i want to write about the ryder siblings i think
#oc: talis ryder#oc: mateo ryder#i still havent decided on a name for anders#i mean maybe ezra?#or mateo#mateo lysander “anders” ryder-lucero#anyway i have brain worms about them#like ik its been like six years since the game launched#but also??#you go to another galaxy#youve been halfway awake and dreaming for quite a while#shit happens#your sister has been out saving the galaxy#and shes no longer the person you knew#how do you deal with that?#esp since anders and talis were attached at the hip in the milky way#had been roommates since their university days#probably manipulated alec into keeping them on the same tours#with talis working with liara at some point#and anders tagging along#except now talis is surprisingly independent?#shes a different person#she has friends that arent mateo's friends#she has a boyfriend now that is an alien species that mateo's never even heard of#and to top it all of#their dad is Dead before anders could deal with his own emotions around him#their mother is in stasis#and talis is pretending nothing even happened#except she still feels so detached from anders because her mannerisms are so different from his twin in the milky way#like
