Grayson hadn’t known you’d been recording him throughout the day. He probably just thought you were taking quick pictures of him bc you do that a lot. Who wouldn’t tho? He is so 🥺

But he finally sees it when he’s laying down scrolling through TikTok. He has a smile on his face as you pop up on his screen. It quickly disappears tho when he sees the negative ranking you gave him for messing up your hair.

But he smiles again when he sees the really high ranking over the clip of him laying on top of you pressing kisses against your belly and arms as your hands rake through his hair.

When you walk into the room, grayson is frowning, though. He’s looking at his phone but pouts up at you when he hears the soft patter of your feet.

“What’s wrong, bubs,” you ask him while crawling into bed beside him. You cuddle into his side and wrap your arms around him.

“You really gave me a negative one thousand for cutting my hair?” Gray questions sadly. You giggle lightly.

“I still love it, baby. I just miss it being long,” you reassured while pressing a sweet kiss to his pouted lips.

The Interview

Part 1

"Let's all give a warm welcome to Ms. Liana Summers!" Jimmy says announcing me as I make my way into the stage.

I wave and smile at the audience before taking my seat.

"Boy do we have a lot to talk about!"

I smile and nod, "Thank you for inviting me. I love your show."

"Well most people do," he laughs and I let out a small giggle, "lets start with the movie you just finished up. What was it again?"

"Oh, it was a movie called Unrequited Love. I played opposite KJ Apa. He was my characters love interest."

"Remind us what the movie was about."

"Of course, so my character her name is Daisy Smith and she's loved this boy James Porter for as long as she can remember. They're friends, super close friends but she's definitely in the friendzone. Having such strong feelings for one of her best friends puts her in a place of constant stress and jealousy. She'd never tell him how she felt because she didn't want to lose him completely. The day after James tell her," I pause looking at the audience, "about something, she starts feeling sick. Soon enough she's coughing out flower petals and feeling the effects of Hanahaki disease. Of course her parents get worried and take her to the hospital where they learn of the disease. The rest you guys are going to have to wait for."

"That sounds like such a fun role to play."

"For me it was! I love acting and when I got the call that the casting director thought I would be great for the part of course I went in and auditioned but I got cast for the part about 3 days after I auditioned. Apparently I was just what they were looking for. Then I fangirled over KJ for a little bit before actually meeting him and getting to know him. It took us three months to film the movie. KJ and I have gotten close. We FaceTime a lot and I know he's watching this so," I turn to look into the camera, "I'm watching you K man." I giggle and turn back towards Jimmy.

"You two seem very close."

"Yeah we are, it's nice to have a boy best friend again, ya know?"

"While we're on the subject, do you miss your old best friend, Grayson Dolan? A lot of people say that things got tense between you two after you and Ethan broke up."

I had to laugh, that's the only way to keep my emotions inside. That's the only way to keep myself from full out sobbing on live tv.

"Sometimes I miss them. We grew up together and they were always there for me. The thing about Ethan and I's relationship is complicated. When the three of us got popular on Vine and then YouTube, I was always shipped with them. Like the fans would want me to date Ethan or get married to Grayson. For being such close friends it didn't matter to us, we often made jokes about it. Little did anyone know Ethan and I had been dating since we were 17. I was open with the fans about the fact that I had a boyfriend. I never let them know who it was, just that he and I were together. After about three years of dating Ethan told the world that he had a girlfriend. A few months later we announced we were together. At this point we'd been together for almost four years."

"Wow that's a very long time to be dating someone. Especially when you're so young."

"Exactly. Everyone wanted us to be together until we actually came out and said we were together. At this point we were almost 21. On two previous occasions Ethan had asked me to marry him, only to take it back after a month of me wearing the ring. The second time he asked I said yes because I loved him. I truly did love him but I told him how much I wanted to marry him and have kids with him and he freaked out. I wanted kids young, I didn't want to have my first child at like 28. After he freaked out I told him we couldn't be together anymore. Not only did I compromise with him but I also pushed back what I wanted for the sake of our relationship. I couldn't keep hurting myself anymore. After we announced our break up everyone started shipping Grayson and I again. It made me think that I must've chosen the wrong twin. If I was with Grayson, we would've gotten married the first time he asked and I'd probably of had a baby by then."

"We've all heard about Grayson Dolan and his baby fever that he's had for a long time now. Do you ever see yourself getting together with him or?"

"No, I dated his twin brother. It would be too awkward. Um, after getting out of a long, serious relationship you need a break from love. A break from other people to maybe focus on yourself and see how you've grown. You need to teach yourself how to be independent again. That's exactly what I told myself I was doing when I packed up my stuff and left their house. I moved all the way to Paris. I lived there for about two years before coming back to the states."

