#even if Alastor is manipulating her for his own gain is it really a step down from Sevi?

Note
Nah, Sevi's totally a dickhead. You can tell by the way he smiles.
(Imagine a camera panning over to Alastor grinning like a jackass.)
Hehehehehe
Sevi dickhead (derogative)
Alastor dickhead (affectionate)
Sevi (this character we know nothing about and haven't met on screen) doesn't have Alastor's cunty bitchiness 💅 he doesn't have that ✨charm✨.
Charlie traded one dickhead who's using her royal status for their own gain for another, but at least Alastor makes it fun.

Cannibals Curse Part 5
- Questions and Answers
Alastor watched Rosie being the perfect host, pouring them both tea from an intricately designed teapot. There was a small display of finger foods on a tiered display nearby, mostly sweets, which he wasn't a fan of, but also a curious assortment of actual fingers in paper casing.
It was so odd, to physically see cannibalism accepted and accommodated for, but he supposed since they were in Cannibal Town, it stood to reason. He vaguely remembered her chewing on a hand, but his memory of their meeting was hazy at best.
“Forgive me if this is an odd question. But I don't seem to recall much of what happened before you offered to bring me here.” He admitted, taking the offered cup and drinking some while he tried to think of how to word his questions.
“Was that just another quirk of death? Because I felt like a man possessed. I've killed people before, as I've mentioned. Same for cannibalism. But never… anything close to that.” Not that blacking out and killing hadn't happened before. But only with his first ever kill. He saw red and woke up covered in blood then too, but this was different, he wasn't himself in the most literal way.
Rosie sighed, reaching up to remove her hat Pin and hat, placing it on the seat beside her, getting more comfortable for the potentially uncomfortable conversation. “I'm afraid it's a curse for cannibals like us. Apparently gluttony is a sin that warrants extra punishment.” She huffed, clearly not happy with the situation herself. “You'll never feel fully satisfied, I'm afraid. The hunger doesn't go away, but trust me, you'll get used to it in time. I barely even notice it anymore.”
“I'd hardly call myself gluttonous.” He scoffed, but took in the fact that this was something shared between the two of them, and probably most of the town he now found himself in. He wasn't sure if he was happy to not be alone in this, or annoyed that he was just part of a statistic down here. “So I take it, that it is something that happens to everyone? The animalistic urge. The body distortion?”
“Not everyone can distort themselves like you did. I was surprised to say the least when I saw it.” Rosie really had expected the poor sod ripped apart to the freshly fallen soul at first, before she realised what she was looking at. “Usually that's something only certain Overlords can do, or very powerful sinners at least. You already having that kind of strength isn't common.”
“Overlords?” Alastor asked curiously. He very much needed to understand the hierarchy of this place if he was going to make a name for himself. Because he already knew that he wasn't going to just fade into the crowds and keep his head down. No, this was mearly a new hunting ground for him, a new and exciting dance. And he intended to learn all the steps before he went freestyle with it.
“Hmm? Oh! Hah, you seem so unphased by this, I keep forgetting ya only fell today.” Rosie laughed. “Overlords are people who own territory in the city. Usually you gain power by acquiring soul contracts, and defending ya territory.”
“So. You are the overlord of Cannibals, I take it?” He had an inkling that she might be some form of elected offical already, but now it was clear that she was actually some form of powerful entity aswell. Interesting. He did indeed have a talent for accidently stumbling across the right people. “I hope you aren't expecting my soul.” He added teasingly, to gauge her reaction.
“I already told you, I don't expect anything from you.” It would be wrong. Rosie didn't like to feel she manipulated people into a deal, he was too new, and still figuring things out. “Most of the souls in my possession are given willingly though. I can promise that yours is perfectly safe unless you wish to give it away.” She assured, not missing the way he was trying to see if she had ulterior motives.
“Good to know.” He put down his cup and eyed the severed fingers on display. “So, what triggers this curse? Because I doubt you'd be offering me severed body parts if eating it would cause me to become a beast.”
“It's usually the smell of blood. Which is why a lot of my people don't leave our little town unless they can control it. All our butchers drain the blood, so it's quite harmless for you to eat.” She demonstrated this by popping one for the fingers in her mouth, chewing it like it was nothing more than a normal morsal.
“So, you keep your people close and loyal by providing them something they wouldn't get outside of your walls… That's rather clever actually.” He had to admire the system, everybody wins. Rosie got power and control, and in return, her subjects feel safe and understood in a way they wouldn't anywhere else. A perfect symbiotic community.
“Day one and you're already analyzing things. Planning how to rise in the ranks so soon? My, you don't start small, do ya handsome?” Rosie was amused watching this fresh-faced sinner already scheming. She'd have to keep a close eye on this one, he was going to cause a stir, she could already tell. “Hope you're not planning on overthrowing me as the new Cannibal Overlord?”
“Bold of you to assume we couldn't rule side by side.” Alastor said easily. He didn't flirt, he wasn't interested in that kind if thing, but he knew what people liked to hear, and he could see a potential friendship with Rosie.
Alastor pushed his hair away from his face, annoyed by the way it hung down when he leaned forwards to retrieve his cup.
He stole a length of ribbon from his flouncy jacket, gathering his hair up behind him, before sighing and letting it fall back down. Of course it would be barely half an inch too short to prevent him from tying it back as he usually would. He guessed he was stuck with it long and loose. Lovely. Hell truly did make every little thing an inconvenience, didn't it?
“Now, I think there's a place downtown you can stay at for now, while you're finding your feet. But then we're going to have to discuss if you're staying here, and what’s going to happen.” Rosie said, in a kind, but matter of fact manner. “I like your moxie, but I won't let people take advantage of my generosity. No matter how charming they are.”
“Naturally.” Alastor supposed that was a very fair offer, he wasn't expecting a free ride of it after all. He wouldn't accept one even if it was offered, he was raised better than that.
“Well then. To new friends?” Rosie raised her cup in a mock toast, tilted in invitation for Alastor to join in.
“To a new start in Hell.” Alastor added, bringing his own glass to hers with a clinck. Needless to say, this was not how he expected his life to turn out, but he would persevere, same as he always had; With a smile on his face, and blood in his teeth.
Hell isn't going to know what hit it when he's through with them.

May I request for a Yandere Alastor X Vaggie story? Something dark like Alastor somehow manipulates Charlie into cheating with some else and using that information for Vaggie to make the decision to end her relationship with Charlie.
