I was rereading this arc yesterday and just kept staring at him on this panel because what the hell, he's too pretty. Got me pacing around my room from excitement because I wish I was there at the moment, in this scene, so I could pounce on him and bite him. He gives me cuteness aggression.

Liang is not only a master of martial arts - his makeup skills are also amazing.

I like how all Nanbaka characters have very distinct eyes that are all drawn differently... I wanted to kill myself the last time I tried to draw Liang's eyes, though. He is not an easy character to draw.

B i o g r a p h y :

Chiyo (ちよ) or Kuni (くに) is a young, filipina woman in her 20s, spending her time writing and translating imagery in her mind into words she can't express with her voice. A journey that started alongside the game Honkai Star Rail back in early to late April, opening a whole new world that got her hooked.

The game was fresh, and so were her interests that were piqued from reading good smut. While scrolling through AO3 for mystic messenger fiction, google had introduce her to the tumblr site, and there she found a vast amount of fanfiction related to Star Rail, which led to burning excitement and a happy heart, resulting in the creation of her first two fics; Cynosure's Ascendance and HIGANBANA, and another follow up fic that kickstarted her gradual fame and interest in a crossover between Star Rail and Honkai Impact 3rd; The Mara's Will. The rest is history.

Besides writing, university and extracurricular activities, stories in the form of media consume her time. Whether it would be from Anime, Games, Dungeons & Dragons, or TV Shows, she will present her interest and vigor when it comes to it.

Hello and Welcome. This blog is intended as record and musings of my spiritual path, devotion and practices with the demonic divine and other beings. Alongside a log of witchcraft and occult ritual. My background is in paganism- I was previously a devotee of Setekh and Kali ma ( this blog was originally heretiquesmusings) for many years before I found my home with the demonic divine, whom I have been connected to and working with for the past 7 years. My practice is demonolatry based, though I am not as restricted. I go where the demonic divine, spirits, gods and my soul guides me. I am female and I identify as non-human (other then human-souled). My past studies and practices included Kemeticism, Kaula Tantra and some Hinduism related to Kali ma, Taoism, Chaos magic, east asian and northern tradition shamanic practices, hedge and traditional witchcraft.

I also work with the qliphoth, eldritch beings, other gods, spirits and journey to the otherworlds regularly.

Other then my spiritual path- I am an artist, dancer, martial artist and have studied traditional Chinese medicine and herbalism among other things.

I am somewhat open to inquiries and questions and I will answer and guide where I can. I am restricted by the demonic divine and my Husbands on what I may share an discuss.

i had this all sorted out AWHILE back with my friends but figured hey why not archive this thought here ehehehe also im really enjoying my new "style" in infodumping so i like to see more of it

this team doesn't have to be THE canon if it conflicts with the story that the devs plan, but if i had to expand his character a lil bit, this is how it goes!

so rhys is not exactly the kind of champion to focus on one type (i.e: wallace and water types/steven with steel types) but he would be like blue and red who has a variety! except that rhys focuses on two types - ice and steel type.

why ice and steel - well, for one i think those types are super underrated (and i would be lying if i said its not boring to reuse the fire water grass cycle lol) and i kinda the design philosophy in gym leaders how their types reflect their personality in a way. ice types are cool, calm and collected. "chill" if you will. steel types are determined, bold and dare i say potentially misleading (jasmine)

i see rhys as a man who is very calm, humble and sweet (ice) but when time strikes where he must act serious (and its not just battling, say - whatever happened to carmine), he's a stern, almost emotionless man who will do whatever he can do get what's needed.

so these two types bounce off him really well! also, its fun to break the stereotypical "if x is a fighting type then it means they gotta be a martial artist" - no rhys is not a fuckin KNIGHT as a steel type user nor is he wearing A SCARF OR SKI MASK as an ice type user lmao

his ace is steelix (courtesy of nero suggesting that and sandslash) i wouldve added lucario but nah that guy is so overrated (and he would absolutely lean on the "he's riley's son" narrative AHDHSDJSJ) so i went with bisharp instead. i also did not want to pick metagross (even if its such a good pick) because..... f/o association AJSHDHSJA

funnily enough some of the 'mons pokedexes had a lot to do with leading a team or showing superiority which is like... haaa... champ privilege SHDGDVSJSHHA

He and Lucky often headbutt each other from time-to-time but they always set aside their differences to help the team. Mac often comes up as grumpy but think of him as the 'strict but caring uncle figure' of the team.

Halo is an Italian-American with a great body and great kicks. He is a skilled martial artist and often comes off as gay but the team are proud to have him because of his skills and dedication to the team.

Agent Hop is the team's contact from Washington, a Japanese woman from Tokyo, Japan and an agent for Interpol. She is both sweet and kind but has a love for adventure, often assisting the team on their missions.

Weapon of Choice: Agility

Morty Gator (Monty/Montgomery Gator) (FNAF: Security Breach) (Solo Adventurer/Swamp Ranger)

Morty is the solo adventurer of the team, often going on solo adventurers while also bringing info about certain missions to the team, helping them on other adventures. He has one hot temper being raised by a strict but caring family in the Louisiana bayou, so try not to make him angry all the time.

