fulfillment Network in China
Amazon operates multiple fulfillment centers in China, primarily designed to handle international logistics and cross-border e-commerce, rather than competing directly in China’s highly competitive domestic market. These fulfillment centers are part of Amazon’s global supply chain and serve as key nodes for shipping products from Chinese manufacturers to customers around the world, especially in North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific.
1. Amazon Global Selling and FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon)
A major focus of Amazon’s operations in China is its Amazon Global Selling program, which allows Chinese sellers to reach international customers through Amazon’s various marketplaces, including Amazon.com (U.S.), Amazon.co.uk (U.K.), and Amazon.de (Germany). Chinese sellers can use Amazon’s Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) service to store their products in Amazon’s fulfillment centers, enabling Amazon to manage the packing, shipping, and customer service aspects of selling abroad.
Key Benefits for Sellers: Sellers using FBA benefit from Amazon’s fast shipping capabilities, especially through Prime, which guarantees expedited delivery in many international markets. This allows Chinese sellers to offer competitive delivery times, enhancing customer satisfaction.
Fulfillment Centers in China: Amazon’s fulfillment centers in China are strategically located in major manufacturing and export hubs, such as Shanghai, Shenzhen, and Guangzhou. These cities are close to major ports, airports, and transportation routes, allowing for efficient movement of goods to overseas markets.
2. Cross-Border Logistics and Export Facilitation
Amazon’s fulfillment operations in China are primarily focused on facilitating exports, helping Chinese businesses reach a global customer base. Through its extensive logistics network, Amazon provides streamlined shipping solutions that simplify the export process, including customs clearance, international shipping, and inventory management.
Customs Support: Amazon works closely with Chinese sellers to ensure that all necessary documentation for exports is in order, reducing the complexities of international trade. This support is crucial in a country like China, where navigating export regulations can be challenging for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
Global Reach: By leveraging Amazon’s global logistics capabilities, Chinese businesses can access markets across the world. Amazon’s fulfillment network ensures that products from Chinese manufacturers reach customers in a matter of days, thanks to optimized shipping routes and partnerships with major international carriers.
The Importance of FBA for Chinese Sellers
Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) has become a popular choice for Chinese sellers looking to expand their reach into international markets. By using FBA, sellers can store their products in Amazon’s overseas warehouses, making it easier to fulfill orders from global customers and offering faster delivery times. FBA’s infrastructure allows sellers to take advantage of Amazon’s established shipping network, which is particularly appealing for small businesses without the resources to manage their own international logistics.
Benefits of Using FBA for Chinese Sellers:
Prime Eligibility: Products stored in Amazon’s fulfillment centers are eligible for Prime shipping, which significantly boosts sales potential by appealing to Amazon’s Prime members.
Scalability: FBA allows sellers to scale their businesses quickly by tapping into Amazon’s global customer base, without worrying about logistics.
Customer Service: Amazon handles customer service on behalf of the seller, including returns and inquiries, which simplifies operations for businesses based in China.
Multi-Channel Fulfillment: Sellers can also use FBA to fulfill orders from other platforms or their own e-commerce websites, further extending the utility of Amazon’s logistics infrastructure.
Amazon’s Fulfillment Innovations in China
Amazon has implemented several technological innovations to streamline its fulfillment operations in China, improving efficiency and service quality for both sellers and customers. These innovations include the use of automation, data analytics, and cutting-edge warehouse technology.
1. Automated Warehousing
Amazon’s fulfillment centers in China are equipped with advanced automation technologies that increase the speed and efficiency of order fulfillment. The use of robots, conveyor systems, and automated sorting machines helps Amazon handle a high volume of orders, particularly during peak shopping seasons like Black Friday and Prime Day. This automation ensures that products are picked, packed, and shipped quickly, maintaining Amazon’s reputation for fast delivery.
2. Data-Driven Inventory Management
Amazon leverages big data analytics to optimize inventory management in its fulfillment centers. By analyzing customer demand patterns, Amazon can ensure that popular products are stocked in the right quantities and locations, reducing the likelihood of stockouts and ensuring timely delivery. This is particularly important for cross-border e-commerce, where international shipping delays can negatively impact customer satisfaction.
3. Global Supply Chain Integration
Amazon’s fulfillment centers in China are fully integrated into the company’s global supply chain, allowing seamless movement of goods between China and international markets. This integration enables Amazon to offer services like Fulfillment by Merchant (FBM), where Chinese sellers handle their own fulfillment, while Amazon provides marketplace access and logistics support for international shipments.