"Had you spoken to Ethan or Grayson during those two years?"

"Grayson had messaged me quite a few times but I hadn't spoken to Ethan. I decided to pay them a visit when I moved back to LA. When I found out that Ethan was already married to another girl and she was pregnant..." I shake my head, the tears that had collected in my eyes finally falling, "I broke down. Grayson explained to me that a few days after I left Ethan had met up with Kristina Alice, who we'd know for about four years, and they hit it off and started dating. It was gut-wrenching. I had always thought he was my soulmate and to come home and find him married with a child on the way, it really hurt me. I decided to lose contact with both of the boys after that. I blocked them on social media and everything. Cut ties with their family, after I did that I realized that for the first time in my life... I was completely alone."

"How did you manage? What did you do to fix yourself?"

"I got really into my job and looking for acting opportunities. I bought myself a house and a dog. I went partying with Tana Mongeau. I really wrecked myself. Until one day I decided to get over it. Now I'm here. Happier than ever."

"Well we're all very proud of how far you've come and how you tackled your obstacles to come out the other side a better, healthier woman."

"Thank you Jimmy, I really appreciate that."

"Of course," he turns towards the camera, "stay tuned because after this we get to play some games with Liana and talk about her upcoming book, How to Love Me. Right after this break."

The camera pans towards me as I smile and wave. I do have a new boyfriend but... they don't need to know that yet.

Y/n watched as her wings fluttered closed and rested against her back before she stepped into the palace like building, walking into the dining area seeing her mother was sat at the end of it with her arms crossed over her chest.

"Hello, Mom." Y/n sighed as she pulled out her chair before sitting down and smoothing our her dress

The two sat in an awkward silence before a loud boom was heard at the front of the house, y/n and her mother looked to see Lilith walking up the couple of steps leading into the dining room

"Hello, sister and mother." Lilith sat down next to y/n watching as her daughter sat right next to her

"Y/n stop thinking about that guy who sits outside my house all the time." Lilith laughed as she took a drink from her glass cup

"Lilith would you shut your mouth."  Y/n's mother slammed her fist on the table as Lilith continued to embarrass Y/n speaking about what was going on inside her head

"What I'm just being honest, I can read minds and y/n was an open book!!" Lilith scoffed as she took a drink of her whiskey before slamming the glass onto the table, only doing it a little too hard causing it to shatter.

"Stop reading people's minds." Aurora butted in only causing Lilith to roll her eyes at the eldest sister

"Screw this, I'm leaving—I'll talk to you guys when you aren't being rude and disrespectful to each other—we're supposed to be a family and this isn't how a family acts!" Y/n stood up as she shook her head beginning to make her way out of the kitchen

Y/n sighed as she walked the empty path near her mothers house, stopping at every dead flower she hovered her hand over it watching it bloom as if it was a brand new flower. Finding an empty patch of grass she sat down on pulling her knees up to her chest—looking up at the night sky seeing the stars shimmer—she felt a few tears fall down her face as her mind raced with thoughts of her family that sat inside the house bickering back and forth.

"Why're you so sad princess?" y/n jumped at the deep husky voice that came from behind her she wiped her eyes before turning to meet the bright hazel eyes of Grayson

"How did you find me?" She rolled her eyes as she crossed her arms over her knees, her chin resting against the back of her hands as she looked at the stars once more

"I have my ways—now are you gonna tell me why you're sad? Grayson sat criss criss next to y/n looking up at the stars wondering what was so special about them

"No—I'm not telling a demon about my personal problems." The small girl scoffed as she let out a laugh afterwards

"Oh, so it's a personal reason—that's understandable sweetheart, I know the feeling." He picked at the grass as he thought of what to say next

"No, you don't know the feeling of hearing your mother and sister argue all the freaking time." She shook her head covering her face so he couldn't see the tears

"Yes I do, trust me—my brother and mother argued all the time." Grayson laughed as he reached in front of him grabbing a small pink flower before pushing a piece of y/n's hair back and placing the stem of the flower behind her ear

"Why're you being nice to me?" Y/n removed her hands from her face as she turned her head looking at the boy seeing he was smiling at her slightly

"Why not?" He just shrugged as he looked away from her

"You're a demon."

"Just because I'm a demon—doesn't mean I'm not nice princess."

Y/n sighed as she took in the boys features, his eyes a bright hazel color, his dark brown hair falling in his face slightly, his muscular arms—Maybe he wasn't so bad.

