“Your Ivy won’t mind too much if I steal you away for a drink or two, will she?” Damien asked, coming up to the blonde with a smile, placing a gentle hand on the small of her back once she was aware that it was him who had approached. “I haven’t had the pleasure of attending one of the Hogsmeade Halloween parties yet, so I’m not sure which stall has the best options– you might have to lead the way on that one,” he then added with a light laugh.

Alessandra was seemingly too preoccupied with fixing her hair and touching up her makeup in the reflection to notice as someone approached. They didn’t initially say anything and so even though she saw them in the mirror’s reflection she didn’t either, taking her time until she was satisfied. “Can I help you?” Alessandra finally spoke up. “Or do you like to make a habit out of standing idly like that?”

“Sorry but your costume is so iconic, Enz,” the blonde insisted, only realizing who it was once he’d turned around. “The chunky belt, the wig– it’s everything,” Dom complimented, gesturing to different elements of his costume as she went along. “My only note would be more sparkles– you could’ve definitely just rolled yourself around in some more glitter and it’d be flawless,” she added teasingly.

Sorry I haven’t been by the Cauldron in a bit, The Hog’s Head was going through some renovations and boss wanted all hands on deck,” he explained. “How’ve you been? You look good.”

“Don’t get me wrong– I feel sexy as hell in this outfit,” Vera began, slipping into the seat beside Freya as they chose a bar to sit themselves at for a while. “But getting to take these tights and this corset off later is going to feel euphoric,” she added with a laugh. “Supervillains aren’t actually expected to fight in these things, right? I can’t imagine it’d be very comfortable,” the fake redhead mused before motioning the bartender over to take their drink orders.

“You brought me food at the office the other day so I felt like it was only fair to return the favor,” Damien explained before holding out the festival-themed foods for her to see. “You can choose between some pumpkin spiced waffles or these chocolate-y churros. What do you fancy?”

“Merlin– if Rory sees you he’s going to be thinking you’ve got a sex dungeon underneath the apartment building next,” Eva couldn’t resist joking the moment she saw Orlando in full costume. “Don’t get me wrong, the costume is awesome. You look super cool– but you know Rory by now. He’s going to see leather and chains and get all sorts of ideas,” she added before snorting with amusement at her own remark.

“I don’t think I’ve ever seen you wear anything this sparkly,” Luke commented, coming up to Mae once he’d spotted her getting a drink. “It’s nice. You look really nice,” he added with a small smile. “Not sure I recognize where the costume is from though, sorry. Are you a flapper girl from the 20s or is this from a movie?” Luke asked, more familiar with American history than a variety of movies.
