since you said you're skipping anime-only episodes now, does that mean you're only watching the ones based on the boruto manga or are you also planning to watch the eps based on the novels and naruto? gaiden?

i really don't know anything about the novels etc so if you have any suggestions or advice im open to it ^_^ rn im sticking to manga canon and mixed canon

#asks157 #nrto #the reason why ive dropped anime-only episodes wasnt just bc im trying to be true to the manga #but like since i do think a Lot about character motivations and things there were arcs/eps that were actively muddying things #like having nrto say out loud that he knows brto is desperate for his attention and affections but isnt giving that to him bc he thinks #everything is coming too easily to brto #theres still manga canon stuff that i dont think nrto would do/say. but that was a glaring mischaracterization imo #and the details on what else i think is ooc is for another post. ill talk in full on all that when im caught up
