i still dont understand the GALL of non-addicts to be like "you promised me!!! that if i invited you to this thing where everyones going to be partaking in ur vice!!! that you would stay sober!!!! and then you partook in ur vice!!!! which i knew you werent in any kind of harm reduction program for!!!! and you used the substance you abuse that i had right on a table perfectly waiting for you to use!!!! how dare you touch it and use it!!!! i trusted you to respect me more!!!!" like you dumb fucking asshole you created this problem.

to be brutally cruelly honest. you are so fucking stupid if you think that putting someones substance in front of them, while you know they arent doing anything to withstand their addiction urges, is going to end in them not fucking using. you know what ur doing when you purposefully set them up to fail so you can get mad at them again. the kindest and most helpful thing you can do to and for addicts that are not on a sober journey is to tell them "no you cant come because i will have your substance and i will not enable you" you are just as much at fault as they are with the actions they took.
