Using florals and other scents I felt were best suited to your personality. Even if I’m ever fortunate to open up a fragrance line under my family’s company, this particular perfume will be yours only! 💙

Sidonie: Congratulations on becoming another year older and another year wiser! Here’s a little something from me to you! *hands Savvy a small jewelry gift box wrapped in silver paper, inside is a small pair of red rose earrings* If you’re wondering, yes they are real! With some help of one of my Science Club buddies, I was able to preserve two perfectly sized roses and from them, made these for you! A very happy birthday to you, my dear!

"Ohhhh!" Savvy's eyes light up when Danica says the magic words. Custom perfumes are always her jam. "I can't wait to see what you came up with!" She opens the bottle and takes a delicate sniff, then closes her eyes happily. "Mmm, it smells like tropical flowers. Like a warm Southern garden! You really made it smell like home. Thank you, Danica, sweetie."

Savvy gasps when she opens the gift from Farron. "OM7, and you both did such a great job on it! It's so soft and elegant, and the stitching is so lovely! Let me just ..." Savvy can't resist rubbing the soft cashmere on her face a little. She giggles. "It's so warm, too! I'm gonna get a lot of use out of this."

When Savvy opens Sidonie's present, she smiles - but when she hears that the roses are real, her jaw drops. "Are you serious?! ... How?? I mean, I'm sure it's a big scientific secret, but ... these are from real roses?! You never fail to impress me, Sidonie! They're so pretty and delicate, I love them!"

Savvy grins wide when Maximilian approaches. "I am loving this day, and all of y'all have been spoiling the heck out of me! My goodness!" She opens the box and squeals a little. "It's so gorgeous! I'm sure this'll be a hit for sure!"

"Perfume, a scarf, earrings, a bracelet - I'm gonna be the most well-accessorized girl on campus!" Savvy's ready to offer hugs to anyone who'll accept. "You're all so sweet, I can't wait to spoil you back when your days come!"

💌 ~ How would they plan a romantic evening for a significant other?

For Yuulan, the most important thing is that whatever she and her s/o are doing, it is something that they enjoy and she will be happy knowing they are happy as well. Intimacy is important too, not the physical kind, but that she and her s/o are together and truly enjoying each other's company.

She would likely start by picking an evening where she can be sure they won't be busy or disturbed. Since she's not the most lovey-dovey person, she'd likely pick an activity like an in-home game night, or maybe a late-night ice cream and movie binge date. Most likely, Yuulan would want to surprise her s/o with an offer of a romantic evening together but if this is with Malleus, she would go out of her way to impress him and actively invite him to spend the evening with her since she knows that would make him especially happy and more willing to accept the invitation.

So, since Taima's current love interest has all the romantic sensibilities of a block of cheese, she would go out of her way to plan almost all of their romantic outings as well as evenings. Like Yuulan, she would likely keep it simple but fun for both of them but she would make things a little more special by cooking her lover's favorite food or maybe even giving them a small gift of something she'd know they'd like. She would also make a point of dressing up a little more than usual, allowing Danica to do her makeup for the occasion and select a nice fragrance for her, and maybe even do something different with her hair.

Of these three, Farron is the MOST romantic and would make any evening he's prepared with his lover an absolute spectacle for the heart! His lover can expect to have a wonderful time out on the town, having dinner at an intimate restaurant or maybe hearing an orchestra or seeing a play. Farron would likely arrive a little early with a bouquet of flowers Sidonie would help him pick out for the occasion. He's dressed especially well and his air is more elegant than usual, but his warm charm is still there to help put his lover at ease. No matter what is on the agenda, the evening concludes with a long moonlit stroll with earnest conversation as Farron seeks to learn all he can know about the person he's decided to give his heart to.

Farron sends Savvy a bouquet of amaryllis, bird of paradise, yellow roses, and sunflowers. 💐

"Ohhh, Farron, what a darling!" Savvy fusses over the flowers when they arrive. "And the colors are so bright and cheerful, but that's to be expected of someone with such great taste."

She was sure that Farron had arranged them himself, as they showed a distinct sense of color and style. Someone was going to be getting a box of pralines soon, Savvy could guarantee it.

