anyway i feel tumblr's view on the zaum situation holds zero nuance and while its not like im an expert in ip law myself (obviously) i do think its disingenuous to present the situation as straightforwardly as "the creators want you to pirate the game." they still hold stock in the company; its just not majority stock which Allegedly has been bought out using the company's own funds from under them, which is the whole point of conflict
