Lily gained the funds and they've been is business ever since. They also hired their brother Billy, but they tend to have a conflict of interest. Admittedly he has no idea what the emotion is supposed to feel like, but the mountain of romcoms he has is a good enough example for him. Even though he helps Lily and Milly make deals he has nothing against humans and often feels bad for them.

In a majority of my fics i tend to try and be extremely vague on the cities i set them in but in order to ground the story I needed to pick at least one real city, especially since I did use real hike names and real national park names. I’m p sure that might be the only fic where I did that? In Eternal Tragedy I blended city names but that’s about it.

Calli, I finished the book!!!

You were so right when you said I would enjoy it. and when you said that stuff about therapy as well.

The first part was so fun, slowly puzzling together who everyone was and what was going on and the superpower stuff. The deaths? I loved seeing Viktor‘s and Eli‘s friendship deteriorate so drastically in such a short amount of time. The rest of the book just being a very complex game of cat and mouse is very fun indeed.

Viktor‘s blackoutpoetry and all. I thought that the problems he had with his parents were a little random. Like it was established and all but never came up again, there was no payoff for that situation (maybe in book 2? idk yet). But the fact that he still did blackout poetry after ten years in prison is nice for him. I wonder wether he somehow managed to black-out the prison library books like he used to do with his uni books.

I was shocked when they killed Serena. Not because they did it, but because the scene was so unbelievably casual. They just did it and nothing. great. In general, the book‘s extreme casual approach to murder and killing people is quite enjoyable. (Sure you have Eli‘s entire christian drama but the actual killing is still very casual)

Serena‘s last interaction with Sydney was really interesting. Because, in the chapters prior she constantly reminds herself that Sydney is nothing but a „copy“ or a „distorted version“ of her sister, but when it actually comes hard on hard she fails to convince herself that that‘s the truth and lets her go. Her entire power is convincing people but when it‘s about her little sister she can‘t convince herself.

I love Sydney. She has my entire heart and if anything happens to her in the sequel I will bawl my eyes out. But also, that girl builds attachments a little too quickly for her own good (at least she picked the right people to get attached to, but that was luck). I am so happy that her dog is alright.

Everyone in this book has such absurd boundaries. They are willing to do so much stuff and thats nice for me as a reader.

When I tell you I did a little cheer when the last chapter was a parallel to the first chapter. Love that stuff.

These are just my unorderly „I just finished the book ten minutes ago and its almost 2am“ thoughts but I think they are an ok update <3 I am excited to read the second book (or rather listen to it)

I do have to agree about the things with victors parents. i hope it’s expanded upon in the second book since the idea of of victor opposing everything his parents preached was rlly interesting to me and i think a lot of people could empathize with that aspect of his character.

god serena and sydney’s final interaction was heart wrenching. i think i saw her death as somewhat of a sacrifice for her sister, i think she knew that either way one of them wasn’t making it out and she took a final leap to trust the humanity she saw in her sister after YEARS of believing EOs couldn’t be truly alive GOD that moment was so good.

awh sydney my beloved <3 i would literally move mountains for her tbh. i also loved all the little soft moment with her, victor, and mitch! there weren’t very many but oh man i love that little trio in all their anti hero glory lmao

anyway LEXI god I would have hated doing theater with her :) but I love this character trait for her we love "a blind three year old could do a better job than you"

WIFE!! i love her :] shes so amazing, she recently took me to the zoo and omg was it such a great time!!!! we went to Taronga Zoo in Sydney, its such a good place and if anyone happens to be in Sydney around Circular Quay def get the ferry over to it! 3 things, well for one i love how my hair looks! i recently dyed it to match my persona (in my icon) its not accurate but its similar at least 2, im quite happy with my skill in mmy art, im getting so much better everytime i draw and 3, im starting to like my body finally, ive had a hard time liking myself for the fact im fat (im like 125 Kilos) just funny videos i think, theres actually a lot that makes me happy ngl i do actually! ive had a lot of experiences with the paranormal in my own home and other places, on top of that my family has a big spiritual aspect, esp my mother so to an extent, i do. of course not everything labeled as 'paranormal' actually is and could be explained, but some stuff cant if people want that story i can tell but thats about it

When I started the series, I forgot how smart stays actually are, so when I first started drafting, I left in a bunch of VERY obvious clues before 12 pm. Since posting them however, I modified the messages on the spot to make them harder to guess (hehe) so I’m glad I was able to fool you guys on at least one of the members! Here are all the guesses I counted up: (the ones in dashes are the few friend guesses, aka “who’s friends with who?”)

First of all, I want to address the easiest way you could’ve figured out which member is which. You could’ve found this out at 12 am, it was there from the start!

