The transaction was brokered by global real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield. HOMEPARK Janki is owned by Pradera European Retail Parks. “The arrival of the new tenant Franke will help broaden the offer of HOMEPARK Janki and attract more customers. Franke’s store will be a showroom - a new feature of our complex - it will also be the brand’s first showroom in Poland.