🧵Background🧵

Farron is an elegant and imaginative young man, a sophomore of the Pomefiore dorm. He’s always had a knack for style, the result of having a tailor father who taught him sewing at a young age. As a child, he was also fascinated by his mother and the other ladies in his family when they would dress up and get ready for parties, he loved dressing up in his mother’s clothes and trying on her jewelry. As he got older, Farron would also spend his allowance on fashion magazines and make collages out of cut-out pages with outfits he particularly loved. And for his tenth birthday, his family gifted him his first sewing machine and he began making things almost immediately. 

No one in his family thought this strange as his parents were more concerned that Farron wasn’t doing anything harmful, which he wasn’t. His father in particular was happy to see his son take an interest in his profession and encouraged his progress. Unfortunately, some people outside of his family were not as open minded and Farron’s love for fashion, sewing and more “femine” pursuits made him a target of misogynistic bullying at school. Things were made worse by Farron’s very close friendship with his fellow classmate Andrew (who also encouraged Farron’s passions), which many interpreted as being more than friendship. And instead of nipping this homophobic bullshit in the butt, the adults at Farron’s school tried to help him find interests that would make him less of a target, with very little success.

His family was having none of this and when the bullying became too much for Farron, they pulled him out of school, deciding that he would do better being homeschooled. While Farron didn’t mind this much, preferring the company of his family anyway, he was still crushed to be parted from Andrew and longed to find acceptance with other kids his age. The next few years of Farron’s life would be rather lonely ones and gradually, the idea that he should hide who he is to be accepted began to take shape in his mind. 

It was Farron’s hope that he and Andrew would be reunited at NRC, but he was once again crushed when Andrew ended up attending RSA instead. He had applied to NRC but when RSA’s headmage offered him a full scholarship to play spelldrive, he jumped at the offer since his means were still rather poor. But Farron was reunited with another childhood friend at NRC, Sidonie, and never in his wildest dreams did he imagine that he would be sorted into Pomefiore. A dorm headed by Vil Schoenheit, one of his biggest idols and role models. 

Upon entering NRC, Farron joined the film research club as an assistant, helping with designing costumes. It was his intention not to stand out much and keep his head down but Farron’s talent and passion quickly caught Vil’s eye. After some heavy convincing from Vil, Farron began to take on a larger role in the club’s costume department and was even given his own personal studio in the Pomefiore castle. To his pleasant suprise, Farron has finally found acceptance for his skills and has made many friends in his club and dorm. He loves this position, though Vil’s exacting sense of detail can make it stressful at times.

🧵Appearance🧵

Farron is a tall, attractive young man with deep brown eyes and lighter brown hair. His hair is long, lush and well cared for, growing past his shoulders and almost always tied back into a neat ponytail or bun. 

He wears his school uniform with a closed blazer and his necktie tied in a bow. His blouse is identical to Epel’s and Farron actually made both. On his necktie he wears a little ribbon brooch that was an heirloom gift from one of his aunts.

🧵Personality🧵

Farron has a warm and charming personality that makes him pretty easy to get along with. He’s very thoughtful and a romantic at heart, though his sheltered upbringing can make him naïve at times and he’s not without his own insecurities. Years of bullying has made him rather reserved around people he doesn’t know well as he’s always afraid of being judged for his more stereotypically feminine interests. 

Life as a Pomefiore student has helped him a little in that regard but Farron is aware he won’t be at NRC forever. And he’s mentally preparing for the time when he’ll have to face the real world and be strong even in the face of some people's narrow mindedness. Because of this, Farron and Epel don’t have the best relationship but he is very fond of Sidonie and Danica. One of his favorite things to do is brush, style and play with Danica’s long hair, whenever she allows it. And most of Farron’s other friends are in Pomefiore as well. 

Like Rook, Farron is a great admirer of beauty and aesthetics and is always looking for ways to perfect his style. And like Vil, he is very meticulous and wishes to look his best no matter what he’s doing. Despite his frail appearance, Farron is very athletic and exercises four times a week. His preferred methods of fitness are pilates, zumba and riding his bike.

