got some advice to help with my painful periods from my gyno and it's been working quite well, but I'm still at about -5 brain power so I'm still like 💀
#as it turns out: Gynecologists know a lot about the uterus#I know I couldn't believe it either#every general practitioner I have ever talked to about my painful periods has just kinda been like 🤷♀️#but I told my gyno and she was like ''here are 14 different ideas I have to that we can try''#I opted for the easiest one which was just ''take ibuprofen on a regular dosing cycle during periods instead of as needed''#and u may be thinking ''couldn't you have thought of that on your own''#the answer is no because like I said: I have period brain going on every time my period is here#I genuinely can't think of shit right now#but because she said it it stuck in my brain enough for me to actually do it so#its a good day aside from my foggy ass brain#menstruation //#periods //
