i still maintain that arise wasnt going to be good anyways but it would have been saved just a little if they included a weird dark magic girl
#cliffnotes/.txt#its such a good type of tales character idk whst to tell u#examples are like anise and elize#magilou isnt exactly one bc shes more of a general element mage but she has the vibe#i need to play the older games but if anyone knows some more feel free to add them to the list#they also usually have that cure pink/purple color scheme also w/ is an easy signifier#arise had a mage girl but she wasnt like. shes a general mage and not the dark magic girlie#also the girls in that game in general just feel kinda flat. but all the characters do tbh#kisara im so sorry for what they did to you.