Challenges Facing Amazon Fulfillment in China
While Amazon’s fulfillment network in China offers numerous advantages to sellers and buyers, it also faces several challenges:
1. Intense Competition from Local Players
Amazon’s fulfillment services in China are up against fierce competition from local e-commerce giants like Alibaba and JD.com, both of which have built sophisticated logistics networks catering to Chinese sellers and consumers. Alibaba’s Cainiao network and JD Logistics offer comprehensive domestic and international logistics solutions that often match or exceed Amazon’s capabilities.
2. Regulatory Hurdles
Navigating China’s complex regulatory environment is a challenge for any international business. Despite Amazon’s experience in global logistics, it must continuously adapt to changing export regulations, trade policies, and customs procedures in China.
3. Cross-Border E-commerce Restrictions
In recent years, China has introduced new regulations for cross-border e-commerce, including tighter controls on exports and imports. This regulatory shift has created additional compliance challenges for sellers using Amazon’s FBA services. Ensuring smooth customs clearance and managing compliance with export restrictions are critical for maintaining the speed and reliability of Amazon’s fulfillment network.
Amazon’s Future in China’s Fulfillment Market
As cross-border e-commerce continues to grow, Amazon is likely to invest further in its fulfillment infrastructure in China. The rise of global demand for Chinese-made products, coupled with the increasing number of Chinese sellers looking to expand their presence on international platforms, presents a significant opportunity for Amazon to strengthen its position in the global logistics space.
Amazon is also expected to focus on technological innovation, including artificial intelligence, machine learning, and further automation of its fulfillment centers. By leveraging these technologies, Amazon can improve efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain its competitive edge in the global market.
Conclusion
Amazon’s fulfillment network in China plays a crucial role in supporting cross-border e-commerce, enabling Chinese sellers to reach a global audience. Through its advanced logistics infrastructure, including fulfillment centers, automation, and data-driven inventory management, Amazon ensures fast, reliable, and cost-effective delivery of products from China to international markets.
Despite challenges from local competitors and regulatory hurdles, Amazon continues to be a key player in the global e-commerce ecosystem. As the demand for cross-border trade increases, Amazon’s fulfillment operations in China are expected to grow in both scale and sophistication, solidifying its role as a leader in international logistics.
This article examines Amazon’s fulfillment in China, focusing on its role in supporting cross-border e-commerce and the challenges and innovations shaping its logistics network in the region.

USPS Mail Alternatives to Consider to Send a Letter to Another State
Sending a letter from one state to another is a common task, but the United States Postal Service (USPS) is not the only option available. While USPS is widely used for both personal and business purposes, several alternatives can help you send your mail faster, cheaper, or more securely. In this article, we will explore various alternatives to USPS and their respective benefits for sending a letter to another state.
1. FedEx
FedEx is a well-known courier service that offers both domestic and international mail and package delivery services. For those seeking reliability and speed, FedEx is an excellent alternative to USPS. FedEx's main advantage is its timely delivery options, including overnight, two-day, and standard shipping.
FedEx Express: This service is ideal for sending letters or packages that need to arrive quickly. FedEx Express offers options like FedEx Priority Overnight and FedEx 2Day, which deliver to most locations across the U.S. within one to two business days.
FedEx Ground: If speed isn’t a top priority, FedEx Ground provides a reliable and cost-effective option for sending non-time-sensitive letters and parcels. It usually takes 1-5 business days, depending on the destination state.
While FedEx is often more expensive than USPS for smaller items like letters, it is particularly beneficial when time and guaranteed delivery are critical.
2. UPS (United Parcel Service)
UPS is another strong contender when considering alternatives to USPS for sending letters to other states. Known for its efficient and reliable service, UPS provides a variety of mailing and shipping options to suit different needs.
UPS Next Day Air: This service guarantees next-day delivery to most U.S. locations, making it an ideal choice for urgent letters that need fast delivery.
UPS 2nd Day Air: For a more budget-friendly option, this service ensures delivery within two business days to most locations in the U.S.
UPS Ground: Similar to FedEx Ground, UPS Ground is a more cost-effective option, with delivery times ranging between one to five days, depending on the destination.
While typically used for packages, UPS also allows you to send letters, and the tracking and customer support are considered top-tier. For important or time-sensitive letters, UPS offers more consistent reliability than USPS.
3. DHL
DHL is primarily known for international shipping but also offers domestic services within the U.S. Although DHL is not as widely recognized for domestic mail as USPS, FedEx, or UPS, it can be a great option for sending letters across states.
