i was reading some posts and what if. the 7th victim is supposed to be cheng xiaoshi. and that's why the file is missing. can't have a case if the person is still alive right? we don't know what year lu guang turned back in time but we have to assume he knew everything that was going to happen in S1 (when he got stabbed he said "everything is changing").

my first assumption was that it was cheng xiaoshi who died that night instead of lu guang getting stabbed, but maybe cxs's death is somewhere farther in the future? or way before S1? idk to me that "everything is changing" meant that lg was 100% sure about the events that would occur, because he lived them, and doesn't have insight about the events with the twins. though the boat scene is incredibly strange; how would he think of taking a pic right before escaping if he didn't know anything about it?

(what did you do, lu guang. how much did you fuck up the timeline.)

there is also the series of coincidences lining up that allowed cxs!lg to escape the room, i hope S3 will talk about that. liu xiao seems to want to erase all "possibilities" to create full certainty? so coincidences and luck might be stuff he'd talk about.

i'm just! yeah we knew that lu guang was going to pull a homura but i'm thinking about what /happened/. he dove back on the same night cheng xiaoshi died; no thoughts, no hesitation, he just did. was cxs's death, on some level, lg's fault? for example did cxs protect him? did lg guide cxs during a mission and led him to his death? or was it just a death caused by the entire red eyes fiasco? there must have been something completely irrational happening. lg probably feels extremely guilt if he keeps trying to save cxs.

OR the scene we saw was exactly what he said: "his last chance", not the original timeline's death. which would explain why he dove back as soon as cxs died in that scene in s2 ep12---there is no point in staying when he failed. what if cxs is meant to die on sept 13th in every timeline? and that's why this is his phone password, to keep a reminder again and again?

lg is using cxs's power, so that's something i hope we get a satisfying answer to (i'm not a fan of the theory that powers are transferred when someone dies, even if it seems the most plausible). what i'm wondering is if he's possessing himself from the past, or did he dive with his own body? if that's the second option, then did he pull a gasai yuno on us on top of a homura?? did he get rid ot every timeline's lu guang. did he kill all potential "anomalies" to create his perfect timeline (aka, no doppelganger). i have so many questions for this guy holy shit.

i'm both scared and eager for the day cxs learns that lg changed the past for personal reasons. the fight is going to be so painful (:3/

i miss cql so much!!! it’s been almost 6 months and i’m nowhere near over it asndjkfn it gave me so much joy when watching it and then consuming all related content like events and interviews and bts and just :( that was a great summer :(

i still haven’t finished the novel and i can rewatch the donghua anytime but like. it’s not the same! cql is just so special to me and i love it with my entire being, the acting was phenomenal, the music is so heartwrenching and the number of times i chef’s kissed the editing, i felt every human emotion going through that experience hhjsnd

gestures kinda been feeling down this past week and just, very tired in general,,,

not anything unusual but the “apparently for no reason” seems to hit me harder this time. maybe i just worked myself too hard into staying positive and churning out content & expecting to engage with fandom better but :/ idk i wanna finish a fic and then i’ll probably take things easy or stay away from social media or something
