random gone headcanons that have popped into my unhinged little brain, likely part 1

majority of these are either nonsensical or fuck w the plot but quite frankly i don’t give a shit. i can’t even remember if some of these are canon or not. do w this post what you will. also, a lot of these could have originated from various tumblr posts and fanfics i’ve read over the years but i honestly can’t remember so everything’s just kind of all over the place. n e waze, onto the post

caine’s an absolute whore for gravy . those you get it, get it.

sam used to have the exact same shade hair as caine, but it got lighter due to all the time he spends in the sun from surfing. he also developed freckles and a tan, while caine’s skin rivals snow whites.

drake is dyslexic, but give him a random string of numbers and he’ll find something to do w them. alternatively, caine is an english god, but can barely do simple math. diana is bad at both. she, however, does enjoy art.

diana used to lightly braid caines hair at night to make it all wavy and dramatic but after the fayz she stopped, and it started looking all flat and greasy.

brianna told people the reason she was at coates was for bad grades, but she really just doesn’t wanna admit she lit a tree in her backyard on fire bc she was bored.

drake isn’t actually blonde, he’s brunette. his father however, was blonde so he starts dying it after his death.

to most people, it looks like quinn simply never takes his fedora off, but in reality he has several copies of the same hat.

dekka used to tutor drake and remains the only person he truly respects. he calls her skittles.

astrid is autistic, but she nor her parents noticed bc it didn’t look like petey’s autism and they don’t actually understand anything about autism.

dahra is also autistic.

so is jack.

brianna also has adhd.

and quinn.

they’re all neurodivergent bc me, a neurodivergent, says so.

astrid’s special interest is science, especially biology. jacks is obviously computers, and dahra’s is (surprisingly) various fruits. this is based off my own watermelon special interest. don’t question it.

caine adores animals. he has a whole bloody zoo back at home bc his parents got him a new pet every time he tried to get their attention so he’d leave them alone.

caine didn’t get sent to coates because his parents don’t love him, he’s just dramatic. he was sent to coates bc he had an emo phase to get his parents attention and they just went “yeah nope. bye bye.” this explains his emo ass hairstyle and expression in the book trailers.

sam and quinn were each others first kiss, no matter how much they deny it to anyone who asks. they wanted to “practice” before they both got girlfriends. quinn liked it a tad too much.

diana and sinder are cousins. i have no basis for this i just decided it.

drake has a knife collection. he’s all weird and possessive over them too. cleans them every night and shit. it’s a miracle none of the staff found out about it due to his prolific violent tendencies.

caine and sam are jewish, from their father. i can’t remember if that’s canon or not but it is in my heart, so i’m including it.
