Portrait: Holi Festival, Vrindavan, India I practiced portrait photography on this trip, which is not something I am usually comfortable because it involves interacting with people I don’t know. I hate having my photo taken and quite often will actively avoid being photographed. I’ve got better at it over the years but it’s not something I’m very comfortable with. I never like the way I look in pictures. This lady was so really enjoying herself, dancing with her friend and she was happy to be photographed. Her smile is just gorgeous.
