Are there any physical therapists on tumblr who can tell me if there’s a good reason that my physical therapist decided to tie the resistance band around my legs?????? Like a few weeks ago the first guy I worked with tied it into a circle and then just handed it to me to put around my legs like NORMAL but this woman???? Had me lay down on the table and tied me up? 😳with like, a very normal tool for stretching but STILL she tied it around my legs??? 😳😳😳 Did she just go “aw yeah this one looks gay let’s bluescreen her brain real quick before making her do stretches” like WHY did she do that????????????