Weapon of Choice: Lasso

BB Cup (Buttercup) (Powerpuff Girls) (Solo Adventurer/Pilot)

BB is Deuce's girlfriend, solo adventurer and ace pilot, often involving in adventures that take high up in the sky. Like Morty, she too has a temper, often been called a tomboy but she is both loyal and honest.

Vector/Victor Perkins (Despicable Me)

Victor Perkins, better known as Vector, used to work for Hollywood as a genius special effects designer for Lilith's autobiography movie but he was fired because his effects were 'too unrealistic' and was replaced by Reflecta. Enraged, he swore revenge, making him the first villain of the adventurers.

Weapon of Choice: Piranha gun

Thelma Al Ghul (Talia Al Ghul) (DC/Batman)

La Erosa also admires Gentle and his ideas, in return Gentle appreciates La Erosa's efforts in helping him become a notorious villain. La Erosa also has an extreme love interest in Gentle, a love interest that he seems to have with her as well.

Vingança

Se Moreau tem aqui mais um papel fascinante, mortalmente sensual, aos quarenta anos de idade, já o filme, apesar de ser assinado por François Truffaut, tem alguma inconsistência, sobretudo no argumento.

Uma história de vingança, lenta, planeada ao pormenor, fria e inabalável, como Lady Snowblood, mas sem as artes marciais.

No entanto, o acidente causador da morte do noivo, que motiva esta obsessiva vingança, parece forçado, inverosímil. Tal como o grupo de vitimas, que pouco ou nada têm em comum uns com os outros, além de exibirem graus de culpabilidade muito diferentes no incidente, que são totalmente desprezados no castigo.

E as próprias circunstâncias em que ocorrem as mortes são pouco credíveis. Um lenço que fica pendurado num toldo de uma varanda? Qual a probabilidade de planear um ato tão aleatório? Morrer sufocado, em poucas horas, numa arrecadação, preso por uma simples tranca? Muito pouco credível. Uma flecha de Diana, espetada nas costas do artista, causar uma morte fulminante? Dificilmente. E qual a probabilidade de uma mulher, presa por quatro homicídios, ir parar à mesma prisão e ala de um homem preso por burla? E, por acréscimo, consegue participar na distribuição das refeições, só para ter oportunidade de o esfaquear mortalmente. Altamente inverosímil.

Não é seguramente uma obra de referência de Truffaut. Isso não impede, porém, que seja um thriller atraente e que Moreau assuma uma personagem memorável.

Se esquecermos as fragilidades do argumento, o filme até se vê com bastante agrado.

Revenge

If Moreau has another fascinating, deadly sensual role here, at the age of forty, the film, despite being signed by François Truffaut, has some inconsistencies, mostly in the script.

A story of revenge, slow, planned in detail, cold and unshakable, like Lady Snowblood, but without the martial arts.

However, the accident that caused the groom's death, which motivates this obsessive revenge, seems forced and unlikely. Just like the group of victims, who have little or nothing in common with each other, in addition to exhibiting very different degrees of culpability in the incident, which are completely disregarded in the punishment.

And the circumstances in which the deaths occur are hardly credible. A scarf that hangs from a porch awning? How likely is it to plan such a random act? Choking to death, in a few hours, in a warehouse, trapped by a simple lock? Very little believable. Would an arrow from Diana, stuck in the artist's back, cause a striking death? Difficultly. And what is the probability of a woman, arrested for four homicides, ending up in the same prison and ward as a man arrested for embezzlement? And, in addition, she manages to participate in the distribution of meals, just to have the opportunity to fatally stab him. Highly unlikely.

It is certainly not a reference work by Truffaut. This does not, however, prevent it from being an attractive thriller and from Moreau taking on a memorable character.

If we forget the inconsistencies in the script, the film is quite enjoyable to watch.

Ok, so, this is probably ridiculous, and I can't believe I have a House of the Dragon theory before it even airs (I can barely believe I have a HOTD theory at all), but...

Since the release of The Princess and the Queen in 2013, and through everything published about the Dance of the Dragons since then (TRP, TWOIAF, F&B), it's known that Daemon and Aemond Targaryen have a lot of parallels. Besides the most obvious point of their names (just move the D, lol), they're both hotheaded, vengeful, kinslayers, brutal and ruthless, excellent swordsmen, more martial and physically active than their kingly older brother who they were nevertheless devoted to... culminating in their final showdown in the Battle Over the Gods Eye, the aging older model vs the would-be "new hotness". Though a major difference is that fandom tends to treat Aemond as far more of a pretentious wannabe, a bad Xerox copy with his marysueish sapphire eye and ooh so hardcore dialogue, generally disliked while Daemon is beloved (or at least opinions are far more split), the Darkstar to his Oberyn.

All the other lords of Westeros would have preferred a woman as ruling Queen, instead of the king's son?

Well. That's news to GRRM, because in an early version of the Dance, Rhaenyra was married to a Strong, and had three legitimate kids with him... and the Dance of the Dragons still happened.
