🧵 (Favorite production) Why make me choose 😭😭😭 I know it's the scrub option, but I really do love the 1998 proshot version. It's like the all-star game version of a Cats production, so it's hard to compete with that. Other close ones are Moscow 2005, Tecklenburg, and the Vienna Revival.

✍️ (If you had total creative control, what would change?) Obviously, I'd revert the designs back to the way they were... pre-London revival, maybe? Or the Broadway/US Tour 5 looks for a nice twist. Growltiger's gone (obviously), in its place is either an adaptation of Cat Morgan's poem if possible or just In Una Tepida Notte if not. Original choreo, plus I'd finally bring back the Grizabella reprise with Jellylorum and Sillabub (it has too much thematic meaning in my interpretation to miss it out). There's probably another million tiny things, but that's what I can think of for now.
