Platonic yandere! Dragon sibling headcannons - 🔥🌟

🔥 - language barrier.. your sibling not really being able to communicate to you in a way you understand and you not being able to communicate with them. The one thing they do know is that they love you, and they'll try their best to show it

🌟 - sibling at least being able to show you things like how to play instruments! They take so much pride in showing you their craft, and no matter how good at it you are they act like you're the best they've seen

🔥 - they have to be very delicate not to hurt you! They're careful, treating you like glass as they nudge you around before draping a wing on top of you like a blanket. They'll try to rub their snout against you affectionately or wrap their tail around your middle too!

🌟 - riding on siblings back.. the wind running through your air as they soar! It's fun, if not scary at first, especially when you weren't exactly willing for a flight

🔥 - making sure you eat well, sharing whatever they're having with you, you're their beloved little sibling after all! If you seem to like something more than usual, you'll find a whole stockpile of it the next day

🌟 - their hoarde is now your hoarde anytime they see a trinket that makes them think of you it's added! Especially likes finding gems and stones that resemble your eyes

Honestly I've been thinking about it some more

Theres so many angst opertunitys for a non neglected reader

For example the reader mentally not doing well from juggling school, vigilante stuff, social stuff, all the secrets and possibly a sprinkle of not good enough anxiety with a cherry of "everyone's gone through worse I can't complain" angst

I mean when some of your family members have literally died, or were raised as child soldiers even if they never say it thays probably gonna cause some internal issues

Just imaging yandere batfam finding that out.

Also if we do want neglected reader why not some more neglected reader but not by the batfam? Mr adopted a million kids finding out a kids being neglected or abused by their parents? Sounds like gateway yandere

Damian making a friend at school that treats him like normal, but then he learns about said friends home life and is like "I've decided your my sibling now"(I've thought of a story idea similar to this lol)

What about some story where the reader doesn't know the batfam, but due to reasons became a vigilante on their own and the fam is like "Welp new addition to the family"

It's not kidnapping it's suprise adoption

Honestly the angstiest story of all could be a story without angst at least what it seems

Leaning into the "reader was neglected or abused by previous family" idea where the batfam takes reader, but the reader is like, unnaturally chill about it

"You've been locked here for awhile why are you so calm?? We're glad you aren't fighting us but??"

"Oh this is normal, my parents used to lock me in the basement all the time I'm used to it"

Angst idea...

Being a child of divorce, one of your parents going on to start a new family and basically abandoning you. False promises, forgotten events, a shattered heart, something that will take a very very long time to heal.

That's not the case for their new kids though.

Birthdays are always celebrated, they don't have to beg for hugs, it's like your parent is a completely different person for them. Or maybe you're just not as loveable.

Step/half siblings being cruel growing up... not wanting to share their parent with you, when they were yours in the first place!

Always told to be more mature, to be the bigger person, that you can't be selfish. Eventually breaking down and giving up on ever having a relationship. You're not wanted and that's fine, they're happy without you.

Maybe seeing each other years later at a family Christmas party, siblings coming up like you're fucking friends? Trying to hug you??

They have the nerve to look hurt when you grimace and shove them away, glancing between each other as you storm off.

Getting cornered by your "parent"... what damm right does your donor have to talk to you like you're still theirs..

"Pup," Rowen sighs irritably, "don't do it."

His arm is in your teeth seconds after the sentence is spoken, the man only rolling his eyes. "Seriously? I'm not a toy for you to chew on." He knows you're biting out of anger, partly provoked by him reaching out to pet your hair, but it's fun to mess with you a little.

....your mouth is probably sore too, now that he thinks about it. You're teething, that's why you're so grouchy with him, besides the whole kidnapping thing.

"Your teeth hurt?" Rowen grunts, gently prying your jaws off of him, uncaring about the sluggishly bleeding bite mark left behind. "You gotta speak up about that, kid.." He's unimpressed when you only growl at him in response, patting your knee before getting up.

You try to ignore the pange of hurt that rises up as he leaves the den, you don't care. You don't.

The whine that leaves you begs to differ though. Rowen rushing back to your side soon after, settling back down on the blankets. "It's ok, it's ok, Papa was just grabbing you something.." He muses, ruffling your hair and smiling crookedly when you don't put up a fuss this time.

"Here," a piece of chewlery is offered out to you, a silicone bone attached to a necklace. "You can pick out your own to order, but Liam's old one will have to do for now." Rowen huffs when you say you don't want it, shoving the chewlery into your hand. "Just try it. You'll feel better, brat."

As much as you try not to show it, it is soothing, changing teeth no longer as painful. After you mellow out, he pulls you onto his lap with a knowing grin. Once you're settled, Rowen takes out his phone so you can browse for something of your own. "You can pick out a toy or something too, just don't start misbehaving.."

Another neglectful fam concept because why not..

Reader being some minor god, deemed mostly unimportant by the rest of their pantheon. They're more of a nuisance really, always following everyone around like a shadow.

Nothing can ever deter them for long, even if they go off to sulk after being yelled at, they're right back to it after a few moons have passed. So bothersome...

It all building up into an explosive fight, the earth itself trembling at the argument above the clouds.

Our godly reader trying to desperately plead their case, unable to control their form so they're constantly shifting between being a powerful diety and a hurt child..

Either cast away from the palace or reader themselves choosing to finally leave. No matter the case, they're gone.

Their divine family being happy at first, relieved.

You know how when kore was stolen, demeter was going to let eternal winter settle over the land and kill the mortals?

