A civil rights complaint accusing the School District of Philadelphia (SDP) of standing down while its Jewish students were subjected to a slew of antisemitic abuses throughout the school year was filed by the Anti-Defamation League (ADL) on Tuesday.
The 49-page complaint, filed with the US Department of Education’s Office of Civil Rights (OCR), recounts dozens of incidents that have occurred at SDP since the Palestinian terrorist group Hamas’ Oct. 7 massacre across southern Israel. Teachers allegedly propagandized in the classroom, students chanted “kill the Jews,” and swastika graffiti emerged across the district, the complaint says, adding that parents’ concerns have gone unheeded and that Jewish teachers, beleaguered by acts of retaliation, are retiring in droves.
“Since the Oct. 7 attack, the Philadelphia Schools have fostered a toxic environment that has allowed antisemitism against Jewish students to metastasize and fester without repercussions,” ADL senior director of litigation James Pasch said on Tuesday in a statement announcing the action. “What’s worse, the district has encouraged a rampant culture of retaliation and fear that has prevented Jewish parents and students from coming forward.”
The ADL argues it is time for the OCR to intervene and compel the district to observe Title VI of the Civil Rights Act, which explicitly prohibits public schools from failing to respond to, as well as perpetrating, acts of discrimination and intimidation animated by religious and ethnic bias.
The facts necessitate OCR’s involvement, the ADL contends. Antisemitic bullying at SDP is so severe that one Jewish student, after being told “f—k you and free Palestine” as well as “Praise Hitler,” left the school district entirely, according to the complaint. In another incident, an anti-Zionist student used the Halloween holiday to appear at school costumed as a terrorist and attempted to “drape a Palestinian flag over a Jewish student.” Their principal later allegedly “praised the costume.”
Discriminatory behavior has continued in the classroom, where, presumably, a teacher is always present to prevent bullying and other disruptions which hinder learning. However, the ADL charges, at SDP, teachers contribute to intimidation and shaming, using their power and monopoly on class discussions to denounce Israel as “exterminators” and stream videos accusing the Jewish state of “making Palestinians homeless.”

PHILADELPHIA, PA — To quiet controversy surrounding statements made about Jewish students facing antisemitism on campus, UPenn President Liz Magill announced the start of a new school tradition where she will hold a ceremony to light the "Please Don't Pull That $100 Million Donation" Menorah.
"We totally love us some Jews," Macgill said in a statement announcing the ceremony. "We're not sure where everyone got the idea that we are comfortable with open antisemitism and threats of hostility toward Jewish members of our student body, or that there could ever be any context in which calling for the genocide of the Jewish people is acceptable, but we are absolutely sure that we do not want to lose the $100 million pledged by a prominent donor, who may or may not be a Jew. By lighting this menorah, we are hoping everything will now be cool. Thank you, and yay Jews!"
In the face of mounting backlash that resulted from Magill's evasive and offensive remarks made during congressional testimony, the university hastily commissioned the procuring of the elaborate menorah to smooth things over with angry donors. One such donor, who asked to remain anonymous, was not convinced the school's new menorah lighting ceremony was sincere. "Yeah, not sure that's going to be enough," the donor said. "You can't just light some fancy candles and expect everyone to forget that they think it's ok to call for the extermination of Jewish people."
At publishing time, donors and other members of the Jewish community remained skeptical after Magill announced an "Intifada Parade" to placate Leftist students.

Quote
In a speech earlier this year, Kevin Roberts, the architect of Project 2025, a vast plan for a second Trump administration, compared abortion to slavery, lynchings, the Holocaust, antisemitic violence and terror attacks. “Every slave auction, every lynching, every concentration camp, every abortion mill, every pogrom, every terrorist bombing from the Middle East to Kermit Gosnell, from Herod to Hitler to Hamas, has been justified on the same inhuman pretense that the victims aren’t really people,” Roberts said. The remarks were reported by Media Matters for America, a progressive watchdog. Gosnell, an abortion doctor in Philadelphia, was sentenced to life in prison in 2013, for the murder of three babies. [...] But his January remarks about abortion added fuel to the fire. Then, Roberts said: “The butcher’s bill of history is chillingly clear. Once a society deems certain individuals not fully human, it soon treats them as if they weren’t human at all. And it never stops with one group. “… Is it any surprise that the same party of death celebrating violence in the womb also justifies, and even cheers, the surgical mutilation of children, the euthanizing of the depressed, the persecution of parents and churchgoers, even a genocidal war to exterminate the Jewish people? “Make no mistake: This idea of human inequality – that some people count and some people don’t – doesn’t come from the media or the government or the elite or the left or even Planned Parenthood. It comes straight from hell.”

