They have since been adopted as a fashion statement. From the shoulder pteruges of Ancient Rome, to ribbons worn on military coats, the epaulet (taken from the French ‘little shoulder’) was a mark of valour. They can be cut from metal or cloth but are often gold trimmed with bullion fringing. PHXFW-2019 Day 3

So it’s closing night for this year of Phoenix Fashion Week!’ Definitely my favorite night since I love couture dresses and tonight was the great Couture night!

Ok. I have to be honest but the highlight of the night was me wearing one of the Emerging Designers on the competition; Duane Topping!’