DHL's strength lies in its efficient logistics network and technology, allowing for fast and secure deliveries. DHL also offers advanced tracking options that let you monitor your letter’s journey in real-time.
DHL Express: Ideal for time-sensitive letters that need to be delivered within a short period, DHL Express offers guaranteed delivery to many U.S. locations, often within 1-2 business days.
DHL may be more expensive than USPS for letters, but for business communications and important documents, it is a reliable and secure choice.
4. Amazon Shipping
Amazon Shipping, primarily known for delivering Amazon packages, has expanded to offer delivery services for non-Amazon packages as well. This relatively new alternative focuses on quick delivery services and could be a viable option depending on your location.
Amazon Prime Delivery: Amazon’s network allows it to deliver letters and packages in many locations within 1-2 days. Though it primarily caters to Amazon purchases, its infrastructure could be leveraged for shipping across states.
However, Amazon Shipping is still developing its services for individuals and businesses beyond its e-commerce scope, so its reach might be more limited compared to FedEx, UPS, or USPS.
5. Local Courier Services
Many local courier services operate across states, providing another alternative to USPS. These smaller courier companies often focus on specific regions or metropolitan areas, but some may offer interstate delivery.
Same-Day or Next-Day Delivery: Many local couriers specialize in same-day or next-day delivery, which can be helpful when sending time-sensitive documents. These services tend to be more flexible and customer-focused, offering tailored solutions.
Custom Routes: Local couriers can sometimes offer customized delivery routes, which may speed up delivery times for interstate letters.
While local courier services may not be the most cost-effective option, they are a great alternative for specific needs like legal documents or sensitive materials that require extra care and faster delivery.
6. Digital Mail Services
For those looking to minimize physical mail, digital mail services offer a modern alternative. Digital mail services receive and scan physical mail, converting it into a digital format for delivery to your email or cloud storage.
Earth Class Mail: This service allows you to receive mail digitally, offering you the convenience of accessing your mail anywhere, anytime. It also provides the option of forwarding the physical mail to another address if needed.
Virtual Mailboxes: Companies like iPostal1 offer virtual mailbox services, which receive your mail, scan it, and send it to you digitally. They also provide forwarding services to other addresses or states if necessary.
Digital mail services are particularly convenient for businesses or individuals who frequently travel, as they eliminate the need for physical forwarding and delays in delivery.
Conclusion
While USPS is the most commonly used service for mailing letters across states, several alternatives offer speed, reliability, and advanced tracking features that might better suit your needs. FedEx, UPS, DHL, local couriers, and digital mail services each present their advantages depending on your priorities, whether it’s cost, delivery speed, or security. When considering an alternative, it’s important to weigh the type of mail, urgency, and budget to find the most suitable option.

How E-commerce Order Management Software Can Help Grow Your Business
E-commerce is increasingly becoming popular. With more and more businesses entering this crowded market, the fight for customer’s attention is more intense than ever. You have to target people on different platforms and different sales channels.
But this is easier said than done. It is a challenge to manage multiple sales channels and their associated data while ensuring timely and accurate order fulfilment.
Thankfully, you don’t have to do it on your own. Multi-channel e-commerce order management software, also known as a multi-channel order management system, can help with this gigantic task.
In this blog post, we will explore five ways that e-commerce order management software can help grow your business.
Benefits of e-commerce order management software:
1. Centralised order management
One of the primary benefits of multi-channel e-commerce order management software is that it provides a centralised platform for managing orders from multiple sales channels. You won’t have to go into different dashboards and undertake the order fulfilment process manually.
If you opt for a multi-channel order management system, you can view and manage all your orders in one place, regardless of which channel they came from. This centralised system can reduce errors and improve efficiency.
For example, imagine your products are listed on your own website and on Amazon and a few other marketplaces. Now, there is a separate seller dashboard for every website, of course. But if you’re dealing with a high volume of orders, it's challenging to keep track of all of them.
Whenever any order comes in, you’ll have to update the inventory across every platform. Apart from that, notify the warehouse and get that product ready for dispatch. Then, schedule the dispatch and notify the customer about every update along the way. Oh, and to top it off, be in charge of troubleshooting.
With a centralised order management system, you can do all this and more from one universal dashboard. You can view and manage all the orders in one place, reducing the likelihood of errors and improving efficiency
2. Real-time inventory updates
Another significant benefit of multi-channel e-commerce order management software is that it provides real-time inventory updates across sales channels. This means you can view your current inventory levels and adjust your stock levels accordingly.