"Y/n." She hummed as she traced shapes on her knee

"What?" Grayson furrowed his eyebrows looking away from the stars and into y/n's pink eyes that glistened in the moonlight

"That's my name, y/n." She repeated it once more as Grayson smiled this time showing his dimples along with a toothy smile

"A beautiful name for the most beautiful angel."

"I'm anything far from beautiful, if anything my sister Aurora is beautiful." The girl shook her head as she let a small laugh fall from her lips only for Grayson to scoff

"Bullshit." He leaned back extending his arms behind him as he rested on his hands

"I'm sorry?" Y/n cocked an eyebrow as she picked at certain pieces of grass

"You heard me—bullshit, I know your sister, yeah she's pretty but she's not as beautiful or exotic as you."

"How do you know my sister?"

"Doesn't matter—come with me." Grayson stood up holding out his hand waiting for y/n to take it

"Why?" She hesitated before placing her dainty hand in his large one

"I wanna show you something." He began making his way down a trail that was off the main path

Dead flowers bloomed as y/n walked past them—she didn't mean for it to happen it's been that way since she was born since she was born the angel of resurgence, but she was also born with mind reading along with the ability to talk to animals her mother always said she was special she just never understood why exactly—she thought she was just like every other angel.

The two made their way to a small mountain top, Grayson sat down watching as y/n followed the boys actions sitting down right next to him, the two sat there and chatted for a bit before a voice was heard in the distance.

"Y/n, where are you—I'm sorry for what i did." Lilith was heard calling out for the youngest sister

"I'm here." Y/n sat on a large boulder causing Lilith to look up at the girl before teleporting next to her

"Sorry about earlier, I just—don't think it's a good idea if you mess around with Grayson it could end up a mistake."

"Why not?" Y/n looked at her older sister as she swung her feet lightly

"He'll seem nice at first but then you'll have sex and up pregnant and he will get bored and leave." Lilith looked at y/n as she sighed feeling her shoulders drop

"How do you know?"

"Because I made that mistake, y/n." Lilith sighed as she placed her hand on Y/n's as Liliths memories beginning to flash through her mind

From Lilith meeting Grayson, their first date, after their first time, the moment she found out she was pregnant, to him leaving her alone.

"She's...his?" Y/n watched as Lilith nodded her head slowly

"Grayson and I go back a bit, he said he loved me too, he even took me to this mountain top thing—told me I was welcome there anytime." Lilith looked off into the distance as horror filled y/n's face

"He—that's where I was a few minutes ago, oh god Lilith I'm so stupid for actually believing a demon would actually like me, an angel!" Y/n ran a hand through her hair as she shook her head, standing and pacing back and forth

"Hey—hey..calm down." Lilith stood up and grabbed y/n by the wrist their eyes meeting for a split second  

"Y/n just don't mess around with him." Lilith and hopped down off the boulder and made her way inside

"Fucking idiot." Y/n whispered to herself as she laid on the rock looking up to watch the stars shimmer in the sky

You’re so beautiful, and Grayson just has to watch how your eyes light up when he picks your favorite movie without you asking. He has to see how you look when you laugh at a joke one of your friends tells you. He has to see how you dance so freely when you go out to parties with him.

Grayson can’t help but watch as you bask in your own beauty and grace. He’s absolutely smitten, and you don’t even notice.

You can’t help but watch how Grayson is always so caring towards his friends. How he’s always helping someone who needs it. You love to watch him build something out of nothing. He’s so creative, and you just have to watch the proud smile make a home on his face when he finishes his latest project on his own. You have to see his cheeks blush when you tell him how good he looks in that new shirt he just bought.

You can’t help but watch as Grayson grows into a better person than he was yesterday. You’re absolutely in love with him, and he can’t even see it.

But Ethan sees it. He watches how Grayson pines over you every single day. Ethan notices how you always turn to Grayson in a group of people. Ethan can see how absolutely and endlessly in love his brother and his best friend are.

“Grayson, when are you gonna tell her?” Ethan asks abruptly. Grayson furrows his brows as he looks up from your sleeping figure. You had begged Grayson to have a movie day and finally passed out after the fourth movie. You were tucked into Gray’s side while he was playing with your soft hair.

“What are you talking about?” Grayson asked nervously. Had Ethan noticed the quick glances he gave to you when you weren’t paying attention?

“You’re in love with her, Grayson. And it’s pretty obvious that she’s in love with you, too,” Ethan spoke from his spot at the end of the other couch. Grayson avoided his brother’s gaze and looked to you again.

You looked so peaceful sleeping against his chest.

