with the first round of dates over with, it's almost time to eliminate a couple of the contestants. but while Aster ponders that decision, it looks like those in the villa are enjoying their time together -- some more than others.

Aster took Farah to an expensive restaurant with a great view where she could visualize her girlboss empire. they think she's the hottest woman to grace this fine earth, so they very much enjoyed finally getting to sit down and get to know her...but then she spotted the hostess working at the restaurant and developed a mad crush on her, henceforth chasing her around the restaurant for the remainder of the date. c'est la vie.

also Mikel was there looking very very sad the whole time. hi Mikel!

group date #1: humour & hijinks.

Aster invited five of the contestants to the Humour & Hijinks festival! Lola and Farah seemed to have come from engaging in their own hijinks just beforehand, and were practically glued together all night. (exes, am i right?) Aster got to know everyone else a little better, though...and Nova in particular seemed very curious about the celebratory fireworks after they secured a win for the Pranksters.

Aster introduced themself to all the contestants, and it looks like a couple of them have already caught their eye......

(Selina was evidently too famous for them to actually meet her, though :P)

first eliminations...

well, the time has come to say goodbye to Farah and Lola...at least in this bc. both of them found Aster unattractive, and so they must move on to greener pastures -- like Irene Blount, in Farah's case. Lola and Aster have a good friendship, though, so they've agreed to continue hanging out platonically.

thank you so much for submitting these beauties, @ashharjo !! i feel so bad for eliminating them both in one go, but neither of them was particularly interested in dating Aster. plus i want to see Farah and Irene get together so bad. hopefully we'll see them again soon!

(oh, and Elliott very nearly eliminated himself by getting set on fire. that's the second time that grill has caught ablaze, by the way.)