Real-time inventory updates can help businesses avoid stock outs and reduce overstocking, especially for businesses with high inventory turnover and frequent order volume fluctuations.
For instance, if you sell a popular product that experiences a surge in demand, real-time inventory updates can ensure that you don’t run out of stock. Conversely, if a product is not selling as anticipated, real-time inventory updates can help you avoid overstocking.
If your e-commerce store sells hand-knit woollen beanies, for instance, chances are that demand will increase during the winter months. If you’re aware of this beforehand, you can stock up in anticipation.
3. Faster order fulfilment
Multi-channel e-commerce order management software can also help to fulfil orders faster by automating and optimising your order processing workflows.
The order fulfilment process typically involves numerous steps that have to be completed. For starters, update the inventory. Then, schedule the delivery. Thereafter, get the product ready for dispatch. Miss even one of these tasks, and the entire chain falls through. The trick is to automate the entire process so that you don’t have to deal with manual tasks like order routing and shipping label printing anymore.
4. Improved customer experience
You can improve the customer experience by providing accurate order tracking information and flexible delivery options. Features like same-day or next-day delivery options and easy returns can help build customer loyalty and increase repeat business.
For example, if a customer orders a product through your website, they can track the status of their order through the order management software. They can track when the product is dispatched and they can provide their reviews. If they need to return the product, the software can automatically generate a return label and initiate the return process, making the entire process easy.
5. Increased sales and revenue
Multi-channel e-commerce order management software can help expand your reach and improve your performance on multiple sales channels. You can launch new sales channels, optimise your pricing strategies, and improve their conversion rates.
For example, if you want to expand to a new sales channel like Facebook Marketplace, all you need to do is add it to your order management software. Just a onetime addition, and all orders will be automatically routed through the platform. It can also help to optimise your pricing strategy by providing insights into which products are selling well and at what price point.
Conclusion:
Multi-channel e-commerce order management software can help you overcome the challenges of managing multiple sales channels. You can stay ahead of the competition by ensuring customer satisfaction. By providing a centralised platform for managing orders, facilitating real-time inventory updates, speeding up order fulfilment, improving customer experience, and increasing sales and revenue, it can help you grow and succeed in a crowded e-commerce marketplace.
You can check out the order management software from Ordazzle to get started. It comes with features, like smart order routing and seamless order processing, to help you provide better service to your customers.

The Tipping point of using 3PL’s
Dermalogica’s logistics director discusses how to think about a 3PL transition
“Any business has its risks. But getting your products into customers’ hands faster has never made less money.”
It’s clear, in 2023, that rising costs and supply-chain issues are part of a new reality. Shipping has not avoided the fallout, and the uncertainties of the last few years have had an outsized effect on carriers. Inflation, rate increases, fuel surcharges, delays, and other bumps have changed what we fundamentally understand about shipping.
Because shipping is the backbone of ecommerce, every retail executive must look at shipping and fulfillment to determine whether the established solution is still the right one.
Third-party logistics solutions can mitigate these issues. But a business leader examining the costs and unknowns around a third-party logistics (3PL) solution may be hesitant to take the leap.
A 3PL may not be the right solution—or at least not the right solution today. But to best make the decision, leaders need to understand the pros and cons, do the math, and have a little faith.
So, when is it worthwhile? Dermalogica director of US logistics Jason Brown shares insights in a conversation with FenixCommerce.
Arriving at the 3PL crossroads
Third-party logistics covers outsourcing any procurement or distribution services to an external vendor. For ecommerce, this covers inventory, warehousing, shipping, and other functions related to fulfillment. By outsourcing these activities, an ecommerce company can gain efficiencies, broaden their geographic reach, and reduce certain types of overhead in exchange for some up-front transition processes and vendor fees.
These are factors to consider before making a switch.
Factor 1: Customers’ delivery expectations
Customers’ intolerance of longer shipping times (5+ days) is growing. (In 2023, according to Forbes, 22% of customers drop out of an online shopping session because shipping is too slow.) Popularized by Amazon, short delivery windows—even within a few hours—mean that customers sometimes find it faster to arrange delivery than shop in person. These speeds are enabled by the multilocation structure of a 3PL.
Brown says, “If you think you need to get faster shipping in order to get closer to your customer, that might be one reason to consider multiple locations.” Using a 3PL’s multilocation network, geography becomes an asset, not an obstacle, to fulfillment.