Everything is so... dull. It starts small at first, dismissable. Less people are creating, but humans are such fickle beings anyway, it's a coincidence. No matter that certain deities are getting less and less offerings, or that prayers are dwindling, or that people are calling out to reader only to receive no answer

There's not an undeniable absence making the gods' hearts ache, they aren't wrong for their decisions. They do not regret.

Ur monster drabbles got my brain churning....Yandere caregiver werewolf who after turning you into a werewolf, treats you like one of it’s pups! Bonus points if they DO already have pups that try to play with you and treat you like their real sibling! ^w^ your content is awesome btw!!

Double bonus points if freshly turned werewolves also have instincts more similar to a pup than a fully grown wolf...

Your sibling playfully nipping at you, at first just snapping at them because you're already so distressed and they aren't helping! Realizing that playing is actually fun, having one tiny moment of respite as you wrestle with them.. until your caregiver comes back with a horribly smug look, knowing they have something new to goad you with.

Perhaps... sibling that was once in the position you were in? Pleading, trying to appeal to the fact you were both once human, only for them to run off and snitch on you! Sorry, but they can't lose their baby sibling. They'll make it up to you though! They'll hunt you the tastiest things and will even try to get caregiver to let you visit town so you can pick out a toy! (Caregiver threatening to put one of those kid leash and harnesses on you if you don't behave and hold their hand nicely in the store..)

Having to deal with them both trying to smother you in their scents... pups need to smell like their pack, little one! Caregiver giving you their shirts to lounge in and sibling constantly draping their favorite blankie over you. Feeling so disgusted and angry when it starts to smell like home and comfort... when you start to want your "family's" scent

Burning bridges - platonic yandere estranged(?) family x reader concept

You don't know why you even agreed to come. There's a bitter taste in your mouth no matter how much cocoa you sip, the cheery Christmas music sounding like nails on a chalkboard the longer it plays in the background.

It should be fun. You should be hanging out with your grandparents or your cousins, but you just can't. Having a panic attack in front of everyone would be too embarrassing, so instead you're stuck hiding in a random bedroom because your "father" and his family showed up.

Seeing them shouldn't hurt so much after all this time.

The laughter from the living room tears your heart into shreds, reminding yourself to breathe becoming a bothersome task. It's stupid. You're stupid for still caring, for being a whiny brat even though you're grown.

Standing up on shaky legs, you resolve to at least say goodbye to the family that matters before leaving. Slipping out of a window seems too difficult to be worth the questions you'll get later anyway.

This plan would be fine, perfect even if you didn't bump into lizzy as soon as you walked into the hallway.

Mumbling a frantic apology, you don't even recognize who it is at first, but she definitely recognizes you.

"Bug!" The sudden hug makes you wince, especially with how strangely clingy it is, but it's the childhood nickname that makes you freeze.

Lizzy shoots you a pleading look, like she expects you to jump to her defense. She somehow manages to look more brokenhearted when you silently hide behind your grandfather instead.

When lizzy finally drags herself away, an arm is slung around your shoulders. "Sorry 'bout that pumpkin," Your grandpa gives you a gentle squeeze, starting to lead you to the kitchen. "We got plenty of grub, let pop pop fix you a plate."

The chief clears his throat, about to speak again before suddenly choking and dropping to his knees clutching at his neck. Whoever was holding the rope tied around your wrists drops it as the rest of the counsel rushes to his side. You.. you think there's blood, but your attention is quickly drawn away when a hand cups your face.

"Oh, poor dear.." the man looks like an angel, despite the mangled wings. "How foolish of them, giving away something so precious.."

He hums, and before you know, you're lifted into his arms. You.. weren't so tired before, you're sure. All you can do now is lie weakly in his embrace, eyes drooping even as there's screams in the distance. It's hard not to cringe at the man's bright smiling face, it just feels.. fake. You aren't used to someone being so happy to see you.

He's a decent enough guy, you guess. Definitely beats anyone else your mom has dragged home. He doesn't yell or make the house a mess, James actually takes care of things. And for some reason, he seems really fixated on taking care of you.

"Are you hungry?" James hums, already looking through the fridge. "I can make you a snack! Anything you want, sweetheart." Your lackluster agreement doesn't seem to dampen his mood, if anything he seems all the more happy you're even engaging with him.

A plate is pushed towards you once you've sat at the kitchen island, fruit and veggies cut into cute shapes with some other things as well. It is admittedly sweet, James's smile becomes almost blinding when you quietly thank him.

She remains perfectly still as you approach and sniff her hand, allowing you to investigate. The woman smells.. familiar, which only further confuses you. Her scent is the same that lingers on some of the blankets and pillows strown across the house.

"See? I'm a friend.." After a moment she delicately pets your head, "how rude of my husband... bringing a cute little one home and not telling me."

(naga trying to research how to take care of human young by watching the nearby village.. they really do want to be a good caregiver even if they're misguided in some ways)

Putting you down carefully next to the clutch of your "siblings", cooing about how good of a big sib you're going to be... convincing your siblings after they've grown up a little that the reason you're not allowed to leave the cave is because you're a little different and weaker than them! So now, instead of one big captor, you have one big captor and a bunch of little ones!!

You can't be mad at the hatchlings either, they think they're protecting their big sibling! And they're pretty cute, begging to be picked up and staring at you with stars in their eyes.. (nagas that have faster growth cycles than humans?? So it doesn't take long for your siblings to be bigger than you..)
