Here is the first of my "Fantasy Field Guides", the theme for March's #atcitupwithfriends. All of this month's cards will focus on flora and fauna from my fictional planet, Adormi as recorded by the main protagonist of the story, Aedri. The watercolour paper* I'm using for these is so sumptuous. Wczoraj udostępniłam na fanpage dłuższy, ważny fragment mojej książki, w której główna bohaterka stanęła na przesłuchaniu przed całą Wielką Radą Magów! 🥶 Dziś natomiast jest spokojniej. Chcę przedstawić kolejny element świata Folseim - a mianowicie roślinę leczniczą, która występuje pospolicie w centralnym królestwie. Keoll zwykle rośnie na łąkach i polach Ardenalu. Wczesną, ciepłą porą, kwiaty nabierają złocistej barwy, by wraz z początkiem pory zbiorów przejść w pomarańcz. Roślinę ścina się i suszy w pęczkach, by następnie wykorzystać ją w celach leczniczych. Keoll w postaci naparu jest doskonałym środkiem na gorączkę i osłabienie. Ale uwaga! Zebrany zbyt wcześnie, nim kwiaty przejdą w oranż - może być trujący!
