Bruises, cuts, dry hands from the numerous times I wash and sanitize, sore muscles, tired feet, brain mush, too much time away from my family, customers that are thankful, some that are not, working lots of hours, stress, anxiety, depression. I am an essential employee to my community, I provide for the community by services and food. I provide for my family by doing my job and taking risks to provide for the community. There is no win in this situation at all. Tonight I had a SCARE... • And since then I’ve been thinking a lot tonight about life. It’s amazing how easy it can be to forget about taking care of your own self especially when you’re caring for so many other people. 💛 • I had a scare. A BIG scare. I’m not one to go to hospitals and especially not one to call 911 but, tonight we had to. • I was speaking to my husband in our home when all of a sudden my hands and feet became numb. My ears began to ring and I felt clammy. I told him that I needed to sit but that I was ok. Then out of no where my heart began racing despite me trying to maintain a slow steady breathe. Nothing was working and I thought at any moment I was going to have a heart attack. So we called 911. • Apparently what they believe I had was a panic attack. Which is crazy because everything was perfectly fine before that took place! • I’m ok now, just very weak. I could definitely use each and every one of your prayers🙏🏼 . Tonight I was reminded of just HOW important it is to take care of myself first. Life has been anything but easy since caring for my mother and trying to also balance children, marriage etc. but I learned the hard way tonight that you can’t pour from an empty cup. 💛🌿 . • Have a good night everyone!
