detailed description of my extremely invariable weekday morning routine rn. I wake up at 7. I sit in bed for a minute weighing the pros and cons of just going back to sleep. I put the electric kettle on and use the bathroom. I come out and put coffee in the French press and [either slice an apple and take half or take the half an apple I have left over in the fridge]. I pop a b12 tablet and get into my gym clothes while the coffee is infusing. I pour the coffee. I answer my learned league questions and do the wordle and stuff while I have pre-gym breakfast. I go to the gym with my husband. [Mon/Wed/Fri I alternate between a bench/squat/row day and a deadlift/overhead press/lat pull/curl day, Tues/thurs I do cardio (right now I'm doing the "walking briskly uphill on a treadmill for 30 minutes" thing from tiktok. sorry. promise I don't have tiktok)]. I come back from the gym. I slice some tofu off the tofu block and rub it with adobo and put it in the air fryer with a vegan sausage patty. I take a shower. I come back out and put bread in the toaster (my kitchen wiring cannot run multiple appliances at once) and put vegan cheese on the tofu to melt. I get dressed. I assemble my sandwich and eat it with a little bit of orange juice while I listen to my morning news update podcasts. and then I wash my face and do my makeup (the latter only if I'm going somewhere for the day). and then my actual day starts 👍