Factor 2: Multilocation math
However, retail executives may be wary of taking on the costs of multiple locations: staff, property, and maintenance expenses, to say the least. Additionally, the more complex your distribution-center structure becomes, “the better you have to be about balancing your inventory, forecasting what you’re going to ship, so you have the right stuff in the right place at the right time,” Brown says.
Here’s where 3PL efficiency can help: brands benefit from an existing multilocation structure and expertise while only paying a fraction of the vendor’s overhead. Service-level agreements (SLAs) with the 3PL will govern how to best leverage this efficiency. A key part of any 3PL SLA is forecasting—providing the vendor with solid estimates (typically ±20%) on expected sales volumes (promotions, product launches, etc.) to manage staffing costs.
Factor 3: Inventory management
Integration costs can create hesitation in initiating a 3PL relationship, but thoughtful integration is critical to a successful ongoing solution—if for no other reason than the outsized benefit it has on inventory management. Accurate inventory numbers are one part of delivering as promised. And for ecommerce brands tied to the same warehouse as larger wholesale, corporate, or distribution entities, the risk of inventory being repurposed without their knowledge is real. (Brown refers to this as the “robbing Peter to pay Paul” scenario.)
So, inventory needs to be tightly synced, integrated, and reported—a challenge without strong operating systems. The tools to manage inventory (warehouse and order management systems; forecasting) can be costly to implement independently but come within reach with a 3PL relationship.
As Brown notes, “A 3PL will have a solid WMS that (must be) tightly synced to your ERP.” Additionally, an effective OMS is necessary, but it can be expensive for a growing company. Many 3PLs have their own custom-built solutions they can license to clients—reducing the cost of implementing a high-quality tool. Also available on the market are inexpensive, AI-based order-routing optimization tools that operate as an OMS and integrate easily with 3PLs.
Having access to reliable data—SKU levels, past sales history, fulfillment performance—not only saves time remediating but can be used for forecasting. Access to an integrated, reliable, and robust WMS, OMS, or both, which a 3PL can provide, makes a difference.
Factor 4: Carrier performance monitoring
At the end of the day, the promise of delivery to a customer falls on the brand, whether using a 3PL or staying in-house. A missed delivery promise not only costs time in resolution but can lose the relationship. So, in addition to inventory management, brands must monitor carrier performance.
Brown says, “It’s up to you to then manage the relationship after (the order is shipped). You need to know the order shipped, it shipped complete, and where it shipped from and have confidence it will arrive in good condition, so you can go back to your customer and make the delivery promise.”
If your inventory synchronization ensures that the right item ships from the right 3PL location, carrier performance monitoring makes sure the item is delivered to the customer on time. And 3PLs can assist with both insights.
Factor 5: Building the business case
Stakeholders may be concerned by possible lower margins, but the increased reliability and potential volume of 3PL fulfillment can lead to greater revenue.
Engaging with a 3PL is “rarely cheaper” than doing it yourself, Brown notes, “but the capability is better. They may be willing to work six, seven days a week, two shifts, 24 hours a day. From there, it becomes a math equation. Our margins may compress, but our revenue will grow by X factor.”
So, is it the right time to engage a 3PL? Like many business decisions, it depends on the math and a little imagination. “‘We know this is risky,’” Brown imagines the conversation. “Any business has its risks. But getting your products into customers’ hands faster has never made less money. There’s a lot of blue sky, and you have to have a little bit of faith.”

What to Buy on Cyber Monday?
Cyber Monday is the day after Black Friday and is a popular time to buy online. Consumers enjoy shopping on this day because it is convenient and hassle-free.
To make the most of your Cyber Monday shopping experience, we recommend drawing up a list of items you need to buy before the sale kicks off. This will help you avoid impulse buys and make the most of your time.
1. Electronics
If you're looking to buy some electronics, the holiday season is a great time to pick up some bargains. Cyber Monday is a day when many top retailers offer deep discounts on the latest gadgets and tech items, so you're bound to find something that meets your needs.
The best deals for Cyber Monday are going to come from big tech stores like Amazon and Best Buy, but smaller companies can also provide excellent discounts. These include B&H Photo, Samsung, and DJI, among others.
Read more: What You Need to Know About Cyber Monday?
Laptops are another popular item to shop for on Cyber Monday. If you're on the market for a new computer, look for one that has a powerful Intel Core processor, a large display, and good RAM. You can also opt for a solid-state drive (SSD) for faster bootups and a lower price.
Desktops are another good option, as they tend to be more comfortable to use than laptops and they usually offer more power and features for a lower price. Some people may choose to go for an all-in-one PC, which is a desktop with an integrated monitor, keyboard, and mouse.
