boots click against the grates as richard ducks through the doorway. the motion not needed but practiced nonetheless, because you do it ONCE and the nickname ‘gold dome’ just takes on a whole new meaning. said dome is currently stuffed into richard’s back pocket, however, and when he takes in the crumpled in form of one broody star captain he leaves it there. instead, collapsing into the co-pilot’s seat, feet immediately finding the console as the chair’s back most recline is mightly tested with the squeal of metal.

“so what is this then? brooding? because I gotta tell you, if you keep this up, I might just have to point out how very earth-like that is of you, quill.” there’s a wicked flash of a grin shot over peter’s way. “this about the whole thing with gamora in knowhere with those talmorians last week? cause I’m pretty sure he doesn’t remember. at least, remember most of it...”
