Sorry for rebageling it here but I can't stop thinking about it, it deadass sounds like written by middle school student that thinks he's so smart and edgy for understanding Schrodinger's cat joke (been there, done that). Like I get the point "no perfect is good" but it's so dragged it looses this meaning and becomes rambling to straight up bullshit.
English isn't my native language and even in my native one I regularly can't express myself clearly so sorry for also dragging points and possible rambling, thanks God I'm not writing for living.
There is no end to knowledge. To point it out as simply as possible:

And if you actually studied it you know it's very true. As I can speak for myself every simple explanation of chemical phenomenon leads sooner or later into something we only can have hypothesis or "shit happens" but put eloquently as explanation.
In 1899 it was thought that we invented everything already for fucks sake.
>there's no room for imagination
There's always room for imagination it's just nature of humans. The fact we invented boredom in universe full of wonder is amazing already. And if it's nothing possible to come up with we will find something impossible to think about.
>our duty is to create (...) but never obtain perfection.
Agree, universe doesn't allow perfection and it's why knowledge is unlimited. There is always going to be anomaly to study, to make hypothesis about, to not be able to understand due to limitations of human perception apparatus. And this quote makes it sound like we don't have to try. No, we have to degree we can. This is why validation processes exist.
This quote makes it sound like perfection is possible, that it exists in universe, but we decide to not try to get closer to it for some bullshit DESPAIR reason.
Like you can just skip tests, validations, reviews with just "no thing's perfect lol this is already invited why bother with improvements".
Ok end of rambling of sleepy chemist I have no excuses to not go to study now.

RAVENCLAW: “If something is perfect, then there is nothing left. There is no room for imagination. No place left for a person to gain additional knowledge or abilities. Do you know what that means? For scientists such as ourselves, perfection only brings despair. It is our job to create things more wonderful than anything before them, but never to obtain perfection.” –Tite Kubo (Mayuri Kurotsuchi: Bleach: Not Perfect Is Good)