Yay! First request on this account! I couldn’t think of what Alastor could do to manage to get Charlie to cheat so I got something else that would still make Vaggie break up with her. Alastor isn’t full Yandere mode but he’s making his way into being so. I hope you still like it. Tell me if you did or not! Ask are always open! 🖤
-
It didn’t take long at all for Alastor to notice the small, if not increasingly growing, issues in Vaggie and Charlie’s relationship. While he usually couldn’t care less about such things he had a reason this time. Vaggie was rather interesting to him, for whatever reason.. it could have been the way she talked, a strong woman who Alastor found himself daydreaming of wanting to break down. Then again however he wanted to have a calming talk with her where she wasn’t threatening to kill him in his sleep... It could have been how guarded she was against him as well, he’d never forget his first day coming to the Hazbin Hotel and while she did seem a bit frustrated and nervous to have the Radio demon there, Vaggie didn’t hesitate to point that spear in his face and curse him. He was impressed, more than he’s been in a while by anyone down here in these fiery pits. Vaggie could grant him something if he chased after it enough and after that realization everything between the two girls started to crumble.
Alastor took the time to study the two girls, watching, stalking, and analyzing.. like a predator hunting down its next meal but then again he had managed to look like he wasn’t doing so at the same time. He could get away with staring down Charlie thanks to her aloofness but with Vaggie he had to be a bit more careful. She was right, he was up to something and he knew with the gorgeous brain of hers she’d probably think of a million and one things Alastor could want instead of actually helping with the hotel. While she was correct Alastor shook his head at that, he’d had to work on gaining her trust.
Charlie was the one who spoke out more, even when her ideas were absolutely laughable. She was much like a child to Vaggie who seemed more reliable, how Vaggie put up with such a silly girl with even sillier thoughts would always amaze the deer. Charlie was the more bubbly of the two, while Vaggie was the more cautious one. Alastor guessed the relationship would make sense, opposites did attract he guess which he then turned on himself to somewhat encourage his plans. Vaggie and him were opposites at a certain point but there was still a possibility.. This could work, he’d just have to play his cards right and usually.. he did. Alastor hardly lost at anything so getting in between a relationship wasn’t hard, he’s done it many times before.. unintentionally yes, but he had the ability to do so. So, why did he get... apprehensive.. about his plans. It wasn’t that he didn’t believe they would work out but maybe it was something else. His apprehensiveness would soon develop into frustration and while it may throw him off track for a second, Alastor would figure something out.
Alastor stood in front of the measly picture frame with a wide grin on his face as he always had. That smile promising nothing but trouble which forever seemed to be laced on his face. He had to admit, he didn’t expect to find another plot hole in this relationship that quickly but with this new info he couldn’t be upset about it. The voices behind him spoke as if he wasn’t there or they at least tried not to notice him. Vaggie felt much better ignoring Alastor whenever she could and Charlie was usually the one to come up to him and start talking. Right now he had nothing to say to either of them as he was clearly busy with the picture that he managed to clasp in his clawed hand.
‘An Eldritch hm? Oh goody~’ He thought to himself as he looked at the picture with almost a judgmental gaze, even with that smile his eyebrows furrowed a bit. She dated this creature before finding Vaggie? For whatever reason it was seen as insulting to the radio demon. Vaggie most definitely had ‘bigger balls’ than this man.. the Eldritch family was rather annoying and while Alastor found no need to really go and talk to them at all he knew this could add to his plan. He’s been picking and poking at Charlie and Vaggie for a couple weeks now, either while they were with other or alone whenever he could. He’d have to ask about the picture in a second. He placed the frame back down before turning around with an easy look finding Vaggie, Charlie, and Husk to be the only ones around right now. Ah, a good trio. Alastor was glad Angel wasn’t around, he was either in his room or out but in the end Alastor found that he couldn’t care less to know where that messy pornstar was at.. Nifty was most likely cleaning up somewhere so he didn’t have to worry much there either.
His shoes clicked against the flooring with each step he took, he could’ve walked up silently but then again, he wanted to show his dominance in power even for just a second. He noticed that sometimes it made Vaggie shiver and he had to admit that he rather liked that even if she shivered for her own reasons and not necessarily his. His approach caught Charlie’s attention, as it usually did, and looking away from Vaggie she looked up to him from the stool she’d been sitting on. Vaggie momentarily squeezed the pages of papers in her hands, not necessarily annoyed that Charlie’s attention was driven away from her that quickly but more of a bit tired of it happening so easily..
“Oh Al! Want to help us with some of the Hotel’s planning? Vaggie was thinking we should add a food court but then again we’d have to have someone to watch over the food.” To stop demons from stealing food for themselves.. Alastor hummed and briefly his eyes fell shut only to open once more after hearing a huff. Crimson eyes found the little moth who now lazily held the papers in her fingers, a leg crossed over the other as she leaned against the bar counter while her other hand rested on her cheek to keep her head up. She rolled her eyes which stirred something in the radio demon for a split second before if vanished as quickly as it had came. That also started to happen more and more with him these days... it was almost an itch he just couldn’t scratch and while sometimes that itch could distract him he couldn’t help but like the shivers it caused for him as well.
“It’s just a yes or no question. If you don’t like it that’s all you have to say.” Vaggie murmured, which told him the food court was most likely her idea, but Alastor heard her nonetheless. Charlie practically toppled onto her as she turned back to look at the smaller of the two. “Vaggie! You..” she started, most likely to point out the irritation that lightly made itself in Vaggie’s tone. Alastor stopped her because for one, if he didn’t want to hear her ramble about being nice and surely Vaggie didn’t either, plus he always enjoyed a good talk with the moth even if she didn’t seem to return such feelings. Not yet at least. He put a hand up in defense. “Don’t worry darling, I’m not hurt!” He chuckled with that staticky voice. “A food court isn’t a bad idea at all! Even Angel could make sure nothing is stolen, it’s not like he had much of anything better to do right?” He grinned as he always did before he walked around and nudged Vaggie with an elbow to which she glared at him but nonetheless only sighed.
Oh there’s that itch again, this time it felt hot though.. like an iron rob suddenly poking him out of the blue. Charlie seemed happy with the answer and Alastor knew she’d ask him later. He looked to Husk, who not even three minutes ago was still awake. He must have gotten bored, it made sense though because the only reason he still worked here was for the booze and that he couldn’t runaway because Alastor would just bring him back. Alastor looked away after hearing the nearly quiet purring coming from his drunk friend and looked back at the girls remembering why he had even came over in the first place. Vaggie was speaking again, looking at the papers in her hands and reading them out to her girlfriend as Charlie looked over her shoulder, hovering awfully close.
