#migraine#thank god for my husband#I was able to buy a little ice coffee and flee to the car#WHY ARE SUPERMARKETS SO BRIGHT AND LOUD#every time we scanned something with the handheld scanner the sound felt like an ice pick going through my eye#ended up with aura so bad I lost vision in my right side#I’m feeling a lot better after sitting in the car in the dark for a while#caffeine helped this time#it’s always a gamble#I didn’t have my meds in my bag 😭#chronic illness
