confused why people don’t think varric and solas are friends? maybe it’s just bc i took them around a lot + listened to all of the companion dialogue on youtube but yeah they’re friends SJSJSJ it makes sense that he would try to talk him down esp after “failing” with anders. Also not to scale the trauma but he arguably went thru a lot more with solas than anders bc ya know end of world stakes