Death of drug users raises a warning about city pollution and processed foods.
Tumblr media
On the streets of Philadelphia, dead people were found. Previously, many dead people and a large quantity of drugs had appeared on the streets. Cities were at risk. And becoming empty. The image of the people was bleak. Bloody foam came out of their mouths and a viscous liquid ran from their eyes and nose; they breathed hard and coughed; their kidneys, intestines and stomach were inflamed and they suffered from muscle spasms and paralysis.
Users ended up committing suicide and tragically succumbing. The first dead people were discovered on the streets of Philadelphia and in various parts of the city.
At first, a relationship was suspected between a new epidemic or some ‘murderous drug dealers’. But experts demonstrated the implausibility of this hypothesis. Public opinion demanded a clear response, capable of explaining a disaster of this magnitude, and those responsible and experts pointed to several causes: infection by worms, allergic reactions to the flu virus, activity of mysterious microorganisms…
Advocates for drug users were the first to determine that the true cause of deaths were toxic substances released in processed foods, such as
and others.
Around 100,000 drug addicts died in just 1 year. Shortly after, scientists detected in the antibodies present in the users' blood the presence of fat, sugar and salt, which they identified as the cause of this deadly disease, characteristic of kidney disease.
And they managed to discover the cause of the deaths, but the essential thing was to understand why people were so suddenly vulnerable. In fact, the epidemic was related to their immune system and resulted from the chemical changes that city dwellers are subject to due to pollution and processed foods. And more than 400,000 new users arrived on the streets of Philadelphia every year, drinking their super acidic energy drinks and soft drinks, spilled by their urine.
Other harmful substances such as
Substances that are harmful to drug users are processed foods. It has a concentration of fat four to five times higher and in users' bodies, like mine, this concentration reaches even higher values. And when the body doesn't absorb it, it ends up in the legs or, in my case, the feet.
Users are so affected by these toxic substances that any pathogen can easily attack their immune system. For several years now, users have been experiencing a deterioration in their health status, with a very high incidence of poorly healed wounds and cancerous ulcers.
Unfortunately, despite all the warnings and all the measures taken due to the death of users, I continue to consume this rubbish?

"Spain’s legacy also continued to shape Chevalier’s understanding of Mexico and France. In 1845 he published an essay on Mexico’s civilization before the Spanish conquest and another on the conquest itself.[35] These essays were occasioned by William H. Prescott’s widely acclaimed History of the Conquest of Mexico (1843). Both Prescott and Chevalier portrayed an advanced indigenous society that was nevertheless overwhelmed by European power. Both romanticized the conquest’s epic nature, and contrasted the heroics of Cortez and his men to the irresolution of Montezuma. However, whereas the U.S. historian highlighted the contrast between the despotism and obscurantism of Catholic Spanish America and the liberties enjoyed by Protestant Anglo-America, Chevalier insisted on the central role of religion as a crusading ideology that moved the sixteenth-century Spaniards and gave the conquest “its true character.” Rarely had history provided examples of such singular force, he said, resulting in such a thoroughgoing domination and transformation of a people. However, Chevalier’s understanding of Catholicism also expressed ambivalence. He said that Catholicism was responsible for Mexico’s “rapid decay, and equally rapid possible regeneration.” Mexico would either regress and “undergo a new conquest by a Protestant race which promises to itself the empire of the world,” or it would “remain free, and progress in the pathway of civilization.”[36] The U.S.-Mexico War from 1846-48 confirmed his fears that this former Spanish colony, fruit of a brutal but successful process of conversion and assimilation, could not long survive without outside help.[37]"

Americas as the central battlefield of a more global struggle between Latin and Anglo-Saxon 'races' especially forcefully,
In a May 4, 1836 letter to Senator L. F. Linn of Missouri, Austin declared: “A war of extermination is raging in Texas — a war of barbarism and of despotic principles, waged by the mongrel Spanish-Indian and Negro race, against civilization and the Anglo-American race… Indians, Mexicans, and renegades, all mixed together, and all the natural enemies of white men and civilization.”