Beauty products are another popular category for Cyber Monday sales, especially when it comes to branded cosmetics. The holiday season is the perfect time to stock up on your favorite drugstore and luxe brands, and retailers like Violet Grey are offering some killer Cyber Monday deals.
A few of our favorites include Ilia, which is giving away full-size products with every purchase over $150, and La Mer, which is taking 15 percent off all its luxury beauty products. You can also save on makeup and skincare with brands like Bobbi Brown, CHI, and Conair.
2. Home Appliances
If you’re looking to save money and avoid the madness of Black Friday, Cyber Monday may be a better bet. You can get the best deals on tech, clothing and shoes, toys and games, and even home decor — just be sure to do your research and take advantage of the right promo codes.
It’s also possible to find deals that won’t be around long if you know where to look. For example, a refurbished 4K TV can be a good deal. If you’re looking for a new console, the Xbox One X is still a popular option and will likely be available for less on Cyber Monday than on Black Friday.
See more at: https://bestcybermondaybla.wixsite.com/blackfridaydeals/
When it comes to small appliances, Walmart is one of the best places to score a great deal on something as simple as a microwave or a pressure cooker. They also run excellent sales on cheap 4K TVs and Chromebooks, along with fitness tracking devices and coffee machines.
Another place to find a good deal on something as simple as a TV is Amazon, which has a variety of options ranging from streaming boxes and consoles to smart speakers. It’s also worth checking out Target for some great deals on appliances and home decor.
Finally, don’t forget to check your email for coupons and discounts from websites you love. The most impressive savings are often sent to your inbox, so be sure to take advantage of them! You can also save on shipping by consolidating your purchases to a few stores. For instance, you can get free shipping on your entire order when you spend at least $100 from Bed Bath & Beyond or Macy’s.
3. Computers
It’s the one day of the year when you can expect to find great deals on a wide range of products. From TVs and computers to home appliances and even apparel, Cyber Monday offers shoppers a huge opportunity to save money without having to leave their homes.
The best way to take advantage of the online shopping frenzy is by getting an early start. This can be done by preparing a list of items you need, including any specific requirements, such as sizes and colors. Having a checklist will also help you avoid getting distracted by the numerous Cyber Monday sales and ads that pop up on your screen during the day.
You should also be sure to check your email for special discounts and promo codes that are sent out in advance of the day. You might be surprised by the savings that await you.
Last year, Best Buy and Walmart ran some of the best Cyber Monday deals on tech gadgets and small appliances. In particular, they did a great job on cheap 4K televisions and laptops. They also offered great deals on home appliance items such as coffee machines and air fryers.
As with Black Friday, be sure to compare specs and features of different models before you make a final purchase. While this might sound like a no-brainer, many shoppers get caught up in the excitement of a big sale and end up paying more than they need to.
Finally, you should remember to set a spending limit before you head out on Cyber Monday. While it’s fun to shop, it’s even more enjoyable to save money if you can be a responsible spender.
4. Shoes
If you're looking for a new pair of shoes, Cyber Monday is the perfect time to make your purchase. This is a popular sale day for sneakers, so you're sure to find some great deals at Nike, Adidas, Vans and more.
A great pair of shoes can help you look and feel your best whether you're exercising or just lounging around the house. Regardless of your preference, you'll find a shoe that will complement any outfit and fit your budget on Cyber Monday.
You'll also be able to find some great deals on athletic apparel, including Nike and Under Armour. You'll also find a great selection of casual footwear for men, women and kids.
When you're shopping for a pair of sneakers, you'll want to look for styles that are comfortable and supportive. This is especially important if you're a runner or a person who spends a lot of time on their feet.
In addition to sneakers, you'll also be able to find great deals on shoes for women and men, as well as sandals and boots. You can even find deals on snow boots, rain boots and hiking shoes.
When it comes to shoes on Cyber Monday, you'll be able to find some great sales on some of the latest styles from brands such as Nike, Adidas and New Balance. You can also find some excellent deals on shoes from other retailers such as Native Shoes, Nisolo and Allbirds. In addition to these great shoes, you'll also be able to shop clearance items at these stores. It's worth taking a little extra time to browse through these websites to see what shoes are currently on sale.
5. Beauty
If you’re a beauty enthusiast, Cyber Monday is your best bet for deals on high-end makeup and skincare products. "Many of the major brands slash their prices both in store and online, and many stores have site-wide sales," says Olivia Tan, a personal finance coach. She recommends keeping a list of products that you need, so you can avoid impulsively buying items that you don’t need.