Alastor could have twitched at that but as strange as he was he knew that if he didn’t control himself the two would ask him what was wrong. Alastor could feel something nagging at his brain, something growing louder and louder each second but for now he’d continue with his plan. At the moment, he didn’t understand why he was so stuck on breaking these two up but that wouldn’t deter him. With an almost smug look Alastor settled his cheek in his hand and looked at them. “So, who’s a gentleman in the picture over there?” He asked suddenly, his words shooting through the air as if he had just shot off a gun.
Charlie had paused and Vaggie had nearly torn the papers right in half in her grip. Her fists tightened and slowly she casted a gaze at him which said more than what her lips could at the moment. Alastor loved it and anyone who knew him well enough could see that he did. Then again though, there was rarely anyone who could get close enough to Alastor like that... not like many people wanted to though. Charlie also looked up at him seemingly not noticing her girlfriend’s growing emotions which happen often seeing how dense Charlie could be. “Ah.. well he’s um.. my ex?” She spoke as she moved back to scratch the back of her neck a bit awkwardly. Vaggie narrowed her gaze at the radio demon just like how he loved to see it. Why did he always ask things like that?.. There was nothing that bothered Vaggie more then Charlie’s past relationships and for it to be brought up so suddenly in a time where they were both slowly crumbling as a relationship themselves? Not to mention, Charlie actually answered him? Oh, she hated this man with a passion...
Vaggie already had a hard time walking pass that picture nearly every day and each time she saw it she had the nearly unbearable need to throw it out. Charlie wanted to keep it though and she wanted to respect that, however who was in the picture is what bothered Vaggie as well as not knowing why it was still around... She really, truly did want to respect Charlie’s wishes but she couldn’t help how annoyed she got just looking at it. She bit her lip to shush herself and Alastor hummed once more, he could practically see right through her right there in that moment but no, he wouldn’t point it out just yet. He would continue this talk though, maybe the results of his plan would happen a lot quicker than he initially thought it would.
He lifted a neat brow and almost as if bored he sighed a little. “Your ex? As in, a partner you’re not with anymore?” He asked curiously and Vaggie looked at him more before looking down at her hands that were starting to tremble. She’d noticed Alastor doing this.. this.. whatever this was for a while now. At first she had thought he was just joking around, bored enough to play with others feelings because he himself had none of his own to play with on his own but now it seemed like he was testing something. What though? What is it? Was he trying to test their patience? Their performance? Their emotions? She just couldn’t put her finger on it right now..
Vaggie was a smart girl, almost too smart for her own good. Her intelligence was the reason that she couldn’t connect her dots and that only made Alastor grin more. “Why are you keeping a picture of you last significant other? Is there a possibility that you still care for him? Ho ho!~ What an interesting turn huh? Did I hit it right on the nail?” Alastor boasted to which Vaggie finally scoffed. The action immediately caught his attention, his eyes moving away from Charlie to Vaggie to see her practically choking out the papers in her shaking hands. “As if! The picture is just.. just um..” she trailed on trying to think of an excuse. Why did Charlie wish to keep that damned thing around? Vaggie wouldn’t even look up at Alastor because she knew what she’d see and she didn’t want to see it. Didn’t want to see that wide evil smirk that only knew destruction. Vaggie paused, freezing completely suddenly. She had just realized Charlie wasn’t saying anything.. she slowly looking to her to find Charlie nawing at his lip as if to keep herself quiet.
It was the first time Vaggie had ever seen her so hesitant other than dealing with her parents. Vaggie stopped shaking but not because she had calm down but because her body had started to feel cold. As if she had managed I die a second time. “Charlie..” she spoke and it took the blond a second to look at her but when she did Vaggie nearly got up and left right then and there. Alastor had managed to break the camels back and Vaggie had finally figured out what he had been testing.. it was their relationship. Charlie has done many things even before Alastor that managed to get to Vaggie but never did she expect this. Charlie scrambled to answer when she had felt the energy that started to seep into the air, an almost icy feeling that made her shiver all over.
“It’s not t-that I still care about him! No no no, Vaggie it just I know he’s still a good guy and I just can’t help..” she cleared her throat a bit already getting choked up on her words and Vaggie felt her eye twitch. “Can’t help what? He’s your ex! Do you not remember what he’s done to you?” She shot back and Charlie visibily flinched at her tone. Pain started to etch her features but Alastor, who’s been rather enjoying the show, watched in gleeful silence. Oh to ruin something that was supposed to be a sacred as a relationship! How could he not get thrilled? Vaggie may not be the strongest demon but she sure as hell could give out an impressive aura. As the storm in front of him grew worse he thought to himself. He’d taken a lot of time to get under these two’s skins, he’d wanted to pull this relationship apart so bad.. and yet, for what?
He could have blamed it on Charlie, the precious little demon princess, and her father.. while Alastor would admit he loved to toy with Lucifer and the things precious to him he actually didn’t care much to see his reaction to this. So that meant it had to be because of Vaggie then right? He looked at the girls again as they argued but for whatever reason he couldn’t focus on their words. For a small thing like herself Vaggie has a rather strong voice, a passionate one even that could catch anyone’s attention if she wanted it to and as Alastor brought up earlier, she was incredibly smart. She was beautiful as well.
It was only until after Alastor had managed to call her beautiful in that boggled brain of his did he himself pause. Beautiful? Would he say that Vaggie was beautiful or did he really just lose his mind completely right there? He blinked, once, twice, three times before looking back at Vaggie again. Their was a glistening in her eyes as she and Charlie went at it, loud enough to even make the drunk, passed out, Husk stir a bit in his sleep. Vaggie.. was strong.. also something Alastor found himself liking about her. The glistening in her eyes were clearly a result of upcoming tears and after thinking about that a twinge bit at Alastor’s lower spine which resulted in him closing his eyes for a second and shivering. It had nearly even hurt a little. He couldn’t imagine Vaggie crying and yet, he could practically feel her need to.
Just to see something, he looked back up at Charlie who was already crying. Tears ran down her cheeks as she seem to plead for Vaggie to calm down and here her out. Charlie.. cried a lot and from what he’s noticed from his time of being here, he noticed that she cried at some of the smallest things.. Alastor saw it now.. the issues of this relationship and all it’s glory. Well not really but he could see some of the main issues and that’s what mattered for now. The words “we’re done..” we’re so soft that it stopped Charlie. She couldn’t tell if she had heard right or if Vaggie’s voice was simply to soft for her to here. She blinked, more tears rushing down her cheeks after doing so. “W-what?” Vaggie has managed to yank Alastor out of his head thanks to those words as well but then again a voice in his own head started to stick out.
She doesn’t deserve her.
She doesn’t deserve her.
She doesn’t deserve her.
I want her.