I haven’t blogged since April it looks like so fuck...uuhhhh i used to make mini timelines on here and idek how to sum it all up but imma give it a shot for future me cause i always like to come back and read these - gonna go back in time a little to get the full covid picture but it ends with talking about the woods walk that lead to this video which brings me SO MUCH JOY

march 12th ~ last day i was at clinicals before it cancelled april 1st - online class stuff officially starts happening it probably happened before this but this is when i made a record of it. started anatomy review n shit for big ass exam april 5th - judging by my writing.. depression kicks in hard but also studying WAYYY too much every damn day april 14th ~ big deal first job interview april 17th ~ did the breakup thing, think that was the last time i wrote on here april 29th - found out big ass certification test on may 20th is scheduled for TBD ~ also found out i  got the job but awsjhcfksdjhk now certifcation is postponed for got knows when may 1st - journal says “i got to see syd and i feel better”, dont think i realized how hard the breakup feels were hittin me cause i remember casually hanging out n then suddenly crying may 13th - slept through last day of my fucking class like a goddamn depressed dummy may 18 n 19 n 20 - miss kitty to the er, and then to her nuero appointment and they think brain tumor but cant afford MRI but prednisone instantly makes her better. all the scared feels of losing her and class being done and no certification exam in sight and just general awful nothingness floating through the void (still studying way too much everyday day) seems like i saw kirk like every other weekend idk how to feel about that im the worst w clean breakups may 21st ~ technically ive graduated but it feels like nothing. also idk if he did it this day or the next but kirk dropped off flowers and a card and a you did it! smiley face thing with a grad cap on that yells YOU DID IT whenever u touch it lol may 26th ~ study sesh w shawna n jordan i know i did other study seshs w them too but idk when, and then home and parents had signs made on the lawn to congratulate me graduating, and then sydney got dropped off and we headed to rhode island may 28th ~ very interesting/bad/idk wtf mushroom trip. adderall was still in my system and i dont think my body liked that mix and then i took xanax to try to calm down but theyre not pharm approved xanax so i just lost some time but syd took awesome care of me and we laughed about this weird juicy couture dress idk even though it was bad it was great cause i was with her. i do remember petting miss kitty and she had like overlapping colored outlines and looked very ethereal and it kept me calm while syd was outside. before the trip was great too i went to ocean state job lot and syd and i made a bonfire and ate donuts n delicious coffee milkshakes honestly it was all great slept entire day after bad trip but then wokeup and immediately started studying again lmao june 1st - called the people to try to get my test scheduled but that was a no go june 4th - letter arrives can actually schedule test - schedule for 16th STUDY STUDY DIE DIE DIE STUDY DIE STUDY DIE SHdkjceshkfchsdjc june 16th - FUCKIN PASSED MY TEST june 30th - mask fitting n stuff july 1st - good hangs w syd im lucky to have her july 5th - go to the fells for the first time in FUCKIN FOREVER cause syd and lucas were going n invited me and im so happy they did swimming felt so good omg july 7th - first day o work july 10th - officially scrubbed in again, feels good, but exhausting july 21st - all nighter where connor tells me he never loved me but in the context of an actually really good heart to heart session (which weve been having a bunch of latelyp) im upset but also not at all, work is exhausting but ive started taking my antidepressants again (literally that morning lol) and i go for a woods walk n swim after, and a deer follows me in the forest and its magical and life is good july 22nd - fuckin slept through work and thats never happened so been pushin myself a bit too hard july 25th - yesterday, worked saturday w j so we’re the only tchs there and did 2 lap apps and a hemiarthroplasty and it was good but also a little discouraging idk if this career is for me

and that about brings it up to today. talking to kirk less which is good for both of us. connor and i having lots of heart to hearts n genuine friendship chats. glad thats come full circle. lucky to have syd in my life. just generally idk that bears repeating haha i love her and writing this is realized how many times i wanted to write “and then syd made everything better” - she was the first person i called after i passed my test and she started screaming for me cause she knows me and knows my past and how hard ive worked and idk just a lotta love there. im lucky. word end of things idk wtf is going on but does anybody really? hahahaha. this career is not for me and i know it deep down but ill finish orientation before i do anything. but as of right now even though lifes good it kinda feels bad cause almost everyday im sweating and shaking and in so much fucking pain for a 10 hour shift and then i come home and collapse. antidepressants are helping though. i havent been on them for the entirety of my program/job so i thought that the job just came w this sort of exhaustion. but now im remembering theres after work tired and then theres depression tired.

I just got a text from the dead guy whose body we just saw while he was dead. Sorry Marlene (I think she wrote this episode) but that line was cringeworthy! So far the writing has been very good though.

Car drives at night. Why did my mind instantly go to the Ezria scene where Ezra says that sometimes the bad guys win?? Anyway, car scenes at night is typical PLL.

Jeremy seems like a good dude. So he’s probably the killer.