In addition, it’s important to remember that while some of the most popular products can sell out quickly on Black Friday and Cyber Monday, they usually don’t go out of stock completely. For example, last year, the PlayStation 5 was a popular choice for gamers and it sold out before Black Friday. However, there will still be a large selection of Cyber Monday deals on consoles this year.
The best way to save money on your purchases is to use a coupon or promo code. Look for one from the retailer that you plan to shop at and check the fine print to make sure it applies. Some retailers also allow you to stack coupons on the same order for a greater discount.
The biggest online retailers, such as Amazon and Best Buy, typically offer the most steep price cuts on Cyber Monday. Other stores like Walmart and Target run their own sales as well, which can cover a range of different products. If you’re looking for cheap electronics and small appliances, Best Buy is probably your best bet. It always offers great Cyber Monday deals on things like cheap 4K TVs, laptops, Chromebooks, FitBits, and coffee machines.

Is it good time to upgrade to Windows 11 ?
Is it good time to upgrade to Windows 11 ?
Windows 11 launched in October 2021, It has gotten its first major update and Microsoft has been steadily patching and improving it ever since. If you've been waiting to upgrade, wait no more.
Before we discuss whether you should upgrade to Windows 11, it's important to verify whether your PC meets the Windows 11 system requirements, you can use the PC Health Check App to check it, The Health Check app will immediately tell you whether your PC is capable of upgrading Windows 11 or not !
While Windows 11’s launch was plagued by a few performance issues with newer hardware, we’re pleased to report that they’ve since been fixed. There’s virtually no performance downside to upgrading a relatively modern system to Windows 11.
For most of us. If your PC qualifies, upgrading to Windows 11 from Windows 10 should be free, and it is good time to upgrade to Windows 11.
You can get a Windows 11 from the reseller keyingo with a great price .
1. Try Windows 11, and you can revert it back to Windows 10 if it is not ok for you.
All new PCs now ship with Windows 11, and any options to buy a Windows 10 PC instead have largely gone away. and if you have a existing PC with Windows 10, after upgrading to Windows 11, you have ten days to go back to Windows 10 from the Windows backup. After that, you can still reinstall Windows 10 via a clean installation. In other words, you have an opportunity to try out Windows 11 now, rather than being forced into it.
2. Windows 11 will get features Windows 10 won’t
For those who like new features… well, don’t expect many to arrive on Windows 10 anytime soon. The last two feature releases have basically passed over Windows 10, reserving the new features only for Windows 11, and not the older Windows 10.
Microsoft seemingly spending more time updating its apps and services as opposed to the operating system itself. But it’s clear that Microsoft’s time and attention is being spent on Windows 11, and not Windows 10.
3. Windows 11 has exclusive new apps
For example: new Windows Media Player, Windows’ new Android apps and ....once there are just a few hundred Windows’ new Android apps and now increased to thousands, according to Microsoft and Amazon.
4. Windows 11 New Features
Overhauled visual design
New Start menu
New Widgets menu
New tools for managing windows/desktops

How Retailers Compete With Amazon Using Last-Mile Delivery Software
youtube
1) The year is 2023: will small retailers be able to keep up with Amazon's growing influence?
E-commerce giant Amazon emerged in the early 1999s and has since quickly become a major power. Not only has it changed the way people shop around the world, but it continues to push boundaries by constantly innovating and testing new concepts. Amazon introduced modern delivery standards, the now famous 24-hour delivery or overnight delivery. Would you have believed it if someone told you in 1990 that your product would arrive in the afternoon of the same morning you ordered it?
Amazon exerts considerable influence on buyer behavior. It also sets and manages customer expectations. Where you buy, what you buy, how you buy, what's your acceptable price point... Well, Amazon controls a lot. Oh, and it makes sure to constantly use his influence in the market!
Amazon's influence on the online consumer is illustrated by its 55% market share of product-related searches. In other words, Amazon is the world's leading e-commerce search engine. nope
Furthermore, consumer needs are always dynamic. Recent studies show trends that 50% of shoppers are not necessarily looking for the “fastest delivery”. They are happy to wait a few more days if offered cheaper shipping costs or more options in delivery locations, especially in urban areas.
As we move into the future, you may be wondering if the ubiquitous small retailers or small delivery companies will ever be able to compete with the total dominance that Amazon has achieved.
Consumer Trends: Slower Delivery With More Pickup Points?