He shuddered but kept quiet just in time to hear Vaggie shout. “I said we’re done! Do I need to spell it out!?” She tossed her papers onto the counter which scattered on impact, some falling to the floor and waking the drunkard below. She then scooted to hop out of her stool when Charlie whimpered following her lead and suddenly clasping her hands down on Vaggie’s shoulders to try and get her to hear her out some more. Alastor wouldn’t say it now but he has to admit Vaggie was rather cute having to scoot in order to get in, if he had been the one dating her she wouldn’t even have a reason to be this upset. Wait...what? He shook his head a little bit.. Charlie tried to persuade Vaggie into staying, into talking to her some more but once Vaggie pulled away from her hands and that’s wheneveryone their had knew that she was serious. Charlie’s hands fell limp to her sides as Vaggie walked away, wrapping her arms around herself as if to hug herself. When she was gone Charlie stumbled a little before wiping viciously at her eyes to try and stop her running tears. For a minute the only noises that could be heard was the heavy purring coming from Husk and the messy sniffles coming from Charlie who now stood in front of him. He didn’t know if she was waiting on him to somewhat comfort her or not but if she was then that definitely wasn’t going to be happening, he stood and Charlie’s head jerked up as if expecting that Alastor was going to coddle her.. even if he wasn’t the way he was, Charlie definitely wasn’t the one he wanted to coddle.
Which was confusing to him obviously... he wasn’t known to be one who would try and emotionally support another being but here he was actually contemplating it.. he had the strange urge to follow Vaggie and try to support her as best as he could but then again he was the reason that she had just developed a new wound. Charlie sniffled as Alastor turned his back to her. “W-wait..” she whispered and Alastor did so just to amuse the thought. “Why.. why’d you ask that..” she asked and this time Alastor took the time to look at her. For a second he was quiet. Why had he taken the time to ruin their seemingly perfect relationship.
You want her for your own.
A voice whispered in his ear. He had almost looked to where Vaggie had disappeared but managed to keep his gaze on the upset demon princess in front of him. He wanted Vaggie.. he could treat her much better.. He didn’t acknowledge his growing possessive thoughts for the moth at the moment but later he wouldn’t be able to keep ignoring them.. He shrugged nonchalantly as if unbothered by everything that had taken place.
“I was simply asking a question, you two other the other hand seem to have more conflict between each other than I initially thought.” He chuckled before patting her head to which made Charlie’s shoulders sunk. Her hair made his hand itch and if it wasn’t for him playing a role right now he would have snatched it away as if she had fleas. He pulled away carefully with a low hum after a second. “Couples fight all the time! There’s nothing wrong with a bit of a lovers quarrel!” He continued to grin even with the sullen look on Charlie’s white face. She nodded at his words however as he pulled away.
“Your right.. I’ll just give her some time..” she finally spoke and that was all Alastor cared to sit around for. Any longer and he’d probably cackle at her misfortune. That was time he could find Vaggie and inch his way into her like like a slimy little parasite. He could help her, protect her.. cherish her far better than Charlie.. He shook his head before waving the other off and turning once more to part ways. It was done, and now he could experiment more. It was the first time in a while were Alastor wanted to grow close with another being and as strange and new as it was to him he wasn’t completely against it. He should probably give Vaggie some time to calm down but now seemed a perfect time to grow closer to her or maybe that was just his excitement telling him that..
Once he’d manage to get closer to her he’d hold onto her as long as he could, refusing to free her. For now though, he’d give her some alone time, later however he’d probably hunt her down.
He chuckled as his figure disappeared along the shadowy halls of the manor, his eery echo filling the air and he soon just simply disappeared.
When the time seemed right he’d make his way back to her.

Hazbin Hotel: Summary of the Future
If Hazbin Hotel had a happy ending and the series continued...here’s how I idealize it...
Tumblr media
Not too long ago, the blonde, white-faced Princess Charlie decided to propose an idea that was downright ridiculous and outlandish to everyone else. She created the Happy Hotel as a place where sinners could learn how to be better people and hopefully, complete their own unique journeys toward redemption. Though Charlie was mocked and ridiculed, she wasn’t going to give up. A gray moth-like demon named Vaggie was her girlfriend and tough with a deadly spear. Angel Dust, a white porn-loving spider demon had been involved with drugs, turf wars, and was Hell’s number one porn star. Despite his sins, he had volunteered to help Charlie with her hotel and became her first client.
Alastor had arrived to the hotel as well, and offered to help Charlie run her hotel so he could be entertained for a while. He summoned other demons for assistance: a little hyperactive neat-freak cyclops named Niffty, and a grumpy gambling cat named Husk who always had a bottle of alcohol in his paws. Charlie was immediately enraptured with Alastor, even dancing and singing with him whenever the occasion arose. Vaggie, of course, was suspicious of him, even more so when he appeared to hinder Vaggie and Charlie’s relationship.
Charlie’s hope was that demons would be redeemed enough to be eligible to go to Heaven. This way, there would be less demons lost to the annual slaughter by the Archangels. Soon, she had hoped, there would only be happiness and a second chance given to everyone. In her own words and in her song, “Inside of every demon is a rainbow.” Lilith was often too busy with modeling and concerts to pay much attention to Charlie, but supported her the best she could. For obvious reasons, her father had disapproved of her idea. Having been banished from Heaven for rebelling against God, Lucifer gained his position by implementing fear and using his destructive powers. The Archangels spared the royal family in return for Lucifer letting them kill off the “common scum folk.” If demons were to leave, it could lead to a war between Heaven and Hell if the circumstances did not go well.
Indeed, things had gone from bad to worse. It started off with Alastor causing mischief barely noticed by anyone, save for Vaggie and Husk. He had changed the hotel name to the Hazbin Hotel. It was the little things he did: igniting a brawl here, encourage a bad rating there, all while keeping up appearances and encouraging the princess to work harder toward her goal.
It was speculated by many that Alastor actually wanted Charlie to succeed. The pretty blonde demon/angel hybrid had caught his eye when he first saw her on TV. Although he wasn’t interested in sex or romance, he did enjoy fun affectionate friendships…provided they benefited him and his goals. In fact, he was friends with many individuals, particularly Charlie, Rosie, Mimzy, Husk, and Niffty.
