maybe i should actually commit to the rejection challange and apply for the job i like even though they seem like they may have colder feelings towards me
#january#2025#it's a completely Dutch speaking place#where i'd also have to only speak Dutch#but it's a good place#one of my friends works there and from what i know people start there working somewhere else and then drop the somewhere else#but oh the Dutch#like my Dutch is fine#i won't call myself lazy here but when a customer/guest switches to english i follow bc i don't want to make mistakes#and both of my Dutch employers have considered me English speaking#even though at my current job i also yell in Dutch for the kitchen and that kind of stuff#every time i was in class or any sort of nt2 meeting people (including natives) would compliment my Dutch#(already happened 4 times with different people soooo i'm not making it up and it's not just them being nice or so i tell myself)#i'm pretty confident i'd pass Programma I (B1) now#but what if it's all lies or worse what if they don't like me at the place#not like i already have a job /s (i do and it's very much related bonus points for me)#it's just that the place is sort of “a goal opportunity” in terms of student jobs for me
