After a year (almost) I finally made a sequel to Self Punishment.

Summary: Farah is forced to attend Sky's fifteenth birthday celebration but things go wrong when Sky receives a gift that makes him question things from the past.

Farah finished wrapping Sky's gift and then held a portrait with a small bow in her hands for a long time. It had taken her a while to find a picture of the three of them together, even though she and Saul were always taking care of Sky when he was a baby it was rare that the two of them were together mainly because Saul avoided being alone with her, but there were times when they all got together for the kids to play and Ben had taken these opportunities and captured them in a few photographs.

They looked each other's eyes when it started to rain. The rain didn't hurt Luz but it did hurt Philip, who began to speak between lies and despair. He tried to trick Luz but she no longer reacted to his words. Philip fell to his knees and held Luz's foot, he kept talking, hoping that something would change but it didn't. "It's over" said Luz.

Already dragging himself, Philip looked at Luz but that's when he noticed someone. It was Caleb. But Caleb had nothing on his face but rejection, and Philip had nothing on his face but anger. Even so, he couldn't help but look away and tears began to came out, almost like a child who denies having broken something. He knows that Caleb judges him.

Philip didn't thought he would feel guilt and shame once more in his life, but he did. He couldn't stand it, he was crying of frustration because he knew that after all these years nothing was really worth it. He is not the hero of the story, he is not a savior and no one will remember him as such.

He stop fighting, he just accept it. In the end, Philip dropped his body to the ground and lying there he returned to what he was: Belos. When Eda, King and Raine met with Luz they discovered what they once called Belos, although already dead. They all excitedly rushed to stomp on him but Luz stopped them.

After all, Luz understood Belos, but Luz was not Belos.”