After many months of hard work, battles with evil overlords, parental brawls, and drama, many demons had been successfully rehabilitated, including Vaggie, Angel Dust and his twin sister, Molly. They had defeated/humiliated the maniac snake villain Sir Pentious, outsmarted the evil fish scientist Baxter, bested the evil Vs, (Valentino, Vox, and Velvet), along with saving themselves from more angels. Angel, Molly, Crymini, and Cherri Bomb had been active fighters when they weren’t hooked on meth or doing pole dancing for the lustful crowds. Husk slowly got out of his dark shell, made amends with his past and slowly started to warm up to everyone. Niffty got delusional in her fantasies of romance, men and power as she cooked, sewed, and cleaned. Whether she was redeemed and remained cute or turned psychotic…no one really knows. Charlie and the others were ready to reach the golden heavenly gates and change their afterlives…
Unfortunately, the angels in Heaven weren’t so keen to let any sinners enter Heaven so easily. They told Molly that she could enter as she wasn’t a demon, and Vaggie could enter if she took on penance and renounced her sins. Elite and entitled, the angels shooed Charlie, Niffty, Husk, Alastor, Angel and several others away, even sending some Archangels after them. Charlie and Lucifer blasted the angels back with their powers, saving the demon group and escaping back to Hell. But her actions caused inner mental concerns for her parents, God and the angels. God suspected that Charlie and Lucifer were trying to upstage Heaven’s duties and traditions. No matter what, Hell’s population would continue to grow, and surely the angels would be outnumbered if a war were to begin.
Charlie’s parents were not happy that Charlie had broken up with Seviathan Von Eldritch (like Leviathan the sea monster), Helsa’s brother and member of a wealthy rival family. She and Helsa were already fierce rivals, both families competing to be the most influential in Hell. In addition, they were getting tired of Charlie’s pursuit and wanted her to conform to Hell’s standards. Being a fearsome leader was, according to her father, Charlie’s destiny. After arguing with her parents and refusing to give up, Charlie had gone to Vaggie and Alastor for comfort. Vaggie comforted her and told her the harsh reality of the situation. Still, she refused to give up, despite feeling like a failure. Charlie decided to figure out a way to negotiate with her parents and the angels. Before she could proceed further however, Alastor comforted her with his velvety announcer voice and took her arm in arm for a walk.
The two of them sang, and danced, and even shared a kiss. Charlie felt like Alastor was redeeming himself and that things would be alright in the end.
It was at that optimal moment, that the predatory Radio Demon pounced upon his gullible prey.
Taken by surprise by surrounding voodoo spirits and black tentacles, Charlie fought back as much as she could. But a Creole lullaby sung by Alastor soon rendered her helpless. Charlie was kidnapped and briefly held hostage in Alastor’s lair. No rape or beating was involved, just a bunch of creepy touching and mind manipulating. He didn’t possess her but did manage to get her on his side when they were face to face with the king and queen. Alastor’s evil shadow held an angel’s spear to Charlie’s throat, a weapon capable of killing any demon. Alastor knew that his powers would not be enough against Lucifer. So he did the one thing to catch him off-guard: go for his child.
Alastor soon proposed a deal with Lucifer and Lilith: Charlie and her hotel would be spared…in exchange for the throne. Lucifer accepted…and soon found his dark powers depleted, traveling into Alastor’s microphone staff. He and the dark spirits were now free to take over Hell, cause chaos and feast on innocent demon bodies and souls.
It was at this moment that Alastor had a choice to make…one that could determine the fate of Hell itself. His mother was currently in Heaven, and he hadn’t seen her for decades. For a brief moment, Alastor saw Charlie and her friends struggling against the Exterminators…even Lucifer and Lilith were having a hard time. He could either give into his evil carnal desires; claiming Hell and its denizens as his own. Or he could step in, save Charlie and the others (while giving back Lucifer’s power and everyone’s free will.) He could free Husk and Niffty from their servitude to him, deeply apologize and help save the day.
If Alastor followed the good path, Charlie would be successful at last. A negotiation would be made: sinners could go to Heaven after proving themselves worthy in different ways. Some would go into rehabilitation at the hotel. Others would have to go through punishments in the other circles of Hell. Some would even be tested and “relive” their lives as humans in simulated scenarios of their former past. God also stated that all his subjects would have the choice to die a second time in the void…and that second death was still possible and unpredictable. Aside from God, and the long-living angels and deities, no one is truly immortal.
If Charlie’s plan succeeded, then the rewards would all be worth it.
Charlie and Vaggie would be happily married in Heaven, with their friends beside them in different forms as angels. Were they animal? Or human? Or a fusion of both? Vaggie transformed into a black-haired human women she had been before, save for her one eye and new black glistening moth wings from her back. Her human voice had returned to her and she discovered her human name: Vagatha. Husk remained a cat but with black angel wings instead of red wings with card suits on them. He found love in Heaven and discovered his human name: Hustle. If Niffty turned good, she, too would be happy and cheerful, resembling her human form more. If Baxter turned good, he would use his intelligence to make inventions and heal others with science. Alastor’s suit became light blue, white and brown, his human voice returned, and his head was now that of a red male deer. He and his dark-skinned mother embraced for a long time, bringing Charlie and the others to happy tears. Angel Dust discovered his true name; Anthony, and his face turned more human, though his hair was still white and he still had jumping/fighting abilities. He agreed to do porn/drugs outside of Heaven and only on occasion. Vaggie reunited with her family, while Angel, Molly and Aracknis spend time with their mother, Aranea (Latin for spider). (Their father Henroin was abusive).
Charlie served as a mediator between Heaven and Hell, she was half Angel and half Demon, after all. Her parents stayed and ruled Hell but the royal family could visit each other every other month. Vaggie advocated for women and Hispanic souls…and violent souls who had been wronged in life.
Angel Dust and his siblings were still very much troublemakers, but they started to mend old wounds from their times of being Italian mafia members and drug abusers. Both Husk and Angel were mentors for kids who came into Heaven, and also took care of pets and animals that died on Earth.
Alastor hosted new radio shows complete with dad jokes, New Orleans’ jazz and listings of Creole food recipes. (He still has to be reminded not to announce gruesome murders nor to perform any…he had to get used to not having dark powers anymore.) He ate pork and meat in replacement of demon/human flesh, for despite having the head and features of a deer, his new teeth were human and fairly sharp. In Heaven, his friendship with Charlie was finally genuine and they bonded deeper than ever before. Alastor not only became her close friend, but also her protector (along with Razzle and Dazzle) and even a loving father figure (Lucifer still doesn’t approve very much).
Yes, there were tons of bad people who still went to Hell, did bad things and lost their lives into the void. But for every bad action, there was a sliver of hope for good to prevail.
For their final act, everyone would join hands together, singing in harmony, Charlie leading the chorus with a song about making it to the end of the rainbow of happiness. So one could say they lived happily ever after…but with more chaos and unpredictability thrown in.

CONGRATULATIONS, BEC! — You’ve been accepted for the role of Alastor Moody. To be honest, I was so so so worried about applications for Alastor. Frankly, with a character as multi-faceted as Alastor, there were so many ways it could have gone wrong, but reading your app was like a giant sigh of relief. Not only did you completely understand who Alastor is, but you even convinced me into parts of your app with your characterization (I never thought Alastor could have been a Hufflepuff, but boy was I wrong.) Do me a favor and keep convincing me into things; you’re right on the money.
