Theres something about the beauty in old and broken down equipment on old farms and the scenery around it.

While you may not know its name, you have most likely seen its work. Farmscape has cultivated a reputation of growing urban farms. Its most recent creation is the farm at the centerpiece of the Agrihood development on Winchester Boulevard. GOOD morning lovely women in my phone yesterday while collecting my couch from a country city 6.5 hours from my home we also:

-got to eat an incredible peach sorbet

-said good morning to some cows while eating a cheese and chive toastie with caramelised onions

-saw sooooooo much wheat (it's harvest time already????)

-a lovely old tram (w class like the city circles in melb) rolling along in this country city

-saw a gorgeous little spring by the road that was so enticing we strongly considered jumping the fence and walking in in our clothes (we did not because the one and only towel in the car was on the roof with the couch, answer still had 4.5 hours to drive)

-saw the most incredible moonrise I've ever seen. The moon was so full, huge, and GLOWING red. It was gorgeous.so bright. So....warm? We got the world's worst photos which will come in time.

-i took some film shots of some creatures and farmscapes and hope to finish and develop that roll soon.

-and my beautiful couch!

The morning sun crept over the valley, just barely coloring the land with soft pinks and warm oranges as the dark of night crept away.

This was Lyiss' favorite time of day. The fresh early morning was the hallmark of a beginning- Especially on the first of Spring.

Onwards to a brand new year.

The farmscape before her was vast and empty from the harsh winter. Soon she knew it'd be teeming with life, supplying the products that helped keep their little valley afloat. The animals would be glad to have their grass, too... When the day warmed. Lyiss shivered as an icy wind cut through her.

"You're lucky you have that nice coat of fur." She told her dog as he settled on the porch. Coat or no coat, however, she had things to do.

Onwards to a new year.
