So many people have looked out for me even when it's detrimental to them, so what am i to do than to honor them and do my best to take care of myself?
#monologuing#i experienced. the worst migraine so far in my life today#it felt like i had a concussion and i wanted to throw up#staff and coworkers urged me to go home and rest and my sous chef even gave me a two days leave without needing a doctor's note#and my younger coworker suggested i see an actual doctor instead of a 24-hour clinic so i could have my health addressed#this website made me think that its a dog-eat-dog world we're living especially for the neurodivergent#and idk what it's like in america but#everywhere i go whenever i'm not being a self-loathing asshole i can only notice people trying to connect with me#and each other#and also seeing the solidarity with the student protests i'm sure people are like that too over there#its a red balloon type of thing. people are not out to get you#the world isnt out to get you