“How do you know? That she loves me?” Grayson quirked an eyebrow. Ethan laughed softly.

“She looks at you the same way you look at her,” Ethan shrugged with a smile. Grayson smiled, too.

A comfortable silence fell over the brothers. Grayson watched you for a moment while Ethan watched the two of you.

“You know it’s true. I am in love with you,” you spoke out softly, causing Grayson to jump a little. Ethan grinned widely at the two of you.

“I hoped so,” Grayson said while pulling you closer to his, if that was even possible. Grayson pressed a slow kiss to your forehead as you drifted off. Ethan discreetly snapped a picture of the sweet moment and left the room.

You're sitting alone in your bedroom feeling numb. You've been crying for the past few hours, which lead to you feeling numb. Ethan was supposed to be home at 4 pm, but it's 9 pm now and he still hasn't come home yet. You've been laying here all day (like a fool) waiting for him to come home. You see the thing is that Ethan has been doing this for weeks. Not coming home when he's supposed to, smelling like a woman's perfume, having lip stick stains on his suit. To be honest you don't know why you still stay with him. He's been so cold and distant towards you that it's obvious he's cheating on you.

You guys have been in a relationship for 2 years. You really thought he was the one for you, until everything went downhill when he found out that his dad died. That's what brought him into this cold hearted, depressed, distant person that he is now. Before he found out his dad died. He was literally the most happiest, kind hearted person you've ever met. You remember the day like it was yesterday.

"Shit I left my money at home" you quickly muttered, "here let me pay for you" a kind gentleman who had the nicest hazel eyes you've ever seen. "Oh you don't have to" you told him with your nicest smile. "I really want to" he complies. You sigh feeling defeated. "Fine" you groan. The strangely handsome man smiled finally getting his way.

After he payed for your groceries you quickly say thank you to him with a bright smile. You start walking away until you hear a "hey wait" from the stranger. You stop immediately turning around. "Hey um... can I get your... uh number" he rubs his head feeling nervous. You chuckle, "sure" you smirk at him. You take his phone and out your number in before changing the contact to 'cute grocery lady<3' you giggle a little at the contact name before giving him a little kiss on the cheek.

You waved goodbye, laughing a little when you see him waving with one hand and the other hand on the cheek you kissed him on.

Oh how you didn't know life would change so much. Him being in your life really did change a lot of things. Like how it is to be madly in love with someone. For your whole 23 years of your life you didn't know how much love and pain a person can give you. When you were a little girl you always thought that you would never find someone that you'll love so much. Ethan truly was someone you'd ever think to be with. You thought he was just gonna be a one date kind of person and never again.

That was until Ethan unexpectedly knocked on your door.

"Y/n please open up the door" you quickly went to go open it up. "What" you ask confused. "Y/n I wanna know that whatever we have right now isn't just some stupid one date shit. I really wanna get to know ya. I feel like me and you have this great connection that I haven't felt with anyone else." You think there for a few seconds before finally saying "it's not some stupid one date Ethan. I really wanna get to know you too. I've grown enamored by you actually" you shyly tell him. He just stands there smiling at you.

You hear the front door open. You quickly pretend like nothing happened and lay yourself on the bed pulling the blanket over you. Pretending to be sleeping. He walks into the room quickly discarding his clothes. He then goes into the bed on the side farthest from you. You felt yourself start to cry.

"Baby..." he pulls you more closer to his chest "I love you" he softly whispers in my ear. "I love you too e" you smile tiredly.

You wait until you hear his snores and that's when you get off the bed (quietly), and go grab a suitcase that you've had for awhile since finding out he was cheating on you. You pick whatever clothes you could get and close your suitcase. "Y/n..." you randomly hear. You look at the bed seeing Ethan with a confused look "what are you doing" he asks. "Packing."

"Why" he asks still confused. " because my lovely boyfriend has been cheating on me and I'm tired of it" you explain sarcastically. That's when you get your suitcase and try to run out of the door before feeling someone grab your arm "Ethan..."

"Y/n please don't leave me." He begs with his eyes glossy. You scoff "Ethan you out this on your self. If you didn't cheat on me and treated me right I would be in that bed with you right now cuddling you". "Baby please I'm so sorry, I don't know what went through my brain doing that. I really Love you. Please just believe me" he yells starting to cry more. "Get you hand off of me. I don't wanna hear it. Sorry doesn't cut it for this. I love you too, but I can't be with you if another woman's lips are on yours, on my boyfriend." You yell out the last part.

You snatch your hand away going quickly down the stairs to the door, getting out and into your car. You turn on your car driving away looking at the rear view seeing Ethan outside in the rain crying.