Thank you so much for applying. Please create your account and send in the link, track the right tags, and follow everyone on the follow list. Welcome to Hollowed Souls!
ooc.
Name: Bec
age: 26
preferred pronouns: She/her
timezone: EST+10 (AEDT)
activity: Ok, so I do work fulltime and often that entails 10 hour days but I’m often able to get on when I get home for a couple of hours. I might not be able to get on every single day, but I should be able to remain within the activity requirements!
are you applying for more than one character?: Nope :)
how do you feel about your character dying?: I mean it’s definitely plausible when it comes to Alastor considering how headstrong he is. He would absolutely die for a cause that he truly believes in (getting the fuck rid of Voldemort is certainly one). Let’s hope I don’t regret saying so in the future, but I think I’d be okay with him dying. I generally love causing my characters pain (I know), I basically breathe for in character drama.
anything else?: I just wanted to say that this place is beautiful, and I’ll definitely be keeping my eye on here whether I get accepted or not! Thanks for the opportunity!
ic details.
full name:  Alastor Moody
date of birth: July 19th, 1947.
former hogwarts house: Hufflepuff
There is no question that Alastor could have fit in at any Hogwarts house. Sure he’s ambitious and some would say that he would just about do anything to achieve what is necessary. However, Alastor lacks the need for notability as a direct result of his actions. He carries out what is necessary because it is simply that, necessary. There is no doubt that he is clever, but knowledge is not something that he seeks merely for his own desire or curiosity. Frankly, he would have had no joy in solving that silly riddle each and every time he had to return to the common room, far too impractical for his liking. He was almost placed in Gryffindor. He’s certainly brave and determined, but once again, his actions are never designed to seek his own means. He’s brave because the situations he’s placed in simply demand it, in his eyes, he has no other choice. Despite what many believe, Alastor  lacks much of the impulsion that other Gryffindor’s harbor, instead he’s much more calculative. That left him with Hufflepuff. A house that helped level his impatience over the years, and establish that good does exist. Being placed in Hufflepuff is largely what saved Alastor. A teen who was so fragile when he first stepped into Hogwarts that it took him years before he started to open up.
sexuality: Heterosexual
gender/pronouns: Cisgender male. He/him
face claim change: Michiel is a God.
more.
how do you interpret this character’s personality? how will you play them? include two weaknesses & two strengths.
It’s probably safe to say that Alastor, he’s had it tough. Growing up he was always told that emotions were not made for wizards like the Moody’s, that they’ll only make him weak. And weakness is not something that a great Auror can afford to have. Despite now knowing that this is not always the case, Alastor’s always been a little silent. As a teenager his silence often came across as brooding, as an adult it’s matured with wisdom. He’ll only speak when necessary, not the sort to fill the air with words of flair and uncertainties. While Alastor does know how to smile, his need for constant vigilance often means he’ll be the last one to loosen up at a social gathering. He possesses an inflexible will, ever pushing forwards with what must be done, his purpose always clear and forever at the forefront of his mind. This might mean that he may be a little brash with you at times but you can’t always take his curt mannerisms to heart as he only does so with no partiality and only when necessary. He possesses a zeal so great that his actions are often misdiagnosed as those of impulsiveness, but he is anything but. Every action has been carefully premeditated.
+ Pragmatic: At his very core Alastor is a pragmatist. He doesn’t allow himself to wander too deep into ideals and what might be as this leaves him open to the possibility of failure. At this point in the war, failure is not an option. His pragmatism is largely attributed to his upbringing. Gone are the days of believing that fairytales exist, that someone else will come in and save the day. While he certainly doesn’t believe himself a hero, Alastor is a firm believer that only he can shape his own future, and perhaps the future of their world too.
+ Committed: Alastor has already sacrificed so much to the order and has every intention on continuing with the same zeal. In his opinion, it’s not sacrifice if the cause is one that is a necessity to fight for. If they stop fighting who will take their place? He spoke an oath, wand to the sky, hand over heart. An oath of the aurors that he does not plan to break. He won’t rest until their world is exonerated by the evil that threatens, he won’t hide away as thousands of muggles, half-bloods and their defenders are slaughtered.
- Distrustful: After years of emotional and physical abuse alike, it’s hard to not let some of that filter through. When the two people in the world who you’re supposed to be able to trust wholeheartedly betray you beyond repair, how are you supposed to have faith so easily. Alastor has a hard time trusting people. The easiest way to judge a person’s character is to not let them close enough to find out if they have good or bad intentions. Perhaps this isn’t a healthy train of thought, but for the most part it’s kept heartbreak at bay. He’s managed to find methods of coping with what some would call an issue, and that is with keeping himself occupied. Alastor’s almost always constantly busy, on his toes working, a rather well welcomed distraction if he’s honest.
- Guile: Alastor knows how to navigate a bad situation to make it the very best that he is able to. Sometimes his methods can erre on the side of manipulation but he will usually try and avoid as much collateral damage as possible. He’ll only use his guile methods when absolutely necessary, and in situations when he’s got to think quick on his toes.
how has the war affected this character, emotionally and otherwise?
Alastor feels as though he’s been in a constant war almost all his life. He’s been involved in this particular war since the very beginning and has since allowed it to consume every aspect of his life. He’s never had a serious romantic relationship, despite often receiving interest from various women over the years. It’s not that he’s oblivious to the attention, but more so that he believes that there are higher things at stake. Is there really a point in getting attached to someone when the future’s so uncertain? When tomorrow may not even be an eventuality?
Alastor has become particularly good at mastering his emotions. It’s perhaps the one skill his parents taught him, for better or for worse. It’s made him function under pressure better, hard decisions are made by him with more ease.
where does this character currently stand? with those who wish to hide in godric’s hollow until the war ends, with those who wish to rebuild the order and continue fighting the war, or on neither side? Why?
He knows that they’re currently sitting ducks just waiting to be fired at one by one. That they must act sooner rather than later. Hiding doesn’t fix anything, hiding doesn’t reverse the lives lost or guarantee that no more will be lost. In fact, hiding in Godric’s Hollow means guarantees that thousands, if not more, innocent lives will be lost. They’ve already wasted far too much time in Alastor’s opinion.
extra.

Character questions:
How have the setbacks the Order has faced affected Alastor?