🧵Unique Magic🧵

Farron’s UM is called “Dream It, See It” which allows him to bring anything he imagines to reality. He mainly uses this to create fabric for his designs but he can use it to create anything he likes. However, sentient things (like animals) vanish after a set amount of time and his UM works better on inanimate objects.

🧵Cooking ~ Farron is a pretty decent cook and has taken part in the NRC Master Chef elective, passing with flying colors. 

🧵Playing The Piano ~ Farron’s family keep a piano at their house and his grandmother taught him how to play when he was a child. It’s a skill he has kept over the years and has improved since coming to NRC.

Farron has collected over 700 fashion magazines. Though only about half of them are still in good condition.

Farron is one of two twst ocs of mine who use light based non elemental magic. The other one being Taima. 

It was Farron who created the hair ribbon Danica wears with her dorm uniform.

He also made Epel’s uniform blouse which is a near identical replica to his own.

Farron is often seen biking off-campus in his free time and there are rumors that he has a friendship with a student from RSA. 

His last name is a reference to the last name of Lady’s original voice actor and his birthday is a reference to the original release date of Lady and the Tramp.

🧵In-Canon Adventures🧵

🧵Prologue ~ Farron helped Sidonie plan out the Pomefiore welcome party for the freshman and later attended the orientation with her, Vil and Rook. He was there when Yuulan and Grim crashed the ceremony and later helped Sidonie stall for Rook as he went to look for Danica. At the welcome party, he sat beside Danica and tried to help her open up to her seniors. 

🧵Book 1 ~ Farron had seen some of the Heartslabyul students walking around with collars but it wasn’t until Cater told him that he found out what was going on. However, Farron is not aware of Riddle’s overblot, the one thing Cater didn’t tell him. 

🧵Book 2 ~ To his great chagrin, Farron was selected to replace Sidonie for Pomefiore’s spelldrive team. He played pretty well but neither he nor his teammates were a match for Diasomnia. 

🧵Book 3 ~ Farron knew better than to get involved with Azul and with Sidonie’s help, warned several Pomefiore freshman against seeking his help. 

🧵Book 4 ~ Farron returned to the Queendom of Roses for winter break and hung out with both Sidonie and Andrew. Again, he was unaware of what was happening at Scarabia until Kalim confided in him since he needed insight from a friend outside his dorm. 🧵Book 5 ~ Farron designs costumes for Danica’s VDC and also helps with a theater production the film research club is holding during the festival. Thankfully, he is able to push most of the work for the latter on other club assistance since preparing the girls for the VDC turns out to be…a lot more complicated than he initially thought.

🧵Relationships (As Of Book 5)🧵

Cater ~ Farron and Cater get along very well and share a lot of pics on Magicam. With Cater’s help, Farron’s follow count has tripled since his arrival to NRC.

Vil ~  Before coming to NRC, Farron was always a huge fan of Vil and was all but starstruck when the Dark Mirror sorted him in Pomefiore and he was able to meet his idol. For a while, Vil treated him like any other adoring fan, kindly but with a certain level of distance between them. When he realized how talented Farron was, he became more interested and encouraged his craft. Vil took him under his wing, and soon, Farron was a costume designer at the film research club. Farron still admires Vil but his feelings are more queerplatonic as there is another young man who has captured Farron’s heart. 

Epel ~ Farron attempted to reach out to Epel similar to how Sidonie reached out to Danica. But Epel’s cold shoulder and narrow minded comments (especially in Book 5) really upset Farron and were a painful reminder of how he was bullied in grade school for being more feminine. So Farron doesn’t even bother with Epel and even after Epel begins having a change of heart, Farron’s opinion of him is still pretty negative. 

🧵Farron’s Relationships With My Other Twst OCs🧵

A ~ Farron and Yuulan often bond over their mutual love of sewing and Yuulan’s skills have greatly improved under Farron’s guidance. 

B ~ He and Ione bond during Book 5 as he’s creating her VDC costume. He comes to realize that she has a lot of the same insecurities that he does and he tries to help her in his own way. 

C ~ Andrew is Farron’s childhood friend and current crush. The feelings are very mutual and Farron frequently makes weekend visits to RSA to hang out with him. They are not a couple just yet but they’re closer to becoming one compared to my other twst ships.
