HAIII!! I was super fixated on LOTS during my exams and it almost cost me. But it helped relieve stress at least :D ANYWAY. I got stuff I wanna say, and it’s nice to have a main creator’s opinion. But pls correct or change my headcannons or anything, I do like accuracy. :p Apologies if this is long (I literally hv no other ppl to talk ab LOTS stuff like this with)

I see Michael and CB always hv sharp teeth when rlly upset, and I interpret CB’s lil bump in his teeth as a fang. Is that a good interpretation to have? I like the idea of those two being an intimidating sharp teeth duo

Semi-related to above, I like to think operators and their patients are very super similar. Like they’re sort of fated to be that patients operator for a reason yk? Like Michael and CB mirror each other a lot in their own way, yet are so opposite. And it seemed that PB was clean and stuff, but his operator wasn’t (rlly cool mirroring). Crown and Sean just compliment each other and get along great. I’m also mostly fixated on Michael’s and CB’s dynamic, Michael and CB being a complete mental mess in their own rights, and little things like Michael likes rabbits and CB bunny ears jokes :> I also like the idea CB holds a form of resentment cuz his friends get chiller operators and he was instead locked up for months.

Also Michael seems like the type to get over-stimulated and lash out, or collapse onto herself. Would she pace around? (If so, I like to think she holds her pinwheel top still cuz it’ll spin from the air yk and it would be more over-stimulating) Does she pen click when frustrated? Does she chew? Or does she mess with her pinwheel pieces>

I also like the idea that CB throws tantrums and is prone to unintentionally lashing out, he’s over-energetic and he can’t help it. Like he lashes out at crown and his operator. Would his lashing out come from stress, fear or anxiety?

I think that’s mostly it. Uhhhh my only complaint is you should’ve made PB cry in episode 1c, I wanna see TEARS lol

the fangs/bumps in a characters teeth is less of an actual trait and more of a little thing i draw whenever i feel like itd be funny to show on screen, but more detailed interpretations of that are fine by me!

the relationship between operator and patient is really hard to explain, especially in a general sense. i wouldnt call it fate COMPLETELY but the patient that an operator is assigned isnt COMPLETELY random either if that makes any sense. im happy u noticed the similarities between cb and michael, and we'll get to see a lot more of their relationship as the episodes go on. both of them are very prone to lashing out if in the right context but for their own reasons. the lashouts originate from a lot of mixed emotions, but i think part of it comes from both of them thinking "Why am i stuck with this asshole?"

also i agree that i shouldve made pb cry in 1c. when faeb did those lines i was taken aback cause i didnt expect him to sound like hes on the verge of tears!!!! but i guess it makes sense

A while back my pharmacist saw my deadname on my profile and accidentially called it out, he corrected and deleted my deadname from the system so only my preferred name shows up now. There was a crowd of people behind me, so as he hands over the pills he apologized, in equal tone and volume as when he called my deadname and lied saying it's been a long day and he didn't mean to call out -his own- name. I quietly told him it was fine and he didn't need to do that for my sake.

His response: "No, it's my name now."

I went to the pharmacist yesterday, his nametag is my deadname. He informed me he's immigrating and in the process he's changed his first name to my deadname to have an English sounding name. That's why he's now able to get a reprint of his nametag to be my deadname. And repeated, with the intense seriousness of someone who is going to die on this hill: "It's mine now. Not yours. I'm taking." His tone indicated that decision is final.

Bro literally deadnamed me once, and has committed to flat out stealing my deadname. It's his now. Legally. Officially. I over heard his co-workers call him by the name.

okay!!! i prolly wont be as in depth though :3 1. Alterhuman, i dont really like studying too deep on labels bc ill get overwhelmed. 2. im a shapeshifter with multiple animal forms, faerie, void, and also a fictionkin of leonardo from every version of tmnt (mutant mayhem leo is the most like me tho)and of the backrooms, as well as some monsters like Scylla 3. I do have shifts!! all the time. my most common is faerie wings, and my most weird is the scylla shifts, because they are like the scylla portrayed in mythology. (read the wiki article, the baying dogs part) im almost always just a faerie, and i do genuinely believe they are real. 4. I experience alterhumanity in everyday life by mainly not shaving (body hair is awesome) and wearing jewlery and clothes that make me feel like my kins. 5. I like the community alot, i personally dont really see any drama, the closest ive gotten to that is syscourse which doesnt really limit to alterhumanity though. but thats just on tumblr. 6. being reffered to as a fae, or otherworldly. honestly kjust not being called human. im not a human, so its weird to be called that. i love it when people just straight up unironically say that i dont act human. because i dont! 7. i do so alot, i think. but it could also be part of my self image issues, which ive started to get better with. 8. Dont worry about labels! be whoever or whatever you want! yes that includes nonanimated objects and whatever feels right. hell, i identify as a void in space and time!! do whatever you want, the world is your oyester!! (just dont appropiate/change other peoples cultures though, if you feel connected to a culture you can know and learn more but acknoledge that you cant say you are that culture) 9. what is the process of production ? :0 what do you do first, second, last, blabla, that.. I'm curious to know how such an amazing show was made

welllllllllllllll i write it first and then (starting with 1C) look it over with pipe bombs VA faeb to make adjustments. i trust his input a lot especially with scenes with PB

once thats done i create little storyboards of the script and use that to send to the VAs, i figured that having a visual idea of whats happening will help them act their lines better.

when the lines are done i get to AUDIO EDIT!! this is my favorite part cause i think its when the episode relaly starts to come to life. i edit the lines and add sfx n' other things in fl studio. this image is all of 1C!

now i get to set up scenes for those who want one! i like to do the backgrounds before sending over a scene to someone to animate. i give them an animatic of what theyre supposed to animate but theyll always have the chance to do their own thing

once its all animated the last step is to put it all together in premiere pro. this ones fun too cause i get to adjust colors aaaand add music aaaaand extra sfx aaaaan things and then i UPLOAD THE EPISODE AND ITS ALL DONE DON EDONE

oh i also make subtitles with aegisub b4 uploading. neat little program thanks for coming to my tend talk
