I've been convincing myself I couldn't write because I was too busy and writing was hard because I couldn't be in the right mindset for it but I'm also starting to wonder if it's hard for me to write because I started being afraid of making shitty work and my brain said "I'd rather not put anything out at all than put anything that might not be the best writing" and now I'm sad

Like I post sketches and wipes and shitty doodles without thinking so why am I having a hard time doing the same with writing? Idk