Alastor already feels as though they’ve wasted time. He’s truthfully disappointed in many of the members in the Order who are happy to take a backseat. He believes that no matter what they believe, pretending that they’re in a safe bubble doesn’t change the reality that the more time they spend at Godric’s Hollow twiddling their thumbs, Voldemort is only re-charging his strength and gathering his forces. Each minute they spend in hiding he only grows stronger. With each day his patience wanes, and with it he’s losing more and more control over keeping his anger at bay. His irritation is becoming more evident with the occasional unwarranted snipe at the wrong people. He can only hope that they understand, but only Merlin knows how much of it they’ll be able to take.
What does he think the Order should do next?
Alastor wants to continue with recruitment. He also wants to continue gaining intel from his internal informants amongst Voldemort’s ranks.. He also wants to attack. Moody knows that now is the time to strike, the Death Eaters are at their weakest point too. They also has those Order members still in captivity and those that are missing on his conscience. Alastor knows that they’d been far too careless the first time that they’d gone in, with more wands ready to fight, they might have a better chance at saving their fellow members. That is, if they aren’t already too late.

Tumblr media
Rating: Mature for this chapter, but Explicit in future chapters
Pairing: Alastor x Fem!Reader
Summary: A mysterious device throws you into the animated world of Hazbin Hotel. Once an average human living in a three-dimensional world, you’re now transformed into a two-dimensional human that has been cast into Hell. Pentagram City’s residents are curious and most harbor ill-will towards you. Charlie and the staff of the Happy Hotel take you in and offer you protection while they try and figure out how to return you to your world. That is… until you come across a certain Radio Demon with different intentions. Chapter Warnings: Suggestive language, explicit language
Previous Chapters: 1 - 2 - 3
Note: Just a reminder to my uninformed and curious folks out there: Asexuals can become aroused.  Asexuals can have the desire to become aroused. Asexuals can enjoy being aroused.  Asexuals can take steps to becoming aroused.  Asexuals can be aroused by someone else.  Asexuals can be curious about arousal.  Asexuals can alternatively have no interest in arousal.  Asexuality doesn’t mean that you are celibate and have no interest in sex. Do yourself a favor and do some research. Talk to your ace friends. Trust me, they’re more than happy to educate you on that subject.  Brace yourselves for another fun-filled chapter!
Looking back, acting so aggressively towards the infamous demon was probably not the smartest plan. It may have been a bit premature to assume that he was making any kind of sexual advances towards you. After all, he never really confirmed that was his intention. You may have just dug yourself into an even deeper hole.
Then again… you wouldn’t put it past him considering how he carried himself and also by the way Angel Dust encouraged more illicit behavior. Even with the small amount of time that you had spent with him, it was obvious that the Radio Demon was an opportunist, and also a crafty bastard who got off on manipulating others for his own personal gain. You had wondered if there was a part of him that genuinely wanted to help Charlie with the hotel, or if he had any ulterior motives. Maybe Vaggie had the right idea about him after all.
Whatever the case, you had to be smart about this. You weren’t going to get anywhere by being so negative. However, it was also important to brace yourself for any impending threat, especially considering that you were, after all, in Hell. Cartoon or not, this place was filled with evil creatures, and you had to watch your back.
Taking a deep breath, you braced yourself to leave the safety of your room, equally curious and terrified of what would await you in this mysterious land. Stepping out into the hall, you took a moment to really look around, admiring the creepy hotel structure as well as the art on the wall. Painting of strange beings lined the halls in old, corroded frames. You weren’t sure if the creatures on the canvas were important historical figures, or if they were just members of Charlie’s family. Either way, they were haunting.
Hearing a commotion downstairs, you decided to go and investigate. Following the noises, you had eventually found yourself in a large room where Charlie, Vaggie, and Angel Dust were gathered together, bickering about something with an odd, furry cat demon who was positioned behind the bar next to them with an annoyed look on his face.
Upon seeing you enter, Charlie cut the conversation short, forcing a nervous grin. “Oh, hey there! How’s it going?”
Keeping your expression neutral, you replied, “I’m hanging in there, thanks. Am I interrupting something?”
“Not at all!” she assured you, clearly deflecting. “We were just, uh… discussing tactics to get you home. It would help if we had a little more to go off of. Can you tell us more about you?”
“Just ask Alastor,” Angel suggested, wiggling his eyebrows. “The two a them were gettin’ real familiar upstairs. I’m sure he’d be happy to fill you in.”
“Um. What?” Vaggie snapped, her expression equally enraged and horrified.
Glaring at the spider-demon, he merely blew a kiss at you in return before snickering fiendishly, eager to see how this would play out.
“He came to my room after the two of you left,” you admitted, noting the nervous glances between Charlie and Vaggie. “It wasn’t a big deal. We just talked.”
“Oh, honey,” Angel began. “You was doin’ a lot more than that. These walls talk, babe. And these walls told me they saw you two in bed together.”
Oh, fuck. Not good.
Charlie looked horrified  while Vaggie seemed to be on the brink of a conniption. “No, no, no, it wasn’t like that,” you urged, putting them slightly at ease. “He was trying to help me.”
“How is being in bed together helpful to your cause?” Vaggie pressed, clearly not buying it.
“He did something to me… I’m not even sure. He said that he could help me and then he put his hand on my head. Next thing I know, I’m blacking out. I woke up later in the bed, and he just happened to be lying next to me. That’s it.”
Angel Dust rolled his eyes, crossing one set of his arms in disbelief while Vaggie pursed her lips in a disappointed manner. Charlie took a moment to find her words before she asked, “What exactly did he do to you?”
“Apparently, he could see inside my head. By looking through my memories he could see what my world looked like. I’m not sure how that’s beneficial. Maybe he just wanted to see if I was telling the truth. He didn’t say. He’s… weird.”
“That’s an understatement,” Vaggie murmured, earning a chuckle from the cat-demon behind the bar.
“Was that all?” Charlie inquired curiously.
“Yeah, toots. Was that all?” Angel teased, biting his lip to keep from laughing. Ugh, he was going to be the death of you.
“He tried to make a deal with me,” you finally divulged.
“Hijo de puta,” Vaggie seethed, baring her teeth in anger.
Swallowing thickly, Charlie asked, “What kind of deal?”
Shrugging your shoulders awkwardly, you replied, “If he succeeded in somehow returning me to my world, he wanted me to take him with me. I guess he thinks my world would be entertaining for him.”
You glanced at Angel, knowing that he was well aware of the other services that Alastor allegedly offered you. Pleading with your eyes, you hoped that he would take pity on you and keep his mouth shut just this once.
A smirk graced his lips as he considered your silent request. Much to your relief, he kept quiet. You’d probably pay for that later, but it was worth it to avoid more horrified expressions from the others.
Charlie wrung her hands together nervously while Vaggie approached you, worrying her lip. “Please tell me that you didn’t make a deal with him.”