New customer research shows customers prioritize more delivery options than just delivery speeds. Yes, you've read correctly! Consumers may prefer slower delivery if you offer more choices, e.g. more pickup locations.
Importantly, smaller businesses can certainly learn from Amazon on supply chain logistics, emissions reduction, cost reduction, and alignment with customer expectations to gain a distinct advantage.
2) Meeting Customer Expectations: Small businesses should follow Amazon's ever-changing fulfillment strategies
Amazon Day allows subscribers to choose their delivery day. So instead of making numerous trips to the same place each week, Amazon now only makes one trip a week. This serves to reduce logistics costs as well as emissions in the last mile, the most polluting part of the supply chain!
As large as Amazon's logistics network is, it is still only a fraction of the total logistics network for SMEs (small and medium-sized enterprises) worldwide. So if SMEs also adopt such sustainable logistics, it would lead to a significant reduction in their delivery costs as well as CO2 emissions. Remember that a company's sustainable business practices have a significant impact on consumers' decisions about which brands or companies to buy from.
Last Mile Delivery: Importance
Enables faster delivery: The faster you deliver customer orders, the happier they will be. It is that easy!
Centralized Delivery Management: Logistics companies control all last-mile activities from a central dashboard, greatly improving their efficiency
Smooth logistics: The last mile is the most important cog in the logistics chain. Last-mile services are activated as the goods are near the final warehouses and get to the customer's door.
The use of last-mile software is crucial in the fight against Amazon
Given the above scenario, what can retailers, large or small, do to compete against Amazon's state-of-the-art logistics?
Well, we live in an age where software is available to almost everyone. Today's GPS-enabled, automated data analysis and AI-powered last-mile software are no different!
Last Mile Delivery: Challenges
Highest costs: By far the most expensive part of the logistics chain. Mismanagement would increase the fulfillment cost and shipping cost
Customers demand transparency: Today's customers want complete transparency of their products down to the smallest detail at the time of shipment!
Maintaining Efficiency: Modern logistics and distribution is a complex, 24/7 global operation. Understandably, this brings with it numerous challenges.
Dealing with manual routing, which is not only not efficient enough, is not enough. To compete with Amazon, which is empowered at every turn by groundbreaking innovations, you must also adapt quickly to new tools and technologies like last-mile delivery software.
Whether you use it yourself or outsource the deployment to a third party depends on your business needs. In any case, the use of delivery management software is critical to success!
Let's look at the top 5 benefits:
1)Route Optimization – A key benefit that ultimately benefits your business in many other ways.
This feature alone allows companies to optimize delivery routes in real-time. Multiple variables affecting route optimization (delivery locations, roads, package type, fleet, driver availability, and several stops per route) are weighed to arrive at the optimal solution in seconds. Routes can also be adjusted in real time for contingencies such as bad weather, traffic jams, etc. Drivers, warehouse operators, and end users receive live notifications of progress.
2. Improving shipment visibility and visibility: Today's last-mile delivery solutions offer logistics teams the fantastic tool of real-time shipment visibility.
Whether fleet vehicles are moving on schedule, being rerouted due to emergencies, or spending time idly, logistics teams can now track their movements on their console maps. Theft, spoilage, and theft are also minimized through constant monitoring.
3. Commitment to the customer: Today's customers are becoming increasingly demanding. They want to be informed about the exact status of their packages. Such software gives you consistent insight into the status of your order.
From the time of the order, the shipment, and the estimated time of arrival of the order, everything is available to the customer in real-time. This significantly increases customer confidence.
Last Mile Delivery Software: choose a “smart” system
Last-Mile automates entire ecosystems and their many services
This helps you keep an eye on all activities through a centralized dashboard with robust and useful features.
Perhaps the most important benefit is how it makes delivery services “intelligent and smarter” on the last mile.
Delivery flexibility: The modern customer is always mobile and on the go. This means that there may be changes to the delivery (eg. a changed delivery window). Live communication with the driver allows short-term adjustments to the order delivery (time, place, etc.) and thus offers flexibility.
Reduce Costs and Improve Profitability: As discussed in Pt.1 above, route optimization has several very important cascading benefits.
More deliveries per day per route, reduced fuel consumption, reduced operating costs, improved driver and fleet productivity and ultimately increased customer retention and loyalty - the list is long and beneficial!!
It is therefore imperative that retailers optimize their supply chain and logistics by taking advantage of last-mile delivery software.
Conclusion: For retailers and delivery companies trying to compete with Amazon's power, the use of last-mile delivery software is critical to success.