I think they’re overdoing the pie thing. That was Ezria’s thing! Ali and Mona never had pie in the original series and now Ali is like “HELLO I HAVE PIE, MONA LISTEN TO ME, I HAVE KEY LIME PIE DAMNIT!” It was cool for episode 1 but just drop the pie thing now?

I feel I’m back on the hamster wheel like I’m back in Rosewood. Love that line!

Ali slapping Mona was clearly a nod to PLL 505 and the scene could’ve gone without it but... why not? I guess it fit the context here. I’m not against it but I’m not totally in love with the scene. I’m just neutral.

“I dont know how long I have until you slip back into your beautiful mind” that’s a great line. Nice one Marlene. It’s like an insult (implication is that she’s out of her mind) and a compliment (beautiful mind) at the same time. It beautifully captures the relationship between Ali and Mona.

Loving seeing the trio Ava, Dylan and Caitlin! So far all the scenes with the 3 of them in it have been some of my favourites.

If they wanted us to be scared of Dana in the same way we were scared of Wilden in PLL’s pilot, I don’t know if it’s working? I mean, not because there’s no drama going on. There’s plenty of drama. But I’m not sold by this actress?

“I will find out who killed Nolan Hotchkiss” should’ve been way more iconic than that.

This scene between Ali and Mona is everything I needed from this spinoff. I knew they wouldn’t be enemies! It’s beautifully written too. Love the little nod to original PLL, where Mona says “because you know you’ll lose” (at my game). Well Ali did lose, Mona fooled her that night.

I love Caitlin and Dylan’s scenes!!! They’re funny and Sydney and Eli seem to have great chemistry.

Ugh I’m hating Dana because she’s everywhere but I guess that’s a good thing. I think this is the beginning of a “love to hate her” relationship.

How hard would it have been to get Ashley Benson to send over a couple lines? That phone call just screams fan service, which is fine, because some fans are watching the spin-off purely for moments like this, but it just felt out of place and I can’t pinpoint why. But whatever. It was cute I guess. I’m happy that Haleb and Spoby fans got their updates.

Again I put my phone down now because I sensed that shit was about to go down. But that final scene was EVERYTHING!!! It was on an epic level in my opinion. Alison stepping in to give them an alibi came out of nowhere so I was shocked AND happy. Happy, because they just revealed how Alison is going to get entangled in this mystery! And the ‘bring it on bitch’ was simply iconic. I want a gif of that right now. And if this show was more popular, that’d be a meme all over social media by the morning. Anyway. That final scene was amazing. It set the entire tone of the show and established a new dynamic/relationship within seconds. Ali is now on their side!

It feels so weird being in a mindset where I’m not demanding answers. I’m not expecting to find out who killed Nolan for a damn long time and I’m okay with that. I’m fine to keep asking questions for a while. It feels weird to be watching PLL and not thinking “where are the answers???”

Overall, another 10/10 episode. Definitely. It was sensational. If this show goes for another 5-7 seasons, I can picture these episodes being “the glory days”, like how PLL seasons 1-2 are considered ‘prime time’. So far, they’re on a winning streak of 2 flawless episodes in a row. Obviously can go downhill at any time but let’s not look at it from that perspective!

No filler. Every scene was like adding a new brick to the house being built so to speak. Honestly, this episode could’ve even been called Pilot Part 2. It picked up exactly where the pilot finished and it continued to established the tone and foundation of the rest of the show. It did everything an episode 2 should do. Well done Marlene! (Again I think Marlene did write this one.)

At seventeen, he and one of his mothers almost didn’t make it home, so they set off for a place where they knew they’d be safe.  Lycan Bane.  His new home was weird.  A lot smaller.  Wasn’t Hong Kong or Busan, Los Angeles or Sydney.  Was just a place they stayed in one too many months.  Once he realized they weren’t leaving, he acted out like any other hormonal-driven teenager would, smashing and crashing and cussing and shouting.  They swore his temper would make him an Alpha   (  called him that when he was being a real pain in the ass  )  so it was sorta a surprise when he woke up with slick and fevers.  

He's tried to leave several times.  Recently, last year.  Set off on his own to see a band and his heat hit at the worst moment   ——  thousands of feet n the air, one of those crazed hunters catching that evidence easily and cuing the worst forty-eight hours of his life.  Sehun had to fight for his life in a goddamn steel tube, and when they touched down he found himself in a pair of silver cuffs and was still fucking sweating , wanting to fuck anythingggggggggg omg it sucked  but the pack saved him.  Thank motherfuck.  Sehun’s settled back down in Lycan Bane since.  Sucking it up.  Dealing with the monotony the best he can.  Popping suppressants and just ... living,  I guess.  Job, house.  Hobbies and a routine.  It’s gross.
