the answer isn't obvious bc there really isn't one. i always announce when i take breaks from writing it, but otherwise, i just write whenever i'm able to. sometimes a week goes by, sometimes i write and post 3 chapters in a day.

it's something i'm hoping to improve on for my next fic, but i feel like i'm too deep into this one to bother changing it now lol

Also kinda scared about the fact that we're nearing the end of act 2 and there hasn't been much done about lifting the shadow curse. Have you seen halsin's face in the cutscene when you leave for baldur's gate without lifting the curse?? Poor baby :(
