This is me with food. I’m a very food-loving person. In spite of this, I’ve lost 11 kg (24 lbs) on the #fast800diet in 7 weeks. The first two weeks were hellish but I’m okay on it now and I’m to be on it for 12 weeks total. My #prediabetes is now reversed. I have struggled with food issues and my weight for most of my life but this shit really works.
