for context: i read a ficlet that involved a mildly detailed description of symptoms of an eating disorder and now my brain feels like i put it in the microwave

#vmmmmmmmmmmmmm #the sound of my brain in the microwave #beating my head with a stick every time i engage with content that has to do with eating disorders #even though it wasnt like. Eating Disorder Content yknow it was just involved #it wasn't like some prana shit #it was just portrayed in the fic for catharsis or whatever #regardless i need to stop looking at that shit it still triggers #just because i dont full tailspin doesnt mean it doesn effect me #and i need to get that through my thick skull
