Writing is hard (and so is composing)

I want to upload the next chapter of CBC&K except there's one scene that's still really awkward and I hate it and am not sure what to do with it. I'm having a hard time figuring out why it feels awkward to me, so I don't know what to do to try to fix it. How much of it is my own hangups about writing and how much of it is the actual story? Who knows?

Also I have another commission due on the 1st and I hate every idea I've come up with so far, so I still basically have nothing. Arrrrgghhhh. And I should be prioritizing that anyway.