“No!” you confirmed, shaking your head. “Of course not. I barely know him.”
“You gonna give her a history lesson? Looks like I’m not the only one around here who isn’t familiar with the Strawberry Pimp,” Angel drawled, now apparently bored of the topic.
Rolling her eyes, Vaggie sighed with exasperation. “Alright, look. No one knows how he’s accomplished so much since arriving in Hell. Overlords that have ruled Hell for centuries were no match against him. To prove his dominance and establish a reputation, Alastor pretty much massacred anyone who posed as a threat to his power. He broadcasted his carnage all throughout Hell, the mere savagery of his slaughters attesting to his abilities. That’s how he got his name, “The Radio Demon”. How original, right?” she jeered.
Furrowing your brows, you continued to listen intently. “It’s still unclear as to how he attained the power to overthrow our world’s most ancient and devastating evils, but it’s evident that he's a nefarious demon and dangerously unpredictable--capable of unimaginable destruction.”
Holy fuck. You knew he was dangerous, but you had no idea what he was actually capable of. And you had the audacity to berate him.
Struggling to keep from trembling, you asked, “So… if he’s so dangerous, why are you partnering with him?”
Charlie smiled timidly, trying to maintain her optimistic demeanor. “He offered his expertise because he supports what we’re trying to do here!”
“You cannot possibly believe that,” you countered skeptically.
“I don’t,” Vaggie barked back, scowling. “I want nothing to do with him.”
“Vaggie, come on,” Charlie implored. “We’ve been over this. We’ve got to at least give him a chance. Everyone is capable of redemption. He hasn’t done anything to hurt us or the hotel. He could be the best thing to happen to this place. Other than you,” she finished with a smile, earning a flirtatious eye roll from her girlfriend.
“You could always try commanding him to leave,” Angel taunted. “I’d like to see how Hell’s princess pairs up against Hell’s most powerful demon.”
It was then you remembered hearing her mention that she was a princess the day before when she had saved you from the mob. In all of the calamity, it had completely slipped your mind. “Wait, so you’re actually a princess?” you asked. “How does that work?”
“Jesus, you really are from another world, aren’t you?” Angel interjected, reaching for a drink at the bar. “Ever hear of Lucifer? The Big Bad of Hell?”
Nodding your head, Angel then pointed to Charlie. “That’s his kid.”
Your eyes were probably the size of baseballs as you stared at Charlie, completely at a loss for words. “It’s really not a big deal,” she assured you, her face flushed with embarrassment, which only added to her already rosy cheeks.
“Wait, you’ve been here for less than a day. How do you even know about Lucifer?” Vaggie questioned.
“I mean… I don’t know about your Lucifer,” you clarified, trying to find the right way to explain yourself. “In my world, Lucifer isn’t an actual person. He’s more of a myth, or a religious figure, depending on who you ask. There’s stories about him and no one knows if he actually existed. He’s always been portrayed as evil incarnate. He brought sin to the world and God cast him down into Hell. That’s the extent of my knowledge.”
“Interesting,” Vaggie commented, pressing a finger to her lips inquisitively. “Your world’s version of him isn’t too far off. Rest assured, he’s real. And he’s not really a fan of our business.”
“Yet,” Charlie corrected her.
“Yet,” Vaggie agreed, grinning slightly.
“Wow,” you huffed, trying to comprehend everything.
“I know that this is probably a lot for you to take in,” Charlie sympathized, placing a comforting hand on your shoulder. “I can’t even imagine what you’re going through, but we’re going to help you. All of us.”
“Speak for yourself,” the cat-demon commented before taking a swig of his booze.
“Oh! I forgot to introduce you! This is Husk. He’s a friend of Alastor’s--”
“I ain’t his friend!” he barked back, seething. “That stupid son of a bitch dragged me in here outta nowhere! I’m just biding my time until the booze runs out.”
“Got it,” you acknowledged, thoroughly enjoying his callousness. “It’s nice to meet you.”
“I can’t say the same,” he grumbled, reaching for a new bottle of alcohol after pitching the old, empty bottle behind him.
Clapping her hands together, Charlie quickly changed the subject. “Right! Let’s get started! What can you tell us about how you got here?”
It was mostly a blur, but you tried your best to concentrate and remember exactly what had happened. “I was out with my friends and we had passed by this old thrift shop,” you began, trying to recall the details. “It wasn’t anything out of the ordinary. I was looking around and saw an old television set on display. It looked like it was at least fifty years old, still in prime condition. I love that kind of retro stuff. I remember grabbing the remote for the t.v. to see if it still worked. I pressed the power button, and bam!” You threw your hands up dramatically for affect. “That’s the last thing I remember.”
Charlie hummed in thought, looking to Vaggie for her input. “I’ve never heard of anything like that,” the moth-demon thought aloud. “Could it have been cursed?”
“That kind of stuff doesn’t exist in my world,” you countered. “Magic and curses and stuff… none of that is real. It’s all mythical.”
“If none a that stuff is real, how do you explain this place, sugartits?” Angel chimed in, cackling.
He wasn’t wrong. You weren’t sure how to explain your situation. “I… I don’t know,” you stammered. “Maybe magic is real. Or maybe it’s something other than magic. Of course, there’s always the very real possibility that I’m just insane and all of this is in my head.”
“Oh, no, my dear,” an eerily familiar voice resounded ominously throughout the room. “I’ve been in your head, and I can assure you… you’re as sane as I am.”
Everyone was looking around frantically, wondering where Alastor was hiding. Moments later, a shadow appeared on the floor close to your feet, causing you to jump back and yelp as it grew rapidly until the Radio Demon himself materialized next to you, grinning widely. You briefly caught the glares and nervous expressions from the others out of the corner of your eye as he loomed over you. Wincing at his misguided assurance, you replied, “Great. That doesn’t make me feel any better.”
“Ha! I do so enjoy your brazen disposition,” he jeered boisterously.
Your automatic response was to bite back with an aggressive jab, but after hearing what he was capable of, you instead avoided his gaze as you fought back the urge to antagonize him.
Immediately picking up on your hesitance, he carefully gauged your reaction as he stepped closer to you. “Now, now, darling. No need to muzzle yourself.” He then reached forward to place one of his slender fingers under your chin, tilting your face up to meet his. It took everything you had to remain still and maintain eye contact rather than smack his hand away.
Baring his teeth in a leering smile, his eyes morphed into intimidating red slits as he purred softly. “We are going to have so much fun.” Tags: @beetlewise-and-pennyjuice @edgy-drama-queen @chasingfireflies1999 @galaxy-meteor @cecidit-31 @shadowclawstudio88
